Part 12

Treaty of Two Realms | Part One

Apollion and other celestial angels set up a military camp on Earth… Holding about 40 archdemons. Killing them was difficult even for them. Soon, out of nowhere, a crack appeared in reality, which alarmed all the celestials. Purple mist poured out of this tear. The angels, already on edge because of the war, drew their weapons. Gabriel decided to step forward, but someone's hand stopped her. It was Apollion. All the angels turned their gaze to him.

"Apoll…! Adam, what are you?"

"I don't feel any evil intentions… Although there is evil in them."

From the rift emerged… Different beings, although some of them were familiar to the heavens, namely two - specifically Samael and Azazel.

But it was not them that attracted their attention, but the one who led this retinue. It was a man in purple robes, with white hair and red angelic wings. He was handsome… Apollion narrowed his eyes, looking at him, he felt something familiar from him.

That man also looked him in the eyes and smiled, holding a red staff in his hands. He bowed slightly and began to speak.

"Glad to meet you all, my retinue and I are here to meet you…" – But someone interrupted his speech. It was Ludoosiel, one of the four archangels. Apollion looked him in the eye, which stopped the young warrior's fervor.

"Ah, where are my manners, I haven't introduced myself yet! I am Abaddon, Angel of the Abyss and the Underworld!" - The fourth King of the Underworld. "And this is my retinue, some of you are familiar with them. This is Samael, Azazel, as well as those you don't know: Jajamet Baal; Belial, Mephistopheles, Beelzebub, Asmodeus, Mammon, as well as the famous Leviathan."

The High Heavenly hierarchy trembled at some of the presented beings. Wings flapped, golden halos glowed brighter, betraying internal tension. Seeing their wary look, Abaddon, whose name was whispered with terror even in the darkest corners of creation, decided to defuse the tension between them. His voice, low and velvety, echoed through the crystal hall.

"I ask you all to calm down, we have not come to fight you… We have a common problem, after all."

Silence reigned in the tent, only the quiet whisper of the wind outside its suede walls broke it. The faces of the angels, usually radiating unearthly calm, were distorted by disbelief. Before them stood not only Abaddon, but also a legion of demonic entities, whose appearance was a nightmare torn from the depths of the Underworld.

Gabriel, the leader of the heavenly host, gripped her blade.

"A common problem? With you, the fallen? That sounds like blasphemy."

Abaddon smirked, and the sound was colder than any north wind.

"Blasphemy? Perhaps. But even you, angels, cannot ignore the encroaching darkness that consumes everything. Light and Darkness, order and chaos - all will be destroyed. Don't you feel the Source weakening?"

Abaddon, the angel of the abyss, whose voice rang with echoes of ancient prophecies, began to speak. "Yaldabaoth. A name best left unspoken, for it poisons creation itself. He is a threat to everything that is and ever will be."

He surveyed the assembly of heavenly beings, their faces frozen in awe-struck horror. "His archdemons, the offspring of pure hatred and uncontrolled chaos, are beating at the gates of the Underworld. Each blow is an earthquake that shakes the foundations of existence. If the gates fall…"

Abaddon paused, giving his words time to penetrate the deepest reaches of his listeners' minds.

"Then the evil and darkness that Adam once sealed away will be unleashed. This is not just an invasion of demons, it is not just a war. It is annihilation. The Underworld itself, your Heavens, the worlds of Purgatory – all will be plunged into oblivion. Everything will be erased as if it never existed."

A oppressive silence hung in the tent. Even the bright faces of the angels dimmed, reflecting the darkness that Abaddon described. The threat of Yaldabaoth, which until now seemed distant and abstract, now took on a tangible form, filling the entire space. The angel of the abyss lit a spark of awareness, and now the fate of creation depended on whether the heavenly beings would dare to accept help from the very heart of darkness.

But suddenly a voice was heard from nowhere, asking a direct question:

"So, what will you get from this alliance, Abaddon?" - It was Apollion who asked this question.

But suddenly everyone felt a gaze on them, which reeked of cold. It turned out to be Malik, angel of hell, Governor of God in Hell, the only angel in Heaven who does not smile.

All the angels in the war tent turned their gaze to the elder angel, who punishes the wicked in Gehenna. The angel to whom God's firstborn entrusted the keys to Hell. Abaddon smiled at him because before him was his implacable master.

"Ah, Lord Malik, glad to see you … And answering your question, no matter how bloodthirsty I am in the entire eighth circle … even I am a humane being. And I don't want my part of the kingdom to be destroyed. Despite your favoritism towards me," replied Abaddon.

A hand suddenly intervened in this exchange of opinions. It belonged to the angel Azazel.

"As much as I would like to interrupt your exchange of courtesies, you are talking business, not about business," Azazel interjected.

"In this I must agree with my fallen sister of war and weapons," echoed Camuiel.

"I still don't trust them!" exclaimed Ludoosiel, the child of Michael, casting a glance at the elite of the underworld.

"Come on, brother, calm down, no need to get nervous…" one of the four archangels, Tamriel, patted him on the back soothingly. Tension in the tent grew, an alliance with the forces of hell seemed shaky, and suspicions – well-founded.

"Don't get distracted from our task," Apollion stopped the argument between the archangels.

"Ahem-Ahem." Abaddon cleared his throat and continued. “As you understand, Yaldabaoth is dangerous not only to you, but also to us residents of the underworld,” Abaddon said. – As you already know, he collects the souls of the fallen, living, and those in Sheol. Lord Malik and his servants guard the so-called 'Moon of Hell' without rest. That even he is afraid to attack it, fearing the power of my Lord," explained the angel of the abyss.

"What are you getting at, Moon Devil…?" Zadkiel, the angel of justice, asked him.

"Ah, to the fact that, as we know, after the victory over his forces in hell there will be chaos and confusion, at this moment we come out, that is, some of my so-called servants…" he said, looking at Beelzebub, Asmodeus, Mammon and Leviathan.

"…will take key positions, luring wavering demons to their side. Chaos is our element, Zadkiel, but even in chaos we need structure. We will strengthen control over the wicked, directing them where we need them, and not the mad tyrant Yaldabaoth. Imagine the power we will gain by consolidating such vast resources. We will be able to influence events not only in the underworld, but also in the so-called rings of hell."

Beelzebub nodded, confirming Abaddon's words. Asmodeus, the tempter, rubbed his hands in anticipation. Mammon, the patron of wealth, was already calculating potential profits. Even Leviathan, the ancient serpent, seemed interested.

Apollion frowned. “And what role do you assign to us in all this? I don’t think we are interested in dividing power in your snake pit. Our task is to destroy the threat of Yaldabaoth.”

"Your task, my dear brother," Abaddon smiled softly, "is almost complete. We are only offering a strategic partnership to consolidate the victory and avoid a power vacuum that could lead to even more devastating consequences. Think about it, who better than us can tame the chaos generated by the fall of Yaldabaoth?"

Apollion pondered, looking at the ambitious demons. There was a certain sense in their words. Destroying Yaldabaoth is only half the battle. What happens next? Who will take his place? Perhaps an alliance with these dark forces is the only way to prevent an even greater catastrophe.
