Aili's POV
We're in art class again.
Ross and Laura are in this class, but apparently Laura's dad is running for president. So laura had to home because her mom wanted to tell her something.
I really like art. Ross, not so much. He's more into music.
He says he's only doing art because he had to choose and extra subject, and he didn't know what to pick.
Ross really is a sweetheart. I don't know why he likes Laura. She's a worst than satan, as I have been told.
But some people are obsessed with her like shes a goddess, and it's just so creepy some times.
I'm not gonna lie. Ross is really cute. When I first met him, I did have a little crush on him. But now- I'm not gonna lie, I still do. But I do not wanna mess with Laura. I know what she is capable of.
Ross: hey, Aili. Do you wanna get out of here? This class so boring.
Aili:...won't we get in trouble?
Ross: do I look like someone that would get you in trouble?
Ross asks, and I shrug. He is dating Laura.
Aili: I don't know. You tell me.
Ross: Let's just go to Laura's. We're sleeping over to their anyway.
Aili:...will you drive me to my house to get my stuff?
Ross: yeah, sure.

Ross drove me to my house, and I got my clothes. And now he's driving to Laura's house.
I wonder what her house looks like.
Since I will be sleeping over there.
Ross: we're here.
Ross stops the car.
Ok.....let's just say, this not what I expected her house to look like.
Is her family like some kind of billionaire!?
Her house is huge!

Ross says, laughing. And I laugh too.
Aili: her family must be filthy rich.
Ross: her dad's running for president. What do you think?
Ross says. Ringing the doorbell.
Seconds later, a girl answers it. She looks 14 to 15 ish.
???: hey Ross....and...Aili? I think?
Ross: sup Hannah.
Aili: how do you know my name?
Hannah: cause you're the new girl. Everyone's talking about you.
Aili: they are?
Hannah: yeah. They are.
Hannah says, letting us in.
Their house is amazing. It's huge.
How many people live hear?
Hannah: 6.
Aili: what?
Hannah: sorry. You were thinking out loud.
???: Hannah. Who was at the door- oh, hey Ross.
This other girl, that looks 15 walks over to us.
???: hey.....you're Aili, right?
Aili: well, I guess everyone knows my name.
???: hey. I'm Clem. Laura's sister....my name is Clementine, but-- never mind. It's Clem.
Aili: nice to meet you, Clem.
Laura: guys!
Laura yells, running down the stairs.
Laura: oh. Hey babe.
Ross: sup laur.
Laura:....and...you. Whatever your name is.
Aili: Aili--
Laura: yeah, that.....what are you doing here?
Aili:...uh....the sleepover?
Laura: oh.....that. It's not a sleepover. It's a party.
Clem: you're having a party?
Laura:....no. I was going to. But then I realized I can't.
Hannah: why?
Laura: because my sisters are snitches.
Hannah: mom and dad are only going out for one night.
Laura: why do you think I'm having boys over? Oh my god, my family's so stupid.
This girl is very hard to understand. She's not saying or doing any thing mean. But I feel like she is at the same time.
It's take me some time to actually understand her.
Clem: who exactly?
Laura: ugh! Just my friends, ok.
Ross: but you have a lot of friends.
Laura: well. Ariana. Cause she's my best friend. Hollie of course, Connor.
Ross: your ex?
Ross asks and Laura nods.
Only Laura's friends are invited to her parties. Does that mean Laura and I are friends?
Ross: what about Jessica?
Laura: ew. Jessica? No. That girl makes me wanna barf. She's disgusting.
Hannah: everyone is disgusting to you, Laura.
Aili: what about dove and Raini?
I ask. And Laura looks at me.
Was that wrong?
Laura: Raini Rodriguez is fucking prostitude, and Dove Cameron is a blonde dumbass. Those 2 can go fuck off.
Clem: why do you hate them so much? I thought you guys were best friends.
Clem says and Laura glares at her.
Clem: before you became Cali high's Regina George.
Laura: I am not Regina George! That's a stupid chic flick movie.
Ross: come here, babe.
Ross says as he kisses her, and she kisses back.
This sight makes me cringe.
Like, why does he even like her?! He a nice guy, and she's not.
Wait. Why do I care?

Why did Ross bring Aili here!? And why am I pretending to like her?!
She like really pretty, and she likes Ross. Ross might fall for her!
Ross: laura? What did your mom want to tell you?
Laura: oh. That my my dad is now 2nd place.
Aili: the 2nd most votes?
Laura: yeah.
Ross: so, what happened if he does become president?
Laura: he becomes president. What else?
Ross: won't you be moving to Washington?
Laura:.....what?
Aili: the White House. You're gonna live there, right?
Laura:....I guess I never actually thought about that.
Clem: yay!
Laura: I don't want to move to Washington. I'll be the newbie!
Hannah: we all will, Laura.
Laura: yeah, we'll I'm the one with the reputation here. You losers have nothing to worry about.
Kyle: have you ever heard of junior plastics? That's what these two are.
Hannah: no.
