Chapter Nineteen.
Tyler's POV:
My jaw hits the ground. I don't blink.
"Tyler?" Alaynah snaps me out of my daze.
I cough and sit my flower upright.
"Miss Hermerson, although we are both dressed for different occasions let me escort you to the car?" She giggles and grabs my outstretched hand, I lead her over to the passenger side of my matte black ute that I love so much. I open the door for the young, beautiful lady.
Alaynah's POV:
I slid into the passanger seat of Tyler's car.
I felt so embarrassed that we were both wearing different kinds of clothing.
Tyler now joyfully jumps into the driver's seat.
"So. I had a feeling something was going to go wrong with the dressy up type of date, knowing you." He gives me a little nudge in the shoulder.
"So, I'm going to take you somewhere a little more casual?" I pretend to think about it but I really don't need to, i'd go anywhere as long as i'm with him.
"Of course! It sounds lovely." I reply, a small smile creeps upon my face.
Tyler starts up the car and we drive, a few minutes of silence cut it. We burst into laughter, Tyler hits the steering wheel as he laughs. I swear my face is as red as a cherry, I think i'm about to cry.
I look over at Tyler, tears already streaming down his face. I feel one slip down mine too.
After we calm down, I turn up the radio. A song had just started to play.
"Oh this song is gorgeous." I breathlessly sigh and start singing along.
Tyler's POV:
"Hey, tell your friends it was nice to meet them, but I hope I never see them again." Her voice is almost as beautiful as she is with her blonde locks draped around her neck, this causes her ocean blue eyes to stand out.
"This song may be gorgeous but nothing can compare to you." I manage to spit something cheesy out, surprisingly. Because i'm not very good at this kind of stuff as I've never been in love before so how am I meant to know how to act?
