Chapter 14: Detention

And I'm sorry for not posting I've been getting new ideas and school been super stressful. I have state testing a biology test and a french test that I forgot to study for. Also it was my birthday yesterday and I was with my family so I didn't have time to update. Comment and Like! Hope you enjoy.
Also tell me if there are any writing or editing mistakes because I didn't have a lot of time to edit this cahpter.
I went down to the basement knowing I would have to help my dad with the full moon stuff for Erica, Boyd and Isaac since they don't have control yet. "I thought you would teach us how we can control it and change whenever we want to?" said Isaac as I was walking down the steps.
"There wasn't enought time, the full moon to soon." he said garbbing the chains, so they wont attack every single thing in there sight.
"That means you will be alone against the Argents." he said an I wlked over to Isaac.
"He won't I'm going in disguise so they don't recgonize me while you guys are down here away from anyone that you will attack on the full moon." I said to him.
"What about the Kanima?" Erica asked looking at both of us.
"Geard knows something, he wasn't afraid of it, like he knew it wouldn't hurt him. I'm going to find out why." He said walkimg away.
The next day I could finally go back to school and I was kinda having fix feelings about it. Like I'm so done being home alone, but I don't feel like learning. I started fixing my hair since I blew dry it moments before. I grabbed my curling iron and lightly curl the ends. My hair looked straight and the bottoms had curls. I grabbed my black leather skinny jeans and a purple top that had a bow on top. I put on some light make up and some light pink lipstick. I grabbed my bag and walked down the steps wuickly and quietly. Dad still mad at me so I rather avoid him right now, until he cools off. I walked out of the building and down the garage.
A motorcycle came buy and stopped. The guy took off his helmet and it was Scott. "We have a problem, get on." he said. Oh god does my family know about me?
"What's wrong? Scott tell me!" I said about to yell. If they knew I need to hurry up and leave town before I am hunted down myself.
"Allison said to get you, its easier if you just come with me." he said, I sighed and walked to the bike. I put the helmet on and got on and held on to his waist. We went to the old Hale house which is still up surprisingly. I got off and put the helmet on the bike. I walked up the brunt wooden steps and walked inside. The whole house filled with black wood and everything built. I looked around and saw Allison, where I supposed where the living room would be. She ran up to me and gave me a tight hug.
"I'm sorry Amber." She said. I looked at both Scott and Allison, and I feel like I'm going to cry.
"They know don't they! I knew they would find out!" I yelled my eyes glassing over blurring my vision. How did they find out?
"No, but they could be close to finding out. You aren't at the house and you have been gone for a couple days and they are suspecting something. They know your hanging around Derek's pack and they think you turned on them. I told them you where at a friends house, but they no longer believe me." She said in a pained voice. All I could do was hug her. I don't know what else to do right now. I have to keep my dad, the pack, Allison, Isaac and everyone safe. I knew what I need to do and I really don't want to.
"Amber, go to school and tell them you where getting information from them, or something. We need you to be safe, and I know what your thinking, and running away will not help you." Scott said.
"But it will keep you all safe! I don't know what my powers can do, but I know if my family knows all hell would break lose. They will find out eventually and they probably already know now." I said when I heard screaming. I jumped and looked around widely back and forth. "Didn't you hear that?" I said walking around looking for where the screaming could come from.
"We didn't hear anything, what do you hear?" He said when I got to a stair case that looked a basement or cellar. The screaming began again only louder, like they where in my ear. The scream caused me to scream and i fell back to the wall behind and everything went black.
I felt like I was floating around aimlessly through the dark. It seemed peaceful but not at the same time and I'm not even sure why I am here. Then I remembered the screaming in the house.
I woke up sitting straight up on the ground gasping for breath. I see Allison and Scott looking at me worriedly. "I'm okay, I just, I don't know what happened, but I'm okay." I said getting up.
"You scrammed and passed out and you where hearing voices. You are not okay!What was that?" Yelled Allison.
"I'm okay, I feel fine just a bit confused. My mom kept a book with her and she always said when the time is right, this can hep you.. maybe it was information about Phoenix?" I said. They looked at me unconvinced, but they agreed. Allison gave me a ride to school and it was silent the whole time.
When we got there I went into the school and to the office. I walked right in the office without knocking because I really didn't care. I closed the for and Geared was there looking surprised. "We thought you betrayed us, why should I not bring you to Chris to decide your fate?" he asked bitterly.
"Because you need me." I said with a smirk, trying to show him I know something he doesn't. My mom always did this so it came natural to me a bit.
"Is that so?" he said getting up from his desk and walking towards the front. I could tell he was holding his gun about to shoot me. He probably thinks I got turned when I was with dad.
"I was spying on them, getting information. I was getting close to the beta to know there plan. I had to act like I was on there side or they would kill me. But if you don't want to know thats fine with me." I said and walked to the door and left before he could say anything.
I walked into the libary and saw Scott and Stiles talking to someone through the bookshelf. I looked over and saw it was Allison. I walked over to her and stod where I was facing her. "You guys seem so obvious right now." I said and Alliosn just rolled her eyes at me and smiled.
"I got Lydai to transalte the latin, well all that she could she was very confused. I told her it was for some online gaming thing with mystical creatures." she said making me laugh.
"I play a game online that battles mystical creatures." said Stiles making me laugh at again and Allison looking awakard.
"The kanima, or Jackson is supposed to be a werewolf and once its resovles he can be one." she said.
"So the Knaima seeks a master?" I asked her trying to catch up to speed. She nodded.
"Does this have to do with Jacksom parents, his real parents." ask Allison.
"What about Lydia? She probably knows since her and Jackson dated for awhile." Said Stiles.
"What if she doesn't know anything?" asked Scott. I sighed I really don't think this has to do about Jacksons real parents, I think something a lot more but I don't know what.
"I'll go ask Jackson myself." said Allison and I looked at her like she was crazy, which she is. "He will probably tell me." she added I sighed knowing it was true. "I'll go find him, see you guys later." she said. I was about to leave when Scott called my name.
"Amber, can you just make sure nothing happens to her. I won't be able to take a test with knowing she could be getting in to danger. If anything gets out of hand just jump in, please." he said to me. I liked how much he cared for my cousin, and thats all I want for her, is someone to love her like she is the only girl in the world.
"Of course, I was going to do that anyway." I said and walked out the library going after Allison.
I followed her to the boys locker room after her bump in with some guy Matt, I think. I walked closer being quiet has I can and closed my eyes. I focused my hearing into the boys locker room. Allison heart was beating so fast it, like she was on a rollercoaster.
"I thought you wanted to talk?" he asked.
"I changed my mind." Allison said and I heard something fall. I heard him say how Scott going to leave her. He got anger and I think thats a perfect moment to get involved. I slammed the door open and saw Jackson pinning Allison up to a wall. I pushed him off and he landed into one of the lockers.
I shinning my eyes at him for him to attack me. I ducked and throw fire at him when I had a chance. Some got him while others didn't he then grabbed me and there me against the locker by Allison that some fell down. Everything got blurry, and my hearing didn't work. I closed my eyes and then open them to find Scott in the locker room looking pissed as hell.
"Scott I'm fine scott!" yelled Allison when Scott threw Jackson into the lockers making them tip over a lot.
"I have a restariting order!" yelled Jackson.
"Trust me, I'm restraining myself." said Scott attacking him. They kept fight as I got off the ground and got Allison out of there, and outside of the locker room.
"Are you okay?" asked Allison since I was thrown across the locker room like a rag doll.
"Yea, what about you?" I asked her cause I really thought Jackson was going to hurt her.
"I'm fine." she said, but she still sounded a bit shaky.
"No, your not okay you are bleeding." she said touching my head that was bleeding a bit, I wasn't worried, since I could feel it healing ,but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.
The boys came out of the room and they where still fighting. Erica, Alioson, Stiles and me all held them back as Isaac appeared as well did Mr. Harris and the fighting stopped. He saw my cut and he touched it making me wince in pain. "Im okay." I whispered to him.
"What the hell going on here?" he yelled looking at all of us.
"McCall, Stilinki? Argent what happened to your head." he said. I looked at Jackson and Isaac followed knowing he did it. He was about to attack him when I held is hand tightly as I could making him stay.
"I tripped and my head it the wall." I said to him, not the best excause but its all I could think of.
"All of you detention 3 o'clock. Lahey take her to the nurse. Eveyone went there seperate ways while Isaac and I went to the nurse. I stopped and sat down with my head against the lockers and sighed. Isaac soon joined me.
"Are you going to be okay?" he asked.
"I can feel it healing." I said covering it with my hair and closing my eyes. I knew I had to keep Isaac safe and doing that going to hurt me. But I rather die then see the ones I love hurt.
"Whats wrong, and its not just your cut. All day you have been trying to avoid me." he said to me and I opened my eyes with tears in my eyes.
"The Argents think I'm one of you guys, a werewolf. They think of me as a traitor and I know if I say or do the wrong thing it can get me killed and get you guys killed. Thats why we can no longer be together." I said to him not looking at him.
"We can be together in secret I can protect you." He said to me holding my hand. I took it away from his grasp.
"Don't you see? You have been a werewolf for all of 5 minutes, that does not mean you can do whatever you want! They can kill you with just one hit and you haven't even learned control. I can get you killed, I kill your kind I'm not one of you." I said to him.
"We can still work this out." he said to me,
"Don't you see? I don't want to see you, I don't want to hear form you...Ever." I said grabbing my bag walking away with tears in my eyes.
The day went by and I haven't seen Isaac at all. My heat hurts like someone ripped it out of my chest, but I know I did this to make him safe. When It was time for detention I slowly walked into the Library with Erica next to me, not saying anything, I knew she knows what happened. I sat with Erica as Stiles and Scott sat down at the same table as us.
"I cant sit with these tools, I have a restraing order." says Jackson.
"All of these tools?" Asked Mr. Harris
"No, Just us tools." said Stiles pointing to him and Scott.
"You two over there." he said pointing to the next table where Scott and Stiles will sit at.
"Are you okay?" Erica said "Isaac told me what happened." she added.
"I feel like my heart got ripped from my chest, but other then that I am good. " I said. Time passed and nothing happened. Jackson abruptly jumped up from his seat looking pale as a ghost. Jackson ran out while Mr. Harris followed him.
"No one leave there seats." said Mr. Harris, and once he left Scott and Stiles of corse got out of there seats. They started talking to Erica while I tuned the, out. Allison looked at me and mouthed are you okay? I answered back with a shoulder shrug.
From Allison: What happened?
To Allison: Broke up with Isaac to keep him safe from Gerard :(
From Allison: Wanna eat ice cream, watch movies and cry when this is all over?
To Allison: Yea
I put my phone away when I saw Mr. Harris come back in and start packing up. We started packing up when he stopped us.
"Yes, I'm leaving but none of you are, you can go when you finish the reshelving." he said making me glare at him. He is pure evil, I would pick the kanima over Mr. Harris any day. I sighed and grabbed on the carts and started putting the books in the correct places. I was with the same isle with Erica trying to find where the heck this one book went.
"Right here." she said laughing at bit making me smile. I put it a way and I grabbed another book. A light broke making me get down as soon as possible making Erica change. I ducked when something hit Erica and she fell to the floor not responding. I looked up to see jackson that was half Kanima writing something on the board.
'Stay out of my way or I'll kill all of you.' it said, as jackson jumped out of the window. Erica started having a a seizure, and I didn't know what to do. I just knew I couldn't lose a friend.
"Guys shes having a seizure, we need to get her to a hospital." Stiles said about to pick her up.
"No, Derek, only Derek." she said.
"Go." Allison said to us and I started picking her up when Scott came by and took her from my hands. We went to the loft as fast as we could to Derek.
"Is she dying?"
"She might but, this is going to hurt." He said breaking her bones to trigger the healing process. She mumbled something to Stiles and passed out. I stayed in the train to make sure she is okay.
I walked out of the loft not saying goodbye and walked back to the Argents house. I walked up the steps and knocked on the door to be greeted by Uncle Chris. "Amber." he said giving me a hug which I returned. "Geared told me that you spied on Derek and his pack pretending to be like them. Why would you do that without telling us?" he said having me come into the house. I knew he was mad so I needed to think of something quick.
"I knew you wouldn't let me." I said. "I'm tired, can I go to bed?" I asked and he nodded. I went to my room and changed into new clothes and got into bed.
The only thing on my mind is how much I miss Isaac and trying to convince myself the right thing. What if I just made this worse...
