Chapter 5: Return of Fulcrum
Kanan's POV
As Kanan drove The Phantom up to Rex's position, he noticed that a TIE fighter was already parked there and that someone was with him, actually, on him. "REX" Ezra yelled as he opened the door to jump out. "Wait no Ezr- " Kanan tried to catch him but he jumped out, "why do I even try?" Kanan asked himself, "Chopper, take over" he said as he dived out after Ezra.

"Now you're going to tell me where the Jedi are" she said to the clone veteran beneath her, "what's it to you?" Rex snarled while trying to squirm free. "Everything" she said, closing her lightsabers in on him. "How about you come after us yourself" a voice behind her yelled. Although no one could see it due to her mask, a grin spread across her face as she got up and turned around to face the 2 Jedi she had been tasked to kill. "Wow, only one inquisitor this time? They Empire must be running short" the older Jedi teased. She let out a loud cackle at his comment. "Oh honey I'm no inquisitor, I'm an assassin, and YOU will be assassinated" she said pointing her two red bladed lightsabers at him.
Rex's POV
Rex watched as the assassin clashed sabers with Kanan and Ezra and there was something about her he recognised, he realised her fighting style was something he had seen on a few missions during the Clone Wars. He sat there there trying to think until he was interrupted by Ezra being flung over his shoulder and almost falling over the ledge. Rex dived over to coach the boy before he completely fell. It was only then that he realised he wasn't as strong as his Clone War days and they both almost toppled over the edge until they were both forced limited back up. At first Rex thought it was Kanan but he then saw Kanan lying on the ground almost unconscious and looked up to see the assassin coming closer. "I don't need you anymore" she said to him as she picked him up and there her over his shoulder. He lied there in pain watching as his friends were about to die until he saw a ship hover above them and a figure jump down behind the assassin. Rex sat up and looked at her, "Ahsoka!?"

Yes Ahsoka is alive! And many of you thought she was the assassin, but know that she isn't, who do you think it could be? And what about Vader? And will the rebels escape Atollon before its to late? Ps I know it was a short chapter but like I've said before, they won't all be that short.
