Part 13

The Treaty of Two Realms | Part Two

Abaddon stood as a formidable overlord of the Underworld. His wings, like the flames of hell, billowed in gusts of wind that pierced through the fabric of the tent. Gathered around him were the highest ranks of the Heavenly Host — angels whose faces shone with a cold light, but whose eyes held the sparks of eternity.

Malik, an angel with a face seemingly carved from marble, quietly observed everyone. His wings, as dark as night, twitched slightly when his gaze fell upon Abaddon.

"You propose an alliance with those who have fallen? This is risky," Jophiel's voice was calm, but a shadow of doubt could be felt within it.

Abaddon smirked, baring teeth that could rival the fangs of a beast.

"Controlled chaos is better than mindless chaos. Yaldabaoth is a disease that erodes the very foundations of Hell. His defeat is only the beginning."

Apollion, whose eyes glowed with the hazy light of the rising sun, slowly approached. His wings, golden and light, brushed the ground, leaving traces that immediately disappeared.

"You speak of control, Abaddon, but I know you. You thirst for power as the desert thirsts for rain. What will prevent you from swallowing Heaven as well, when you are sated with Hell?"

Abaddon laughed, and the sound of his laughter was like the rumble of collapsing worlds.

"Apollion, you are always too clever for your own good. But I offer a treaty, not war. We can be allies, or I will become your enemy. The choice is yours."

Silence hung in the tent, with only the wind rustling the fabric. Malik exchanged a glance with Apollion, and understanding flickered in his eyes.

"The treaty will be concluded," Apollion stated sharply.

Abaddon smiled, and his wings flickered with a bloody light. He reached out his hand, and a symbol of their alliance flashed in the air — an interweaving of light and darkness.

"Let Hell become our game," he whispered, and his words, like snakes, coiled around the minds of all present.

Thus they moved on to the second topic of this alliance, what to do with Lucifer, the self-proclaimed King of Hell, since, unbeknownst to him, right under his nose, his so-called subjects were cutting a war on Earth.

Suddenly, another party intervened in this conversation, namely Samael, the first fallen and fifth essentially created angel.

— He, will become a scapegoat, if he wants to be the king of the first circle of hell, let him be, let him indulge his pride.– she said.

— I agree with the sister, all this war happened because of Lucifer's actions. He taught sinners to make deals for their souls… Let him take responsibility — said Azazel, the former leader of the Grigori.

Apollion the angel of valor listened to their point of view. He looked at the high ranks of heaven surrounding him and nodded approvingly to the hellish retinue…

— We agree to such conditions Abaddon. Morningstar, as always, destroys creation and this war and the emergence of Archdemons is his fault, because of him sinners gained power. We will all regroup and defeat Yaldabaoth and the remnants of his troops and, with the Underworld on our side, we will restore the balance of good and evil… – Apollion finished his speech, inspiring his heavenly supporters, as well as strengthening side from the very hell.

— Bravo, remarkable speech, my brother… But, as you can see, it's time for us to leave, the Underworld cannot function without a king… Thank you all for this sudden meeting, but we say goodbye. Abaddon said shaking Apollion's hand

Tension hung in the air as Abaddon and his entourage began to dissolve into the shadows, returning to their domains. Apollion turned his gaze to the remaining allies, the heavenly host carefully watching his every move.

"Now that we have reached an agreement with the Underworld, our common goal is to restore order," Apollion said, his voice sounding firm and confident. "We must unite our forces and crush Yaldabaoth before he manages to consolidate his power."

A battle readiness reigned supreme in the tent. The Angels began to strategize, planning every step of the forthcoming battle. Kamael, with accumulated experience of armies leadership, was suggesting her tactical solutions. While Uriel, observing what was happening with a smirk, introduced his adjustments, emphasizing the weak spots in Yaldabaoth's defense.

Apollion was listening carefully, taking advice and making last changes in the plan. He understood, that victory depended on their unity and coordinated actions. For the first time for a long time, Heaven and the Underworld united for a common goal – the restoration of balance good against evil. The war with Yaldabaoth should be decisive, and Apollion was ready to lead his warriors into battle.
