Two weeks later
I felt myself being shaken out of my sleep, I slowly opened my eyes to see Jaiden smiling down at me.
"Matthew, I have to get to the airport",she spoke quietly.
My heart dropped at the reminder that she was leaving today. I sighed and sat up, "Okay, I'll drive you".
Jaiden spent a few minutes saying bye to Brendon before I helped her put her bags in my car.
We took the 30 minute drive to the airport, it was mostly silent besides the radio.
Once we got there Jaiden and I hauled out her luggage. When we entered the airport we immediately found both the Jacks sitting in the waiting chairs on their phones.
We approached them, they stood up and greeted both of us.
"Good to see you",Johnson told me with a smile.
"Yeah, it's been a while",I stated.
"Well we better get going, our flight leaves in 10 minutes",Gilinsky said.
"Uh right, okay",Jaiden spoke awkwardly.
I reached in for a hug, "I'm gonna miss you",I whispered.
I know how this sounds, the poor little boy in love is heart broken that his girlfriend is leaving. But it's not that, Jaiden and I are like a team, we always have been. We go on the same tours, we perform in the same shows, and that's just how it's been since this whole "fame" thing happened. I'll admit it I'm gonna miss her like crazy.
"I'll miss you more",she smiled.
"Impossible",I argued.
"Flight 462 is taking off in 5 minutes, I repeat flight 462 is taking off in 5 minutes",someone announced over the intercom.
"Sorry to break the moment, but we gotta go",Johnson said awkwardly.
I nodded and pulled away, Jaiden gave one last kiss before began to walk away.
I watched her get further and further away, she turned around and waved at me with a light smile before she disappeared.
I sighed before turning around and heading back to my car.
When I got to Jaiden's apartment Brendon was all set and ready to go.
He had several suit cases packed waiting in the living room.
"You ready to move into my house for a month",I laughed.
He nodded, "Yeah, but I am going to miss my sister".
"I will too Brendon, I will too".
