OMG GUYS IM SOOOOO SORRY THAT I HAVENT UPDATED! IVE JUST HONESTLY NOT BEEN HAVING ENOUGH INSPIRATION TO CONTINUE THE STORY AND I DIDNT WANT TO END IT OR JUST WANT TO WRITE SOMETHING RANDOM, I FELT LIKE THIS STORY AND YOU GUYS DESERVED MORE. I will honestly try to update again on a regular basis....but I'm still not completely sure how it will work. Thank you to all of you who are still reading this story. You guys are the real MVP'S.

Ross' POV

I wake from my nap and yawn.

I had a really cool dream, but I can't remember it. Damn it, I hate it when that happens.

I run my hands through my damp hair and head for the kitchen. It still hasn't dried since I showered and it's a little annoying, but whatever.

Once I reach the kitchen I see Rydel and Ratliff together giggling.

"Morning Sunshine," Rydel says as she sips her drink.

"Morning," I mumble.

"How ya feelin cupcake?" Ratliff asks.

"I'm alright. Have you guys gone to see....to see Laura?" I hesitantly ask.

"Nope, us and Rocky have been waiting for you.....just in case you wanna come?" Rydel kindly asks.

My heart starts to beat faster. I would give anything to see Laura again.... I just wanna be next to her all the time. But I know Andrew is with her, and I can't stand seeing them together. It hurts too much. I shouldn't even be talking though, I made Laura hurt a lot more when I.....when I left her for Courtney. Plus, I doubt she wants to see me right now. She needs some space away from me....from the asshole that put her through so much pain.

"Oh...thanks for thinking of me...but I think I'm just going to....stay....I....I have things to do.."

"You sure?" Rydel asks.

"Yes. It's okay, really." I say, trying to put on my best fake smile.

"Okay..." She says.

"Rock! We're rolling!" Ratliff calls to Rocky.

"Yo~" Rocky says as he comes into the room.

"We're gonna go visit Laura now." Rydel tells him.

"Oh sweet!" He says, like a kid going to Disneyland.

They head for the door and Rocky eyes me.

"You comin?"

"Nah, maybe later. I need rest and I got stuff to do."

He nods and exits the room.

I'm left alone in the house. And the feeling of this loneliness is so strong that I feel like I can hear it. If that even makes sense.

I walk to my room and just lay in my bed. I don't feel like doing anything at all. Except maybe plot ways to get Laura back....but I can't think of anything. She hates me.

I close my eyes to try and sleep my pain away, and just as I'm about to drift off I feel my phone buzz.

I pick it up and read the text.

we need to talk asap!!

It's from Maia.

Andrew's POV

I'm so glad Laura's okay, she really had me worried.

But now that I've been spending time with her again....it feels as if the spark I felt for her is gone. I don't know...it's hard to explain.

But the spark of Ross' jealousy hasn't. It's obvious that he still adores her. You can see the drool from a mile away. And if looks could kill, he would have already killed me. He literally shoots daggers at me every time he sees me.

I think that the only reason I'm still with Laura now, is to get on his nerves.

But don't get me wrong...I really do care and love Laura. I've known her for so long now. I've just come to realize that I love her more like a little sister.

And although I feel bad for using our relationship against Ross, I don't feel that bad because I know she doesn't like me like that either. It's so obvious that she still likes Ross.

I don't know why she still cares for that asshole after all he's done to her....that's why I've wanted to torture Ross with our relationship. To get back at him for what he did to Laur.

But now that I've been doing it for a while, I'm starting to see that I'm a jerk for doing it. I'm gonna come clean with Laura soon so that we can end it. Hopefully she won't be disappointed with me for doing that to Ross.

There's only one thing that I can't put together...why hasn't Laura ended the relationship? There's no reason for why she has to stay with me. Guess I'll have to ask her when I end the relationship.

Right now I'm at the cafeteria grabbing coffees for her and I. I was really surprised when she requested it since she always brags about how she eats bananas for energy as opposed caffeine. But I didn't argue, and now I'm adding sugar and cream to our drinks.

Just then someone taps my shoulder.

I turn and my eyes instantly widen. Maia.

"Hey Andy!" Maia smiles at me.

Maia Mitchell. I've always had the biggest crush on her ever since she came to visit Ross a few years back when I was the butler. We became friends but I never got to tell her how I really felt because I was only a butler back then....it would've been out of place for me to ask her out. I considered myself lucky that she even looked my way.

"M-Maia.." I say, "what're you doing here?"

"I'm here to see Laura, duh!" She says showing off her gorgeous smile yet again.

"Right, of course.." I say mentally face palming myself.

"I was just sitting over there having lunch before going in to see her when I saw you. Come join me, I'm almost done."

"Okay." I say and before I know it I'm following her to a round table next to the exit of the cafeteria.

We spend a lot of time talking about my current job as a photographer and about the project that she's currently filming. Before I know it, the coffees are cooling off and I'm in a trance listening to her beautiful Australian accent as she says words like "work" and "know".

"Oooh! Look at Rydellington and Rocky!" She suddenly says.

"Rydellington?" I say as I turn and see my ex bosses across the room and it feels so awkward all the sudden.

"Yes omg didn't you hear?!!! Rydel and Ratliff are a thing now! They went public on social media like two days ago." She comments and waves at them, they wave back smiling but once they see me their smiles fade and they get in line for food.

"That's weird..." She mutters as if she did something wrong.

"Don't worry about it, it's not you its me. I'm dating Laura remember? They're still not over it since Ross still likes Laur."

"HE DOES?!"

"Isn't it obvious?" I say.

"Oh my god, then we need to see Laura now!"

She grabs my arm and leads me to Laura's room. I have only one warm coffee in my hand now, since I chugged down the other one before we left.

We enter a maze of corridors and suddenly I feel like I need to tell her how I feel. I know she's gonna tell Laura about Ross' feelings for her anyways so Raura will probably be back together by tomorrow. She needs to know that I like her.

It's now or never.

"Maia." I say, before I fully register what I'm doing.

"What?" She turns to look at me confused.

"For the longest time I've....Ever since I met you...I've always wanted you to know that..."

"You're starting to scare me Andy, what's-"

I crash my lips onto hers before she can finish her sentence and for a split second I feel her lips kiss back. I feel her tremble in my arms. For a split second I feel like I'm flying, like life is worth living. For a split second I feel like she's mine, like nothing is ever gonna tear us apart.

Then that second ends when she pushes me away and slaps my face.

"Andy! What the fuck?!" She says completely pissed...and is she...blushing?

"I'm sorry, I-"

"Save it." She says, "Tell Laur I stopped by...but that I couldn't stay."

"Maia you don't have to leave...I'll leave if you want."

"I don't want anything from you. You need to be with your girlfriend."

With that, she disappears down a hallway and I'm left with a cold coffee cup.

Ross' POV

"What's up?" I ask Maia.

We are now both I'm my room. She got here about five minutes ago but she still hasn't said anything.

"Maia.." I say, grabbing her shoulder. "What happened? You're starting to scare me."

"Maybe I shouldn't have come here...You're the last person I should be telling this to...I'm sorry I'm just not thinking straight. I'll see you later.." She says, and starts to get up.

"Maia. C'mon, I'm your friend. You can count on me with anything. What is it? You look scared to death. You don't have to worry, you're gonna be okay." I say.

"It's not me I'm worried about..." She mutters to herself, but I catch what she says.

"Then who are you worried about?"

"..."

"Maia, who are you worried about?"

"...Laura." She whispers.

Laura's POV

Oh my gosh where is Andrew? I don't mean to seem uptight but he's been gone for like half an hour.

Just as I was about to try and sleep, I hear him walk in.

"Sorry." He mutters, "There was a line and then I dropped the coffee. I had to go back and get a new one."

"Oh it's fine, don't worry about it." I say.

"And I ran into..."

"Who?" I ask.

"Maia. I ran into her at the cafeteria. But we didn't talk much because she said she had to go. She came by to see you though, I'm not sure why she couldn't stay." He says.

"Oh okay." I say, and take my coffee from him. "I'll have to call her later."

"Wait...Laura?"

"Yup?" I say, sipping my coffee and turning on the TV.

"I can't lie to you. I care about you too much." He says.

"What? What are you talking about?"

"Before I tell you....tell me one thing."

"Okay...."

"Be honest please."

"Andy, you know that I can't lie to you either."

"Okay....here goes. Do you like me? I know that you care about me, but do you care about me as a boyfriend? Or is it more like a brotherly love?"

I feel my heart start beating faster. I want to lie, but I know that he knows the answer to this question already...so there's no point in lying.

"I'm sorry." Is all I say and look down. "You're like a brother to me."

"Don't be, little sis." He chuckles and sits next to me. "You're like a sister to me."

"Really?" I say.

"Yes...and now I see why you didn't break up with me. You thought that I liked you like that didn't you?"

I slowly nod. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have kept the relationship going. Even if I did think you liked me. I was wrong in betraying you."

"Don't worry about it, I forgive you." He starts, "Keep that in mind while I tell you why I was in a relationship with you."

I nod.

"At first I liked you...or at least I thought I did. But after a while I realized that I didn't like you, and I was only with you to make Ross suffer....I wanted to make him suffer for what he did to you."

"What? Why would he suffer?" I ask, my heart racing at the mention of the blonde angel.

"You're totally clueless aren't you?" He smiles.

"What?"

"Ross Shor Lynch is completely and totally in love with you." He says.

I feel my cheeks burn red when he says this, but I quickly compose myself and say, "Then why'd he betray me?"

"I don't know...but the point is, we both faked this relationship. What are we gonna do now?"

I am relieved when he moves the subject away from him, and jokingly say, "I think we need a break...it's not you, it's me."

"What?! How dare you! I loved you!" He says and starts fake crying.

We both burst out and laughter and he says, "Ah...don't you feel relief that you're single again."

"I do actually." I say.

"Good, me too. But the story isn't over yet."

"What?"

"I lied to you about Maia."

"She didn't come?" I say in disappointment.

"No! She did and she really wanted to see you. But I lied about why she left..."

"What really happened?" I ask, completely confused.

"Well, I've had a crush on Maia Mitchell since the moment I met her, it was even before you and your sister came to work for the Lynches. We became friends but I never confessed to her, or asked her out because I was only a butler then...as time passed, I saw less and less of her and then she started her acting debut and it was as if she'd completely disappeared from the world...my world. When I came to meet you on the tour and I saw her again..I don't know...all the feelings came rushing back and I realized that it wasn't just a crush. Laur, I think I'm in love with Maia."

"..." My eyes are wide and I'm completely speechless.

He's about to speak again, when I jump on him and sing, "Andy is in love! Andy is in love!"

"Laura! Stop you could get hurt!" He says concerned.

"Relax, the doc said I could leave tomorrow morning. I feel perfectly fine right now." I assure him.

"Still.." He murmurs.

I giggle at his big brotherliness and then say, "Wait, what does that have to do with Maia leaving the hospital?"

"Well.....When we were on our way to see you....I kinda....stopped her and kissed her without a warning."

"What?!!" I say shocked, and smiling.

Oh my god this is like a soap opera.

"Yeah....then she pushed me away and slapped me. And she left. I guess she felt guilty because I was dating you." He says, and puts air quotes around the word "dating".

"Hey! That's right! You were dating me then!" I say, and hit the back of his head.

"Ow! In my defense I knew you didn't like me!"

"That doesn't matter! You were dating me punk!" I say, and hit him again.

"Okay, okay sorry. I know I was wrong. But c'mon....does it honestly bother you?"

"Nope. On the contrary....I'm actually so happy for you."

"Why? She obviously didn't like the kiss..." He says, pouting.

"Hey you said it yourself...she felt guilty about it, not disgusted."

"True..." He smiles, "And she was pretty pissed too."

"I would be too."

"Yeah.....well I'm glad we had this talk. It really cleared many things. I better go try to talk to Maia, and set everything straight."

"Wait." I say, and grab his arm as he's getting up.

"What?"

"Don't tell anyone anything about this. Pretend we're still together."

"Why?"

"I just...I wanna see if Maia will tell me about it herself."

"Okay I guess..." He says, hesitantly.

"Yay! Thanks. Don't worry it won't be for long. I know Maia, she wouldn't keep this from me."

I know Maia will tell me as soon as she wraps her head around the situation. She's probably still in shock from what just happened to her. I'm probably being a cruel friend for letting her go through this...but the real reason I'm doing this is because...I wanna make Ross jealous. And I've realized that this was what my relationship with Andrew was since the beginning. A way to get Ross' attention.

I know....I'm so pathetic. But whatever :b

"Alright then, it will be our little secret for the time being. But when the right time comes...we need to let everyone know."

I nod, and just then I see a blonde girl peeking into the room.

"Delly!" I scream.

"Laur!" she yells back.

"Bye!" Andy sarcastically says, and excuses himself from the room.

Once he's gone, Rydel instantly makes her way to my bed and hugs me. I hug back as hard as I can.

"Rock and Ellington will be here in a few." She mumbles.

As I'm hugging Laura, I can't help but think about what I heard Andrew say before I came in.

Alright then, it will be our little secret for the time being. But when the right time comes...we need to let everyone know.

What were they talking about?

Could Andrew and Laura possibly be getting married?
