Chapter 12: Sick
I woke up by my phone ringing. The sun is not up so why am I? I grabbed my phone and looked at the caller ID. Stiles, of course. I answered the call. "What?" I said in a annoying airy tone. Don't judge me I just woke up.
"Nice to see you too, Sleeping Beauty." Stiles said sarcastically.
"Ha ha ha, very funny. Now why did you wake me up before my alarm?" I asked rubbing my eyes. I'm trying to be quite since Isaac is right next to me.
"Come down to the night club called Jungle, like now!" He said.
"Why? Actually don't answer that I will be there in a couple minutes." I hung up the phone before he could reply. I started to sit up but didn't get far. Isaac arm I tightly around my waist. O grabbed his hand and slowly moved it so I can get off of the bed.
I grabbed a sweater outfit since I'm still freezing. I grabbed a turquoise scarf to go with my outfit. I hate being cold all the time, it sucks.
I quickly, but quietly opened and closed the door. Once I was far enough away from the loft I turned in to a Phoenix. I flew until I caught Scott's scent. I was a little bit behind them so I went to the ground and turned human. I ran right behind Stiles and Scott. "Hi." Stiles jumped from surprise.
"Took you long enough." he said with a smile, obviously messing with me.
"Well I had to get Isaac arm off my waist and get dress and fly here so shut up." Scott and Stiles raised there eyebrows.
"Did you guys...." Scott trailed off.
"Oh god no. I'm not like you and Allison." I said. Scott rolled his eyes and Stiles gave me a hug.
"I missed her." Stiles said and I laughed. "Guys.." we looked at Stiles and then looked up since that's where he was looking. The Kanima was going into the club. "We need to find a way in we could...." I ended up tuning him out. I went to a back door and pulled the door handle.
"Or break it with supernatural strength." Stiles said.
"Wait how did you know there is a back door?" Scott asked.
"I'm realated to Kate, this isn't the first time I've done this. I wasn't always a good girl." I said. Then we went through the club.
"Uh Stiles, Amber. I think this is a gay club."
"No really." me and Stiles said.
"I feel weird I'm the only girl here." I said hugging myself cause I'm still cold.
"We just need to find Jackson, and then we can leave." Scott said looking around. I tap Scott and pointed where the Kanima was.
They started putting more and more smoke on the dance floor. I tried changing my eye color and seeing that way but it didn't work. Me and Scott heard people falling. We ran over and kept trying to get to Jackson.
Dad showed up. Wait when did he get here...Oh forget it. Dad started attacking Jackson. "Derek!" Scott yelled. Derek got distracted and Jackson left.
"Follow Jackson." I said and I went to dad.
"We really need to think of a curfew." Dad said I rolled my eyes.
"There is a killer Lizard killing people that we are trying to catch, how can I follow a curfew at that time?" I said. "Also I probably won't listen to the curfew anyway." I said running out of the club. I hid in the woods and looked to see if Stiles and Scott are okay.
"You okay?" I said knowing Scott can hear me.
"We both are." he said back. I went to leave when Stiles got out of the car.
"Stiles what are you doing here?"
"At a club...clubbing."
"This doesn't seem like your kinda club."
"Well dad, we need to talk..."
"Your not gay."
"I could be!"
"Not dressed like that." the conversations between Stiles and his father everybody. I thought I had weird conversations with my parents. Well not anymore.
"Amber." I turned around and it was dad. "How did you get here?" He said while we are walking.
"I flew here." I said walking ahead of him. He just sighed and walked with me. He looked like he wanted to say something but decided against it. I stopped and turned to him. He looked at me confused. "What? You want to say something, and don't say its nothing cause I know your lying." I said my arms crossed.
He sighed and answered me. "Nobody saw you correct. I don't want the Argents finding out what you are cause they will kill you. And I just found you and i cant lose you." I don't get why Stiles says he doesn't like Derek that much he seems sweet. I hugged him.
"You wont leave me. Also I'm a really good liar. And you cant get rid of me that easily, Im to stubborn to go that quickly." I said smirking. He just laughed at me and we walked back to the loft. Once we got in the loft I went straight into my room. When i opened the door i shut it quickly. Isaac was looking around and I laughed. I got in bed and laid on his chest.
"Where did you go?' he said putting his arm around my waist.
'We were trying to find Jackson and me, Scott and Stiles went in a gay club to find Danny since Jackson was after him." I said.
he sighed. "If this wasn't Beacon Hills I would question it." I laughed and kissed his cheek. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
***Next Day***
" Love Birds wake up!" Erica said in a sing song voice. I groaned and put the covers over my head. She came in the room and pulled the blanket off me and Isaac. "i dont know what want to know why you guys are tired cause i might get to much information but we need to go to school. Like now." I didnt feel like correcting Erica so i grabbed a pillow and hit her in the face with it.
"Im tired and dont want to learn." i said. erica sighed and left the room. I started not feeling well.
"Hey, Am are you okay? You look really pale." He said putting his hand on my forehead. I felt this weird feeling of something in my throat. One instinct I ran to the bathroom and threw up. Isaac came in shortly after and held my hair back. When i was done I Rinsed/ brushed my teeth. Isaac carried me to my bed and laid me down. Dad came in not that long after.
"Hey are you okay Amber?" dad says feeling my forehead.
"I feel like death." I said closing my eyes.
"Stay home from school." he said. I nodded and fell asleep. Sadly Isaac cant stay with me, I need my teddy bear... I woke up with my phone going off. Does my phone always need to wake me up? One day Im going to throw my phone out the window and just sleep. I grabbed my phone and looked at the caller ID, Stiles, of course.
Amber: Hey and I'm not going to a gay club again.
Sties; No offense but you sound terrible.
Amber: Well for the first time in forever Im actually sick.
Stiles: With what?
Amber: Like I know? Also why did you call me?
Stiles: Well feel better and the reason for calling... Oh yea! We got Jackson.
Amber: Where is he?
Stiles: Well we took him we are keeping in the of a van?
Amber: Did Scott think of this plan?
Stiles: No, I did.
Amber: I thought you came up with good ideas.
Stiles: Oops? Got to go.
Amber: okay.
I ended the call and throw my phone somewhere. Someone came in the house. I'm to tired to care but I think it's Derek. The person opened the door and it was Isaac. "first time you actually used the door and not a window." I said. He rolled his eyes.
"Sarcasm must be a good sign of health." he said.
"Aren't you suppose to be in school?"
"Yea..." I rolled my eyes. He went to kiss me but I moved away. "What?"
"I'm sick." I said stating the obvious.
"I can't get sick though." he said I glared at him and he kissed me. We fell on the bed with me on the bottom. My hands got tangled in his hair. His claws started coming out and he ripped my shirt. Rest in peace shirt...it was really comfy... I pulled his shirt off him, cause I don't rip them off of people. My hands traveled down his chest. His hands started traveling down when my door slammed open.
"Hey, Am-" Erica said stopping. Isaac was shirtless, which I don't mind. I'm only in my bra and sweats "Um well I see you guys are uh busy so uh bye." she said. I'm blushing so much right now.
"I hope she doesn't tell anyone." I said.
"I don't think she will-"
"GUYS YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT ISAAC AND AMBER WHERE DOING! " She yelled. Me and Isaac just laughed. He put his shirt back one.
"I can't believe you tore my shirt." I said.
"Oops?" He said. I hit him lightly. "Yoy don't look pale anymore." he said.
"I can feel more of my powers back. Thank god cause I hate being cold." I said. He just laughed at me.
