Chapter five- how sabriel met
Gabe POV
Gabriel got out of Lucifer's car the first chance he got, he knew Lucifer was going to look for the barista they met yesterday.
As soon as Gabriel looked around he realized he needed to ask someone for directions, he looked for Cassie but he was talking to some guy in a leather jacket.
When he started looking around for people to ask for directions he immediately saw the different typical high school cliques.
He saw the jocks, who tried so hard to be straight. He remembered at his old school he got call gay a lot for joining theater club. But at the end of the day standing in a sweaty locker room full of half naked boys was gayer than being back stage rehearsing for a play with a bunch of drama girls. But Gabriel was a stereotype and was extremely gay other wise.
He saw the drama and band geeks, his people. They were sitting on the bench listening to a girl with red hair and glasses read a script. He might want to join drama club but he didn't want any harassment from anyone last year like at his old school.
Then he saw the preps. They were all wearing matching uniforms and on there phones, and some of the girls were talking to the jocks.
There were also kids with dyed hair and leather jackets smoking outside the school.
It just hit Gabe that this was like a typical high school movie.
But then he looked around and saw a bunch of kids who didn't fit in any clique and realized that nothing was typical anymore.
Still, he wants to make friends, so might as try to make friends and ask for directions all at once.
He was about to go for the drama geeks, but then a person caught his attention.
The guy he saw was a really tall moose, so he stood out. He looked shy and was carrying a book bag. The guy didn't look like he belonged to any typical clique, but he didn't look like he belonged to anything either.
For some reason that made Gabriel want to talk to him, and Gabe wasn't a shy person but he was a little nervous for some odd reason. Probably because he is at a new school approaching a total stranger.
Gabriel ran over to the moose-like teen and tapped on his back.
"Heya moose." The moose looked at him confusingly.
"I need directions, and you looked like a smart moose, could you maybe help-" Gabriel said before tripping over the moose and falling on his face. The one time Gabe tries to talk to someone and this happens.
"What I meant to say, before my face took a beating, is that could you maybe give me some directions?" Gabriel recovered smoothly. The moose had a little smile from his face from laughing at Gabriel, but quickly went back to being shy again.
"Uh s-sure where do-o you need to go?" For a big guy he was stumbling over words pretty easily, but at least he is not actually stumbling like Gabriel did.
The guy gave him directions to the office and Gabe met up with Cassie.
He was kinda sad that he didn't talk to the guy all that much, sure the moose was shy but he was also seemed interesting and Gabriel still wanted to talk to him. Gabriel just hoped he would see him later.
He went to his first class, and had a lame introduction, sadly he didn't see the moose guy. Class was pretty boring, as it should be. But a couple minutes later a guy bursted though the door.
"Sam Winchester! This is the 2nd time in the row you have been an half hour late. You are lucky right now that I'm not giving you a detention."
"Sorry." Gabriel looked up and it was the moose guy, sadly his seat is across the classroom but that isn't going to stop him from trying.
Before he could do so a familiar face ended up in his class...lucifer? How did the devil end up here? Lucifer quickly explained he was in the wrong classroom and went on with his day.
After that he crumbled the piece of paper saying 'Heya moosey.' on it and threw it to the guy...well tried. The paper went across the room and knock the globe and a couple of books down.
Gabriel tried quickly to cover up that he knocked the globe down by quickly going back to his work but he could tell a few eyes had saw the damage that has been done.
"What the fu- ...fudge on a cocoanut stick!" The teacher said, the whole class laughed at her trying not to swear. No one said anything regarding the damage though, which made Gabriel worried free.
He saw the moose getting up. He passed Gabriel and put a note on his desk, Gabriel was confused and happy that he got Sam to noticed him.
He opened the note, carefully so that the teacher wouldn't noticed, it said:
That was almost as smooth as when we first met.
Huh, be didn't think He would remember that clearly, he just saw himself as another face in the crowd. But I guess knocking over the globe did bring some attention over to himself. He kinda glad for that then.
He got another piece of paper out if his journal and wrote:
I have no idea what you're talking about, you have no reason to be suspicious of me. If anything I should be suspicious of you! You're a moose attending high school.
He went to the pencil sharpener, which was conveniently by Sam. He dropped the note and smirked and then quickly went back to his desk, so the teacher wouldn't get suspicious of him or Sam.
The rest of class continued like this. Gabriel got to know Sam a bit. He knew that Sam was a big doctor who and Sherlock fan, which made Gabe liked him more. He knows that Sam had 2 brothers, and that basically Sam is a big geek.
Gabriel was excited to see if Sam was in anymore of his classes. If every class was like this, he may be actually excited to go to school.
After the first class was over he went to find the moose.
Sam was over by his locker when Gabriel found him.
"Heya Moose, can I see your schedule?" Sam handed him a piece of paper from inside of his locker.
"Hm okay. So Science, math, Spanish and gym will be the classes you can't concentrate in and the rest will be boring."
He heard the second period bell and sadly he wouldn't be in the same class as Sam.
"Well see you later Samantha, hopefully I'll see you at lunch."
And with that was the beginning of everything.
And That is how Sabriel met!
