Chapter 28: Ahsoka Explains
Ahsoka Tano's POV
"Alright guys we're heading to Lola Sayu. It has an old Separatist base known as the citadel that we can take shelter at until we figure everything out. The planet is mostly lava so just watch where you step. We don't want anyone falling in." Ahsoka said to Bo and Sabine who nodded in return and went back to arguing as soon as Rex and Ahsoka walked back into the cockpit.
"What are they fighting about?" Rex asked as the duo took a seat at the controls
"Mother daughter relationships can be very complicated especially these two." Ahsoka answered which made Rex chuckle a little.
The two of them worked the controls of the ship for a while in silence until Rex turned to face Ahsoka after receiving a message saying that the ship would soon be arriving at their destination. "Ahsoka I have to know what you were doing while you were gone."
Ahsoka just looked over at Rex and sighed. "Alright" she said.
"I spent two months in the temple once it had collapsed. I wanted to leave, go after Ana- I mean Vader but just as I was about to leave I heard a voice. It was calling me to go back down inside the temple, at first I didn't listen to it but then this owl like creature flew in and it started to glow. Then both the voice of Qui-Gon Jinn and a force user called the Daughter started to talk to me." Ahsoka started to explain.
"They told me that I had a new mission. That I was to learn how to manifest my identity after death and that I would learn how to become "The Ones" I spent the first month training with the Daughter on how to be "The Ones." The Daughter told me that she had a test for me and lead me further down the temple where none other than Darth Maul was. We fought for ages. He asked me about if someone was alive or not and my reaction must have given it away as he then escaped."
"I spent that second month learning with Qui-Gon on how to manifest my identity if I ever die. So basically just a lot of Force stuff. Now the third month I was gone, I was actually on a plant called Mortis where the Daughter finished my training with me. Thanks to her I'm one of the most powerful force users in the Galaxy." Ahsoka finished exclaiming.
"Wow. So if your one of the most powerful force users, you can destroy the Sith and the Empire right? And who was the person Maul was questioning you about?" Rex asked.
"I can't tell you the person as they must remain a secret and as for me destroying the Sith and the Empire, well I'm not really supposed to interfere with galactic conflict but the Daughter made one exception to let me help you guys escape Atallon as I could sense you were all in danger." Ahsoka finished and as if on cue, the ship exited hyperspace and the view of Lola Sayu filled the view screen.
"Bet this brings back some memories" Rex chuckled.
"It sure does" Ahsoka smiled.
So I saw that I had this chapter as a draft from like over a year ago so I'm just gonna publish it now coz why not also hey y'all how's it going. Btw looking at this now, my writing is awful but oh well at least you guys know that I'm alive
