Aubrey's pov
Hey yall ma name is Aubrey Alica Miller im 17 going on 18 im 5'2 light skinned with naturally curly hair im thick in all the right places im African American , haitian and Puerto Rican im from new orleans. But lets just say im not really a talker im quiet i stay to myself but i have a really bad temper trust me you wouldn't wanna get on my bad side i enjoy dancing , singing and drawing my dad always told me i was multi talented but i never really believed in myself yes.... Im very insecure i have a hard time accepting myself and i fear looking in the mirror my mom tells me im beautiful but i just cant see what she sees maybe one day i will i have really serious trust issues every boy i ever dated used me and lied to me that explains why i avoid getting into relationships now a days plus right now im focused on school anyway enough about me
I heard a knock on ma Doe and i jus knew it was ma mom wakin me up fo skool
Karen ( mom) - BRE ! GET UP FO SKOOL BEYBE YOU ONT WONNA BE LATE ON DA FIRST DAY!
I moved the covers off of me and sat up
Aubrey- ight ma im up !!!!
I got out of bed and got undressed i took a 45 mintue shower i got out and threw on my Chicago bulls belly shirt it stopped right above my belly ring i threw on my seven jeans and my red and black jordans i straighted my hair bone straight and threw on my Chicago bulls snap back i threw on my nola chain and my diamond studs i did my make up and grabbed my black mcm book bag i took my iphone 6 plus off da charger and met my mom downstairs fo breakfast
Karen- morning hun
She kissed ma cheek and i poured some orange juice

I put jelly on my toast

Karen - oh bre i got a call from yo fatha hes comin back to vist you

Aubrey- oh i believe it when i see it you knoe how many times he promised me ma nd neva came

She looked down and i felt bad i kno she misses him too but he left us and even though i wanna hate em fo it i jus cant i looked at da time and it was 7:36

She smiled

I kissed her cheek and grabbed my bag and phone i got da keys ta ma black range rover and drove ta nola high the high skool i went to when i parked da car and walked in da school i got stares from girls and guys i ignored them and went straight into da office ta sign in and ta get ma schedule when i came out da office i bumped into a boy he was really tall and sexy!!!! I shook ma head and tried going around him but he was staring at me and movin went me blocking da way
Aubrey- Well damn brotha can a sista get sum space !!!
Boy- im sorry ma da name is August but chu can call me Aug
He held out his hand and i just looked at it i brushed past him and walked ta spanish class

Da name is August but i go by yung nd sumtimes aug im 18 nd lovin it as many know i can sing and im lookin forward into bein a singer sum day i attend nola high im a senior i cant wait to graduate so i can finally live dis thing called life
I was goin into da office ta get ma schedule and i bumped into dis beautiful girl she was tryna move but i was movin wit ha blockin da way

I held out ma hand nd she just looked at it and walked away i watched ha walk and damn she got ass i went into the office and got ma schedule i walked into spanish class and i was happy when i seen ha in dea lookin all sexy i went ta da back whea she was sitin and she looked at me

I was in spanish class nd i saw em walk in i shook ma head cause i knew he was finna sit next ta me he sat next ta me and i rolled ma eyes

He raised and eyebrow and i rolled my eyes and put ma head phones in i grew irritated when he took them out
August- dont be mean
I looked at him and damn was he sexy but i dont kno em nd ion wanna knoe em

He smiled at me and i smiled back
August- Ahhh dimples i see , dats cute
I giggled nd covered ma face

August- i got second lunch
Aubrey- me too we'll talk den meet me outside of dis class and we'll go togetha

He smiled and i grabbed ma stuff and walked out as i was walkin i was thinking " lawd please tell me ion like em already " i rolled ma eyes at da thought and walked in ma class i was bouta sit down when i felt a bump i turned around and it was this tall Amazon lookin bitch she looked at me and i glared at her
Girl- watch where your going
Aubrey- excuse me bitch?! You watch where yo big ass walkin at dont start wit me i will have yo ass on dis muthafuckin floor coughin up blood
She rolled her eyes and walked away i stared at her and sat down
Aubrey- Exactly what the fuck i thought !!!
She looked at me and i gave her a death stare

I felt a tap on ma shoulder and i turned around
Girl- dats Candice dont let her get to you shes a trouble maker she messes with everybody

I looked at ha hand befoe i shook it

Me and kimberly worked togetha and i must say i like ha we traded numbas so we can talk mo i jus hope i can trust ha i wonda if im letting too many people in i guess one friend would be nice i gotta watch out fo dis August boy thou he on ma top hard!!!! Kim dont got da same lunch as me so i guess its me and august i put ma shit in ma locker and waited outside the spanish class fo him 3 seconds lata i felt a tap on ma shoulder

We walked to da lunch room and we got our lunch we sat at a table far in da back i was shocked when he pulled out ma chair for me

Aubrey- umm im from hea , im 17 ma birthday is july 9th , i enjoy singing, dancing nd drawing my favorite food is Tacos ma favorite color is pink nd hopefully i like you enough ta tell you real shit
He laughed nd i laughed too

August- im 18 ma birthday is september 3rd , ma favorite food is popeyes, i also enjoy singing too but i cant dance or draw ma favorite color... I wouldnt say i have one
We both laughed i looked up nd it was the Amazon i rolled ma eyes

I rolled ma eyes and sipped ma juice and he looked confused

I shurged and ate a grape he looked at me and smiled

We finished lunch and went to our lockers ta get our shit we went into the class room togetha nd we had ta pick lab partnas of course we picked each otha Aug was whipping the chemicals like it was crack i started laughin

I giggled and he laughed i felt eyes on us and of course da amazon was watchin us

I smiled and wrote down the chemical changes
We got out of biology and i went to my locker ta get ma stuff and aug came up ta me

He looked shocked and smiled i put my numba in his phone and smiled back i huged him and went ta ma car i drove home and went straight ta ma room i sat my book bag on ma chair i stripped out of my clothes and climbed in to bed and went ta sleep
* 2 hours later
I woke ta da sound of ma phone goin off i aint knoe da numba so i just looked at it afta a while i answered

Caller- Aubrey ?
Aubrey- yea

Aubrey- ohhh boy you sound different on da fone
He laughed and i did too

Aubrey- nun na jus layin in ma bed

I put my fone down and signed heavily i got up and took a 45 minute shower i put on ma baby blue shirt nd ma true religon jeans i put on ma blue nd white jordans i threw on a true religon jean jacket dat matched ma jeans i kept ma hair straight nd put on ma true religion hat wit ma hoops i grabbed my make up and did it while i was doin dat i heard a knock on the doe i ran ta go get it nd it was aug
August- Damn........
Aubrey- im almost ready i just gotta grab ma bag

I smiled and i let em come in i went upstairs nd grabbed ma purse and ma phone i came downstairs and he was lookin at da pictures on da wall

He pointed to the picture of me and my dad on ma first Christmas

We both was quiet for a minute

I smiled and we walked out he got the doe fo me and we drove while we were driving ma song came on Tamar Braxton peices

I smiled and he smiled back we pulled up in front of the arcade
He parked we got out and went inside while we were in line i was thinking " i barely kno him nd we already out together lawd please help me iont wanna get to close to dis boy nd he leaves" he payed for us and we went ta find a game

We walked ova ta da cars and stood in line when it was our time ta go we got in and i must say it was fun wit him we did bowling , bumpa cars , air hocky , racing in da cars, we played sports and we did lots of games aug got lots of tickets and we went ta da gift shop

He laughed and i smiled

Laughed and playfully hit him

I smiled and he smiled back we got da bear and left while we were driving i was thinking " am i starting ta like em ? Hopefully not i think i should keep em as a friend " we pulled up in front of ma doe
