The next morning I was shaken awake. "Dude it's almost noon, get up",Brendon woke me.
I groaned and turned over on my stomach, "Go away".
"No! I'm hungry",he stated
"Ugh fine",I said rolling out of the bed.
I grabbed my keys and groggily walked to the car with Brendon speeding past me and hoping in the passenger seat.
As I drove my tired eyes stayed on the road, but my mind was off somewhere else.
"Matt....",Brendon said snapping his fingers. I looked over at him with confusion.
"Did you even hear what I just said", Brendon asked.
I sighed, "No Brendon, I'm sorry",I admitted.
"You seem kinda zoned out... You're not still upset about the whole Jaiden thing are you?",he asked.
"No no no of course not",I spoke quickly.
"Whatever",he mumbled before pulling out his phone and opening younow.
"Are you seriously about to younow",I laughed.
He shot me a glare, "Being a younower is not easy. In order to be a successful broadcaster you must go live no matter where you're at if it is the time that you tweeted you would go live",he ranted.
I sat there and starred at him for a moment, "Ya know you could of just told me that you told the fans you would Broudcast at this time",I laughed.
He simply shrugged, "That's what happens when you question me".
I laughed before pulling into the driveway of Chick-Fil-A
"Hey guys so we're at Chick fillay lay",Brendon spoke weirdly before turning the camera to the building then to me.
I lightly waved before he turned the camera back to him.
"Okay guys so I woke up this morning and noticed that we hit 1 million fans!",he told them excitedly.
I turned to him, "Woah man that's insane,why didn't you tell me?".
His face dropped as he slowly looked at me, "I tired to tell you in the car but you weren't listing".
"Oh sorry",I chuckled.
We quickly ordered before sitting down, Brendon set the camera in front of him and started to read and reply to comments.
I sat there starring out the window just wondering when Jaiden would call. She usually would have called by now... What if she feels to guilty to call me because she actually did cheat on me?.... What if some perv got ahold of her?.... What if... She's probably just busy.
As if at cue my phone started to ring and Jaidens contact picture popped up on my screen.
I starred at my phone screen for several seconds almost scared to make a move.
Brendon looked at my phone and then back up at me several times signaling for me to answer it.
I sighed before swiping the screen and putting the phone up to my ear.
"Hello",I spoke.
"Hey, what are you up to",she cued happily.
"Brendon and I are just getting lunch, what are you doing?".
"Oh nothing, we're just on the bus",she spoke.
"Oh... Let me guess, you're with Johnson",I said before thinking. Brendon shot me a shocked look, I was pretty shocked with my self too.
"Uhh no he's asleep, why?",she asked with concern.
"Nothing its just that you two seem to be getting pretty close",I spoke emphasizing the word close.
It stayed silent for a moment. I could feel tension, and I guess Brendon could too because he looked around the restaurant trying to find something to get up for. "Woah guys, look at those pictures.... Yeah um let's go look at them",Brendon spoke to his viewers before getting up as quickly as possible.
"Matthew.... Are you okay?",Jaiden asked me slowly.
I took in a deep breath before letting it go , "Yeah I'm fine", I spoke calmly.
"Really? Cause you seem kinda upset",she spoke alittle tensely.
"I'm fine",I said more stern.
"Matt!",she said getting frustrated with me.
"What?!",I snapped back officially losing my calm.
"What's up with you?",she asked harshly.
"Me! Whats up with me? You're the one that was all over Johnson last night".
"I was not!",she defended.
I rolled my eyes although she couldn't see me, "Jai I saw the picture, you were sitting in his lap. Who knows what else you two did, plus you were drinking!",I whisper/yelled since I was in public.
She sighed heavily, "Matt, they wanted a picture of all of us and that's where I had to sit to make sure we could all fit in the picture".
I thought about what she said, it was reasonable and I had no reason not to believe her. "And about the drink... I'm sorry, I really am. But it was the only one I swear",she finished.
We sat in silence for a few moments before I spoke up, "I'm sorry".
"Don't apologize",she said with a more positive voice.
"I shouldn't have accused you immediately, I should have talked to you about it first".
"Let's just forget about it and move on",she said lightly.
"Okay",I smiled to myself.
Jaiden and I talked for alittle bit longer until our order was called, "Well our food is ready so I guess I'll call you later".
"Okay, I love you".
"I love you too",I spoke before hanging up and walking over to get our food from the front desk.
Brendon sat down at the table also and grabbed his order off of the tray, "So is everything okay?".
I lightly smiled, "Everything's great".
But little did I know things would just get worse from here.
