Date Night
As Samantha fell asleep facing away from him Norman looked to the ceiling and sighed, the last time he lay like this with her they were naked, sweaty and satisfied and unbeknown to them they had just conceived their baby. His phone vibrated and knocked him from his memory and he quietly got off the bed and exited her bedroom.
"Norman, where you dash off to?" Andy asked, it was clear he was still in the bar as Norman could see how Samantha struggled to hear him earlier.
"Oh, Mingus had a row with his mom and he wanted to vent over skype" Norman lied and prayed in his head Andy would buy it.
"Thats cool, me and Steven thought you had hooked up! Anyway see you next weekend for Comic Con" Andy replied ending the phonecall.
'Hooking up' would of been a better lie he thought to himself.
Slowly entering Samantha's bedroom he noticed she had spread out on the bed and smiled to himself, she liked to take up the whole bed like he did. As he scooted under the covers he felt her arm come across his waist pulling him closer to her, he could of brushed her off and put her back on her side but he didnt, realising that he was just as scared as she was at what happened earlier , instead he turned and pulled her closer to him, falling asleep with her close to his chest.
The next morning Samantha woke up alone, she knew she had been cuddled up to Norman all night, and if she was honest it was the best she had slept since they first slept together, his arms around her waist, both bodies moulded perfectly into a spoon. Samantha wondered had he upped and left because he didnt want the awkwardness this morning but she felt this was harder as she had to step out of her room at some point and see him knowing they had cuddled all night and he clearly woke early to avoid her.
Opening her bedroom door she found Norman hovering outside it, looking like he went to knock and then chickened out, and then to knock again but hesitated. "Morning" she smiled at him "was just coming to see if you fancied breakfast?" Norman asked rubbing the back of his hair "yea sure" Samantha replied tying her hair into a ponytail brushing past him in the doorway "Thankyou for staying with me last night" she said looking to Norman who smiled "I didnt want to be alone" she added, making his smile shrink, placing his hands in his jean pockets he made his excuses to leave "what about breakfast?" She laughed with confusion "oh right...yea" he muttered "come to my place in ten, ill cook bacon and eggs" he added nodding before he left her apartment.
Throwing on some leggings and a flowy swing vest Samantha left her apartment and went across the hall to Norman's.
"Smells good" she smiled as she sat down on his bar stool "i do try" he joked plating up their breakfast and sliding her plate over to her on the counter and he walked around and hopped up on the other and joined her. "What do you have planned for tonight?" He asked her eating bacon from his fork "um i have $6 to my name? So absolutely nothing" Samantha spoke sarcastically "do you want to have dinner tonight? I feel like we still dont fully know eachother and we are having this baby together" Norman asked. Samantha finished her mouthful and answered "well its too late to back out now" she joked "but i'd like that" she finished smiling.

Samantha showered and applied her makeup, smokey eyes were her signature look for evenings out. Slipping into a purple bardot dress she was impressed that it still fit her, for 12 weeks pregnant her bump was non existent.
Knocking on Norman's door she was invited in by the smell of his cooking "something smells good" she said smiling. "Mac and Cheese" he replied stirring it in a pot "my favourite" they both said at the same time making them laugh.
"So this Walking Dead show, whats the deal?" Samantha asked sipping water at the table "you still not seen it?" He asked sniggering slightly. "I cant say it would appeal to me" Samantha replied resting her chin on her hand "we will have a marathon one day I'll get you into it" He replied winking causing Samantha to smirk "its a pretty big deal, tv series, comics and conventions" Norman added, Samantha looked impressed "wow, thats really cool" she whispered as she listened to him "thats how I know I can support you both" he replied bringing the conversation back to her condition "so what happens when you meet someone else? She going to accept our deal?" Samantha quizzed skeptical "Helena my ex does, ive had girlfriends since we split and I always pay my way for Ming. Nothing will stop that" Norman explained but Samantha lost her patience and interrupted "so what if I meet someone, and he wants to move me into his place? Or its far away? What then?!"
Norman had no answer, instead he sat swirling his drink in its glass, Samantha stood up "this isnt going to work is it?" She sighed Norman stood to stop her leaving "well we havent thought that far ahead but we have plenty of time to" he tried to explain "maybe we should of thought this through better, what are we going to do be single forever and raise this child?"Samantha said laughing in disbelief "i'll see you around i'm going to go bed" she said choking back tears before leaving his apartment and entering hers.
She wasnt alone for long before Norman knocked frantically at her door, she opened door revealing her mascara stained cheeks to which he pulled her into a tight embrace "so we havent thought that far ahead yet, we cant stress about it now, its not good for any of us, including the baby" he whispered sweetly in her ear. Pulling away from the embrace Samantha felt it right to place a kiss on his lips, he didnt back away and instead gently pushed her from her doorway into her apartment not breaking the kiss, she ran her fingers through his hair as he slipped his tongue into her mouth sending shivers down her spine, grasping the back of her neck he continued to kiss her passionately as he removed her dress letting it fall to the floor as she stepped out of it. Norman broke the kiss to remove his clothes with Samantha helping him with urgency as she had to feel his body against hers and her lips on his right this second. Laying her down on the bed gently he slowly climbed on top of her kissing her from her stomach all the way up to her neck making her moan as he found her spot. Using his knees to open her legs he positioned himself into her both moaning at the feel, with each stroke Samantha moaned he was hitting her in the place and she was loving every second, dragging her nails down his back as she came she couldnt help dig them deep as she reached her peak making Norman moan into her ear. Norman only going deeper inside her as he reached his. Both catching their breath as they lay next to eachother smiling at the events that just unfolded.
