Juliet's P.O.V
I check twice before crossing the road and Roxanne chuckles. Actually Roxie. Don't call her Roxanne unless you want to be tortured and murdered. I roll my eyes and I hear loud music coming from his house. Roxie smiles and starts singing out loud, somehow knowing the lyrics.
"How do you know the lyrics?" I ask her in disbelief and she chuckles.
"That my friend, you would have known if you wouldn't have stayed in your house studying like every single Friday night." She says and I sigh.
"Sorry, for trying to make my parents happy, so they could leave me alone." I sarcastically say (though I meant it) and she rolls her eyes.
"Oh my dear best friend, when are you going to understand that they will never leave you alone?" She says and I huff, as I hug my books tighter preventing them to fall.
"Juliet, oh Juliet, I would have continue but I have no idea how it continues." He says as he sees us. He cheekily grins and I chuckle.
"You would know how it continues, if you would have gone to school instead of staying home, doing nothing." I shot back and he rolls his eyes, before getting back on playing very loudly on his guitar. I doubt if he knows how to play, but apparently he does. I only play classic music, so it's hard to consider his music as a gender. I don't associate with Rock music. I'm okay with Classic and jazz.
"He is so hot!" Roxie exclaims and I chuckle.
If my dad or mom would have seen me interacting with him, I would have got grounded for life. They hate Louis and his family, the Tomlinson's. I have no idea why though. They seem like a really nice family, they are more free with their kids, they do let them live their life and decide for themselves, but my parents in the other hand, don't, they are very strict. They don't let me do anything if it doesn't seem appropriate to them. They don't even let me listen to music that contains vulgar language. I find it ridicules, but oh well, they only want the best for me.
"You should come this Friday to his 'concert'" She says and I shake my head as 'no'.
"I'm studying, and you know how my parents feel about his family." I say and she groans.
"Just once, lie to them; say you are staying at my place, please!" She begs and I shake my head as 'no'.
"They will find out and will never allow me to go out anymore." I say and she groans.
"They won't find out." She says trying to convince me and I shake my head as 'no'. I'm not taking any chances.
"Sorry, but no. I won't go." I say and she rolls her eyes.
"You are such a bad friend." She mutters and I chuckle.
This is how every single Thursday goes - we past by his house, hear his loud music, he says something to us and then she tells me about how hot he is, and begs me to come with her to one of his little 'concerts', I say 'no' and she calls me a bad friend, but then a couple of seconds later she asks me about homework, just wait.
"Hey, did we got any homework today?" She asks and I chuckle while nodding.
"English, biology and that's it." I answer and she groans.
"I hate school; they always give us so much homework, why can't they leave us alone?" She rumbles and I playfully roll my eyes. She always says that, later on summer vacation she is crying because she misses school. Well, she doesn't miss homework or the teacher or waking up early, she misses the fun we have there with our friends, like every single other teen.
"I have an idea!" She says as we stop outside my house.
"What?" I ask her and a grin appears in her face.
"How much homework do we have?" She asks and I think for a second before answering.
"We have; English, biology, math and history." I answer and she groans.
"Okay, so, my idea is that I will go to your house, we will finish all of our homework and then tomorrow, Friday, we will go to Louis' concert." She says and I sigh.
"Uh... No." I say and she glares at me.
"Why not? I don't get it, you stay in your place to do your homework, but if we finish it today, you will be able to go." She whines and I purse my lips in a thin line.
"I don't want to go," I say and she groans, "My parents will-"
"Your parents can suck it, with all the respect of course" She says while glancing at my house and I chuckle.
"Maybe next Friday I will go, not this one." I say and she smiles as she claps her hands.
"Awesome, so that means I don't have to do homework." She says and I shake my head as I laugh.
"Roxanne, I'm shocked," I hear my dad's voice from behind me, "I can't believe it. What do you mean you won't do your homework?" My dad asks and Roxie awkwardly laughs, while clearing her throat.
"I'm joking Martin," She says and my dad's eyes widen, "I mean Mr. Watson." She quickly corrects herself and I silently chuckle.
"I heard you have been interacting with the Tomlinson's. Look they are corrupting you!" My dad says and she nods her head in shame.
"Dad, please!" I say and he takes a deep breath before letting it out as a sigh.
"Sorry Roxanne, but I think you should stop messing with that family, you are way better than them." My dad says and walks away. He gets inside his car and waves goodbye at both of us. We wave goodbye at him and when he is finally out of sight, Roxie gives me another lesson of vulgar language. If I know to swear its only because of her and school, but mostly her.
"...With all the respect." She ends it and I laugh.
"Sorry about him." I say and she shakes her head.
"It's okay, I have to go now, see you tomorrow." She hugs me and I wave goodbye at her before opening my house's gate and get inside.

"Juliet, dinner is ready." My mom says as she knocks on my door. I take off my headphones and get up from my chair. I hear my stomach grumble and my mom gives me a disapproving look.
I can't control that, why are you blaming me?
"Sorry, I haven't eaten anything, so my stomach is mad at me." I say and she rolls her eyes as she smiles at me. I goofy smile at her and we come down the stairs.
I take a seat, facing my mom, and lick my lips as I see the lasagna in front of me, so delicious, so tasty, I haven't ate it yet, but I can feel it in my mouth, I can feel his taste, I can imagine myself moaning in pleasure of the food. Such a welcoming meal.
"Stop drooling and cut yourself a slice." My mom says and I wipe my chin feeling the wetness.
EW!
I was about to wipe my hand in my skirt, but my mom glared at me.I took a napkin and wiped my hand there.
I cut myself a slice and place it on my plate, I start eating and it tastes exactly how I imagined it will taste, everything is so perfect, I moan in pleasure and my mom gives me a cold look.
"This is so delicious!" I say mouthful. She pinches the bridge of her nose and shakes her head.
"Could you please behave?" She asks, impatiently, and I nod.
"Sorry mom." I have been hungry since morning, I forgot my lunch at home, I didn't bring any money to school, so I'm not surprised of my behavior. I would say that to my mom, but she will tell me that I'm being disrespectful to her, and then she will ground me.
If you are wondering if I have ever got grounded, well yes, I have been grounded lots of times. The first time I got grounded was when I was 5 years old. I told my mom that her food was disgusting. My grandpa told me that I used to be really sassy when I was a kid, but now, not anymore. Well, that's what I think.
"So, how was school today?" My mom asks and I swallow before speaking.
"It was good; I got a 100 on my history test." I say and she smiles.
"That's good sweetie, have you finished your homework?" She asks and I shake my head as 'no'.
"I still have on math and biology, but it's really easy." I say and she nods.
"You should know, The Cameron's are coming." She says and I hold the urge to groan.
The Cameron's are the family that my parents are trying to set me up with. I mean they are trying to set me up with their son, William. He is exactly what my parents wish for my future husband to be. He is all posh and annoying. He has finished school early because he could and he is the typical rich boy -plays polo, talks with all of those high words, thinks he is all superior and well basically a stereotype rich boy. Such an annoying stuck up rich boy.
"When are they coming?" I ask her.
"There is time." She says as she wipes the corners of her mouth with the napkin.
"How much time till they come?" I ask again. I want to know so I can call Roxie and ask her if I could sleep in her house. I don't want to see him or his family. They are super annoying, such hypocrites, and they talk about everyone behind their backs. I wouldn't be surprised if they talk about my family too.
"Ugh, they come in two weeks, happy?" She asks and I nod. Great (Not for the sarcasm).
I finish eating and take my plate, but my mom glares at me and calls our house keeper, Marie. She takes my plate and I thank her. She smiles at me and leaves to the kitchen.
Marie has been our housekeeper since I remember myself. I'm worried that my parents will get to the point they will get tired of her and will fire her. She is old so you need to be patient with her. That's why I always try to help her when my parents are not around. They have this stupid phrase that says 'Why do we have her if you want to do all the cleaning instead?'. It's so stupid. Anyways, Marie, she is the sweetest woman ever. She is the one that taught me to be humble and stay grounded, not become like my parents or worse, like the Cameron's. She is more of a mom than my mom will ever be, I don't regret saying that, but it doesn't mean I don't love my mom or dad. I do love them, even though they can be really annoying.
I excuse myself and leave to my room to finish my homework.
.

.
.
.
"It's 8." I answer to Roxie. She is doing her homework, so I am helping her, and no, I'm not telling her the answers, only when she really doesn't know them. She is smart, but she is lazy, she could get 100 if she studied and put effort on school, but she doesn't.
"Hey, I have heard someone has an eye on you." She sings song and I roll my eyes.
"Roxie, do your homework!" I say and I could literally hear her eyes rolling.
"You don't want to know who he is?" She asks and I sigh.
For some reason, boys in our school find me 'hot', attractive, and Roxie makes sure I will know who they are, so I could finally start dating someone. She hopes one day she will say a name and he will be it, he will be the one, but nope, it hasn't happened yet, and I doubt it will happen. I also hope it won't happen, it will bring me trouble. My parents already have someone in their mind for me, William. They will not agree to me date someone else.
"No, I'm not interested." I say and I hear her sigh.
"I will tell you anyways," She says and I chuckle, "it's Ben!" She squeaks and I distant the phone from my ear. She can be really loud. I roll my eyes and bring the phone to my ear.
"Are you for real?" I say as she finishes squeaking.
"Yes, what's the problem?" She asks.
Ben is the biggest player on our school. He has slept with so many girls, and I'm surprised he hasn't got STD. He is an example to why it's good to use protection. Hmm... Ben, most of girls throw themselves to him. He is a boy so he says yes, and he has no problem with that. He is the one to win after all. The girls know to what they are getting into, but they do it anyways, every single type of girl. It's actually nice that he doesn't care if they are thin or not, or the prettiest or not. He goes with every single girl that throws herself to him.
"Sorry, but no, I don't know him." I say and turn to lay on my side to check the time in the clock that is on top of my night stand. It reads '8pm' and I sigh. I'm bored. I turn again, so now I'm facing the ceiling, again, and furrow my eyebrows as I see a fly inside my room, it suddenly becomes interesting so I watch him fly around my room.
"You are annoying, uh... I will introduce between you two." She says and I groan.
"No, and you don't know him either." I say and I hear her gasp.
"For your information I do, he is my neighbor." She says and I chuckle. Now she is going to start ranting about him. She is going to tell me about how she always hears him doing it, how she sometimes gets to see him naked, and all of those type of things.
I hear her ramble and get up from my bed. I open my window letting the fly go away and I furrow my eyebrows as I seem to notice someone standing outside my house. I look closer and I see him, Louis. He does something on his phone and then looks up. His eyes meet mine and he looks at me surprised.
"What are you doing here?" I mouth to him and he grins.
"I felt like pissing off someone." He says and I frown. He points to my left and I turn to look to the left. My eyes widen and I cover my mouth as I try to stop myself from laughing out loud.
"Are you crazy?" I mouth to him and he shrugs.
He has covered my dad's car with feathers and I think he has sort glued it. Well, I think now I know why my dad hates his family. Nah, my dad hated them since before we even were born. I have no idea why though, I need to ask him someday.
"Go home!" I say and he winks at me before leaving and waving goodbye at me. I chuckle and close my window.
"Juliet? Are you still here?" I hear Roxie. I shake my head coming back to reality and smile.
"Yeah, I'm here." I say and I hear her sigh.
"Okay so I was saying, a couple of day ago he.." She continues with her rambling.
My dad is going to have an unpleasant surprise this morning.
