Percabeth
Annabeth decided one day to give Percy a challenge. He couldn't have any contact with her for 24 hours. No texting, calling, Iris messaging, nothing. Annabeth said, "If you pass the challenge, I will love you forever".
Percy agreed thinking thinking Annabeth was testing him to see if he loved her. Percy never texted, called, or Iris messaged without knowing, Annabeth had found out a few months earlier that she had a strong gorgon poison in her system and there was nothing anyone, including Apollo, could do, and she would die.
The next day, a very excited Percy went to the Athena cabin to see Annabeth. When he got there, he said with a bright smile on his face, "I did it wise girl!" But as Percy looked farther into the dark, empty cabin, tears started to fill his eyes at what he saw. In the cabin, was Annabeth lying in coffin, with a note.
Dear Percy,
You did it Seaweed Brain! Now do it everyday. I will see you in Elysium when your time comes. I love you so much. Please be happy.
