Chapter 9: He Is Not Jealous
I asked Derek if I can stay at the loft cause I don't think Allison wants me in the house. I'm kinda scared/ nervous that she told them I'm not human. Derek said I could and there is a extra room I can use. Once we got there dad showed me around. It weird calling him dad since we haven't been in each other lives for awhile.
I was in my room listing to Bea Miller. I love her voice she is a amazing singer. I heard a knock on my door and I pulled off my headphones. "Come in." I said in a normal voice. Everyone is a supernatural in the house so what's the point.
Erica walked in. "Can we talk?" She said closing the door. I nodded and looked at her weirdly. "I'm sorry I haven't been really nice to you."
"If you just want to be nice to me because I'm Derek's daughter you don't have to. We can just act like we like each other." I said.
"That's not the reason why I apologized." she said. I looked at her and then looked at my hands.
"Why? I know I probably wasn't that nice to you either. I burned your hand, I believe."
"You where nice though. Before when I wasn't a werewolf you stood up for me. No one has ever done that for me. And when you burned me you could've have burned me worst but you didn't and you know that. I just hope we can be friends." she said. She started to leave my room.
"Wait." She turned around and looked at me. " I would like to be friends as well. Just don't go killing my friends again." I said with a smile.
"I guess I can make the promise." She said smiling.
"Stay with me, we can get to know each other." I said. We both where getting to know each other. We watched movies and we started talking about random things.
"So who do you like?" I started to shake my head but she stopped me. "If you give me that bullshit that you don't like anyone I will take your guitar." she said. She knows that I can't be separated by that. Meanie.
"Fine," I said. "well, um I may or may not like Isaac?" I said more of a question than a answer.
"Aww! You guys will be a cute couple! You guys need a ship name." she excitedly.
"Aren't ship names for people that are dating. Isaac doesn't even like me." I said.
"He does! I had to tell him to talk to you cause he was nervous to." I rolled me eyes.
"Ok surreee." I said. She hit me with a pillow and I hit her back. "I'm going to sleep, there still school tomorrow." she just groaned and went into her room. I laughed at her when she did.
*Next Day*
I didn't get much sleep, but I'm not that tired. Thank you coffee. I got of the shower a little bit ago, and I'm trying to find a outfit. "Erica." I said normally. She came in my room already ready.
"What?"
"I need to look for an outfit and I can't find anything." I said to her.
"Well first you might want to put clothes on, but I don't think Isaac will find." she said looking through my closet.
"Erica!" I said blushing.
She just laughed at me. "We need to find a outfit that will make Isaac jealous, but give you a bad girl feel. Judging you right now you seem like a good girl."
"I'm not a good girl!" She gave me a look that said mmhmm sure you are. "okay maybe I am." I said defeated.
"Let me get clothes from my closet." She said. She came back in the room alittle bit earlier. She put a bunch on the bed. "I think you will look good in this." She said holding up a black dress. I looked at her uncertain. "Just try it on."
"Okay." I went in the bathroom and tried on the black dress. I put my hair a pretty side braid, and I put the black bow where up in the front where I started to braid it. I put on some light pink lip gloss and mascara on. I put on my black heels and walked out. When I did I did a spin to show Erica.
"I like it." she said. Her outfit is really pretty as well. (Both outfits are up top)
"Does it look to much?" I said. She nodded her head no.
"That dress is going to make Isaac jealous." She said walking out of my room.
"No wonder you choose this one." I said walking out as well.
We where almost to the car when Derek/ dad stopped us. "Am I going to regret letting you walk out like that." he said referring to my outfit.
"Do you really want an answer?" I said back he just sighed.
"No I guess not." I laughed and walked out. Isaac was waiting outside with us. When he saw us his jaw dropped.
"You look pretty Amber." he said. I looked down and blushed. I looked at Erica and she was wiggling her eyebrows.
"Okay you guys can flirt later. Maybe when Derek isn't in earshot." Erica said. I glared at her and we went in the car. Once we got to the school we parked the car. I saw Allison and she just glared at me. I put my head down. Isaac noticed and he put his arm around me and pulled me close. I smiled and we kept walking.
*At Chemistry*
We are in Mr. Harris chemistry class, save me now! Scott, Stiles, and Allison are in that class to. When we got there Me and Erica sat together. Isaac sat across from us. Harris started going on and on about God knows what. "We are working in partners again, so Erica and Amber..." most of the guys raised there hand. I smiled to myself and Erica smirked. I looked over and Isaac had his hand is a fist and his eyes started turning colors. I grabbed his hand and he relaxed.
"Told you it will work." Erica whispered.
"He is not jealous." I said back.
"Isaac and Amber are partners and Erica and Stiles." he said. He started giving everybody there partners. I got up and sat next to Isaac.
"Are you okay? You were turning." I said sitting my books down on the desk.
"Uh it was in nothing." he said. We started working on the project when I heard Erica and Stiles talking.
Stiles: "So Amber is on your side?"
Erica: "yea right. She doesn't want to hurt her cousin so she has been denying us. Think about it Stiles she is choosing you guys over her father, that she hasn't seen in her whole life. You can't imagine what that must be like for her."
Stiles was silent after that. I hope Erica didn't make that worst.
Two chapters publish in a day!!! Yay! Also btw Hidden Secrets is going to take longer cause I have to unpack once we have everything there. But one my tv is up i can watch season 3 and write it. Also I have a couple stories I'm writing. Now comment on which one you want first. Scott or Derek fanfic?
