Wall Art
"Abi no! don't do tha-" Karlie yelled at her five year old daughter who was currently running away from her mother with the marker she had just used to color all over the wall.
"Hey guys I'm ho-" Taylor walked in the house to her wife chasing her daughter who had a marker in her hand and a sneaky grin on her face.
"Gotcha!" Karlie yelled, capturing the blue eyed child in her arms.
"Well hello there girls." The oldest of the three said, laughing at the sight in front of her.
"Would you like to tell mommy what you did missy?" Karlie asked accusingly, rearranging her daughter so she was facing Taylor.
"Abigail what did you do that's got Mama all upset?" Taylor asked the girl who had guilt written all over her face.
"I drawed on the wall." The girl answered, hiding her face behind her dirty blonde hair.
"Oh my g- again?" Taylor shook her head at the girl.
"I sowwy mommy." She said, batting her eyes at both her mothers.
Taylor turned her attention to Karlie, "Where is it?" she asked and Karlie lead her to the living room which had purple marker scribbled all over one wall.
"Abi this is a lot of marker. We just bought you that drawing board so you wouldn't do this." The shorter mother shook her head again.
"We did and you still drew on the wall. Why didn't you draw on your board?" Karlie asked the girl.
"I sowwy mama I wanted to draw you a picture." A tiny voice squeaked, on the verge of crying.
Taylor took her daughter into her arms, looking over at Karlie, her eyes showing signs of giving into the girl.
"You can draw us pictures baby girl, just not on the wall okay?" Karlie said, giving in to her daughter's blue eyed plea.
"I pwomise mama. I draw on board only." Abigail said, a smile returning instantly to her face.
"I love the drawing Abi I just wish we could keep it, can you go draw it on your art board?" Taylor asked, setting down the tiny girl.
"Uh-huh I go draw it now mommy." The girl ran clumsily to the other room.
"Welcome home babe." Karlie laughed, kissing her wife on the cheek.
"I see you had a long day." Taylor laughed, wrapping her arms around the taller girl's waist.
"I've never seen a child with so much energy. She's a sneaky little thing too, and good at it. With a face like that she can get away with just about anything." Karlie said, sighing.
"She gets that from you, she's watched you and learned how to make that face that makes anything forgivable." Taylor said, kissing Karlie on the lips. The kiss quickly becomes more passionate before Taylor pulls away.
"mmm where are you going?" Karlie said, smirking at her wife.
"She's done with her drawing, I can hear her little footsteps." Taylor said, turning to the door her daughter ran out of not long ago.
As if on cue, the clumsy girl ran into the room with a piece of paper in her hands.
"Mommy, mama I finished." Abi announced, smiling widely, showing the picture to her parents.
"Good job baby girl!" Karlie smiled, taking the drawing from the girl's hands.
"I love it Abi." Taylor said, lifting the girl in the air and spinning her around.
"Yay! Can we get ice cweam? please?" The happy girl asked.
"I can't see why not." Taylor asked, turning towards Karlie for confirmation.
"Promise you'll never draw on the wall ever again?" Karlie asked her daughter.
"Pwomise mama." Abigail said, smiling and batting her eyes.
"Alright let's go." Karlie said.
Taylor set Abigail on the ground before grabbing her hand. Karlie grabbed the five year old's other tiny hand without thought and kissed Taylor on the cheek as the three girls walked out the door, swinging their connected arms.
Two hours later they finally got Abi into bed. As they stared at the sleeping child Taylor turned towards her wife.
"I finally got everything I've ever wanted. I love you Karlie Kloss." She said, kissing the love of her life on the cheek lovingly.
Karlie returned the gesture, placing a gentle kiss on Taylor's cheek.
"I love you more."
