Prolouge: Part 2
Kanan's POV
"Kanan, go get Ezra, I'll deal with Maul" Ahsoka said.
Kanan nodded and ran off to fetch Ezra before he could cause any more trouble. "I don't think so" Maul growled as he grabbed Kanan with the force and bashed Kanan's head against the concrete wall making the young Jedi pass out.
Ahsoka's POV
Ahsoka gasped as she watched her companion pass out and charged at Maul only to be forced back. "My apprentice has just activated the temple which I will use to exact my revenge on ALL my enemies and there is NOTHING you can do to stop me." Maul growled.
Both Ahsoka's and Maul's lightsaber blades clashed as they fought endlessly. Both were very skilled in acrobatic fighting and well that usually comes in handy against any other opponent, they were struggling to get a hit against the other. Ahsoka violently pushed one of her lightsaber against Maul's double bladed saber and to Maul's success he pushed her away and as he went for the killing blow, Ahsoka leapt up onto the stairs. "Running away again Lady Tano" Maul said.
"If you wanna finish our fight, you'll have to deal with him first" Ahsoka said pointing to Kanan who had regained conscious and was ready to fight. "Go get Ezra" he said as he activated his lightsaber.
Ezra's POV
What have I done. What have I done. What have I done. That was all Ezra could think as he ran out of the temple room to alert Kanan and Ahsoka. I can't believe Maul deceived me, I should have listened to Kanan. "Kanan, Ahsoka, Maul tricked us!" Ezra yelled out but realised that neither of them were here and that's when he looked up to see a TIE fighter descending and on the top was Darth Vader.
Yes I know, another short chapter but the next part of the prologue (and the final part) will be much longer and I think you'll be surprised at the changes I've made to it. Also please note that I absolutely love the episode, it's just that I need to change a few things in order for the book to work like Kanan not getting blinded. Alright cya in the next part
