Episode 8
*a couple hours later*
After mentally preparing yourself, you'd become ready to use the force to escape. You didn't want to have a panic attack, but that's what usually happened when you used it too much. When you were about to bust through the door, you heard the sound of a huge ship landing. You froze in fear. You'd waited too long before escaping, and now the First Order had arrived to fetch you. You slowly sat in the corner and waited, knowing that you didn't have it in you to fight off an army.
Soon, you heard footsteps rapidly approaching.
"She's in here, general." The woman you'd knocked you out spoke solemnly.
"Thank you, now you may leave," a harsh voice snapped.
Suddenly, the door flew open, and a white light blinded you for a moment. As your eyes adjusted, you were able to see a man with steely, cold eyes, firey, red hair, and a black coat.
He snorted at the sight of you huddled in the corner.
"You're supposed to be a powerful force user? You don't look strong enough to even pick up a lightsaber."
Fury rushed through your body, and without thinking, you allowed it to take control. The man, presumably the General Hux that you had heard earlier, was flung back against the wall outside the door.
"Do you always base your opinions of people on their appearance? You must really hate yourself, then." You said with a sarcastically friendly grin. You stood up and heard him groan.
"Oh Force, not another one."
"What's that supposed to mean?" You asked angrily.
"Nothing of your concern. Listen to me," Hux said, standing up and brushing off his coat, "There's an entire army out there waiting to escort you onto a ship, so you can come quietly, or we can call them in."
You walked over to him timidly, now that your burst of anger induced adrenaline was gone, you realized that angering your captor was probably not the best idea. You began walking through hallways with him, heading to your worst nightmare, searching for any possible way to escape.
"Good girl," Hux said with a smirk. "May I know your name?"
"I'm sure that you already know it," you retorted.
"You're right, Kiratta told me, but I want to hear it from you."
You assumed that Kiratta was the name of the force user who'd read your mind, so you couldn't lie to him.
"(Y/n) (L/n)."
"That wasn't so bad, was it? Now, would you please take off your hood?" Hux asked calmly.
"Why?" You questioned defensively.
"First, so that I can see your face when I'm talking to you. That's just common courtesy. Second, we already have a force using asshole who hides their face all the time, we don't need a second." Hux explained.
"Well, looks like you just found asshole number two." You joked, not removing your hood.
Hux chuckled. "Well, it's my lucky day."
He was almost eerily friendly. You'd expected much worse from the First Order. Was he pretending to be kind to get you to come with? You shook your head. There were more important things to focus on. You were still searching for an escape, and just before you exited the building, you saw it. A hallway leading to the back door. You suddenly bolted away from Hux, but didn't get far, as he gripped your arm in a deadly tight hold.
"Now, why would you go that way? The ship is this way, you must have been mistaken." Hux said, with a grin that sent shivers running down your spine. The smile never reached his eyes, leaving them cold and intimidating. "Silly girl. No matter, we have soldiers out that exit, too, so I suppose it really wouldn't have made much of a difference." When he let go of your arm, you could feel that it was going to leave a bruise.
The moment you exited the building, you saw it. The army. Masked people, holding guns, wouldn't have been so terrifying on their own, but the number of them was shocking. You felt suffocated between ranks of soldiers, forming a direct path to the entrance of an enormous command shuttle. You tensed up, and Hux turned to you.
"Come, we mustn't keep these soldiers all waiting around here, they have many things to do," he said.
You clenched your fists and held your chin up. If you were to be captured, there was no way you were going to go without a fight. Knowing that you had almost no chance of winning, you suddenly held Hux up high in the air and threw him into the mass of soldiers before force jumping over them and running into the mountain forest.
You heard a harsh shout of "FIND HER!" before hundreds of footsteps began thundering in your direction. You darted between trees and hid underneath a gigantic boulder. You were quickly found, much to your disappointment, but you were able to force push all of the white suited people back with the flick of your hand. You were sprinting again, but this time, back to your boat. If you could make it there, you might be able to escape. You ran faster than you'd ever thought you could.
Once you couldn't hear the soldiers anymore, you slowed down to a fast walk. Breathing hard, you smiled. Using the force hadn't caused you to panic, and you'd just managed to escape an army. You felt elated. Just as you began running again, all of your muscles stopped responding to your brain. You froze in place. As hard as you tried, you couldn't budge.
"Of course Hux couldn't contain a small girl such as yourself," an altered voice cut through the trees, causing horrible flashbacks to rush to your mind. The blood. The tears.
You were thankful that your hood was still up as you saw him walk out in front of you. Same black robes.
He waved his hand over your face and everything went black.
