VI: Training
Father had found another island hidden in the mist, taking advantage of the young Lord on the island and forcing him to allow us to stay under his wing.
Which meant we also had to stay on the down low.
I was forced to wear this fancy gold kimono, as the Lord's servant had braided my hair and pinned it up.
I felt like a doll, which disgusted me, because I couldn't move as freely in this outfit as I could have with my black hakamas. And the way the Lord looked at me too disgusted me. But I could tell Orochimaru was taking pleasure in seeing me all dolled up. He was probably just waiting for the chance when I would explode and end up killing the young Lord Kotaku of this island. Which would happen sometime soon.
I waddled around in this dress towards the trees, deciding to do a little training to kill time.
The moment I entered the trees, I tripped over a root and nearly fell on my face, if I hadn't used the wind around me to catch my fall. I pressed my hands out, pushing myself up as I felt my kimono tear.
I gritted my teeth together. Dammit.
I tore of the bottom half of my dress with my kunai knife, disposing of it on the ground.
I grinned as I freely moved my legs, taking huge steps as I arrived at the edge of the small forest, digging my toes into the sand as waves rushed ashore. I reached my hand out to the water, focusing my chakra to my hand.
And then I performed three hand signs, as I felt an electric current run through my body.
"Water Style: Dancing Flame Dragon!"
The water rose to form a huge form of a dragon, lightning emitting off of it.
It was like Sasuke's chidori cloaking him.
The dragon made its way to me, flame in its eyes.
I moved my hand, moving the dragon to face the ocean.
"Dance of Fire!"
And with that, fire erupted from my water dragon's mouth, lightning leading the flames straight into the water.
I released my jutsu in an instant, as I stood there out of breath.
"How about it, Father?" I asked, glancing back to see him sitting on top of a boulder, still in his usual clothing.
It annoyed me. How come I was forced to wear this ridiculous clothing?
"Beautiful work, darling. You've made wonderful progress with that jutsu." He said with a satisfied grin as he clapped.
I rolled my eyes. "What the hell are you even doing here? Aren't you supposed to be training Sasuke?"
"I did. I decided to come see my little daughter train. You've definitely come a long way ever since I took you in six years ago, darling." He said.
"Whatever. Quit with the praising."
"What have you done to your kimono, darling?" Father asked with a raised brow.
I looked down at my bare legs from my knees down.
"The kimono almost killed me. So I decided to change it up a bit."
I watched his eyebrow quirk up in amusement. "It almost killed you, eh?"
"Its the closest anything has gotten to killing me." I said with a sinister grin.
"Now, what do you say about sparring with Sasuke?"
"No. He's not enough to satisfy my thirst." I simply stated. And I still didn't want to see him or speak to him.
It had been like that for three days now; three days since our interaction with Team Kakashi. I didn't stare once in his direction or even bother to talk to him. He didn't seem to mind either since he did the same exact thing.
"Alright, then. How about a spar with your daddy?"
"No. You're too weak. I'm not wasting my time on you either." I snapped.
I felt his eyes narrow at me.
"Please, go away now Father. I need to do more training."
"Watch your tone, young lady." He warned.
"Maybe I'd respect you more if you actually told me things." I retorted.
A smile slowly formed on his face.
"Very well."
And with that he was gone from my sight.
Fucking bastard. Still won't tell me anything. Maybe I'll just ask Kabuto.
No, that's even worse. Kabuto's like the son he's always wanted.
I decided to lie down on the sand for a while, since it was a good view of the setting. Wait! I have an even better idea.
I removed my kimono from my body, dumping it on the ground as I stood there in my undergarments; black skin tight shorts and a matching tube top.
I grinned as I ran into the water, relaxing as the warm waves enveloped me.
I ignored the fact that the Lord of this island was watching me from the trees as I floated on the water, admiring the view of the setting sun.
I performed a few hand signs, whispering "Water Style: Dancing Water Dragon" right after, as I felt myself being lifted above the water, forming my water dragon underneath my body. I turned on my stomach, trying my hardest to not lay my eyes on the Lord Kotaku.
I won't lie. The young Lord of this island was attractive. Sandy blonde hair, bright blue eyes. He was also well built, and he had one of those smiles that would instantly make you happy. But there was something else about him.. something very odd and creepy.
In addition to that, he was a spoiled child. It was so awkward talking to him, even though I made sure our conversations were kept at a minimum.
I pretended like I was just playing around with my jutsu as I led my water dragon to the sand, closing my eyes.
And when I opened them, I made sure my eyes pierced right through his.
Kotaku's eyes widened as I pierced him with my visual jutsu: Fear Induction Jutsu.
I took that chance to charge at him with my water dragon.
"Impale!" I shouted, pointing to the Prince.
My dragon opened its mouth with a roar, then shooting out a sharp jet stream of water. Lightning coated it gracefully, shooting straight for him.
The young Lord screamed as he was impaled and thrown back with my water jutsu, flying through the trees.
I laughed, about to charge in for more fun before a chidori was thrown at my water dragon.
Lightning enveloped my water dragon as she slowly dissolved, the lightning of the chidori slowly creeping up to me.
"Tch. That damn Uchiha." I cursed him as I leapt off of my collapsing dragon, performing a small hand sign.
"Wind Style: Wind Envelopment."
The wind surrounded me in a small tornado as it broke my fall, allowing me to safely land on the ground.
I dispersed it with a flick of my hand, taking down my wet hair and wringing it out.
"Just what the hell do you think you're doing?" Sasuke spoke from behind me.
I gave him a small glance, flashing him a grin as his frown only grew deeper.
"Training." I said, turning my body around and facing the Uchiha.
His eyes widened as he realized I was only in my undergarments.
I smirked. "Want to train with me?"
