Chapter 9
The door to Caroline's dorm opened and Stefan stepped in.
"Hello Stefan." I said, he brought in a suit case.
"What is she doing here."
"Hey asshole. You were the one gone all those months. Now tell me, have you found a way to bring Damon back?" I asked, "did think so. Who's in the suit case?"
"Your a bitch." He said, I nodded,
"Yeah, I know... I know. But sometimes being real, also means being a bitch. Also have you seen my family? It's full of crazy people. But I get my torture methods from my father, my bitchyness from. Well that would go to my father again, so I'm basically like my father. Only stronger."
"So if you were to fight with klaus you would win?"
"No, he's a thousand year old hybrid. If I was a thousand years old of course I would win." I said, "I'm like half his strength. But if I get really mad, then I'm basically at his strength."
"So you're not his strength--"
"I I'll rip out your heart!" I threatened.
"Because you're afraid to lose the fight?" I didn't answer, "yeah, and that's what i thought."
"I'm suddenly liking Damon better." I said, he unzipped the suitcase and a girl jumped out, "who's this?"
"I need you to take care of her."
"Listen, Stefan. No." I said, "who is she?"
"She's my... Friend, a guy named Enzo turned her. I need you to take care of her for a while." He said, "until I can get her a day light ring."
"Or I can just kill her and get it over with." I said.
"Hello I'm right here!" The girl said.
"I mean, isn't this life a curse? Being a vampire? I could just end it and she doesn't have to live in misery. Now wouldn't that be nice luv?"
"No!" She said, I sighed.
"Looks like I'll do it without your will--" I vamped toward her but Stefan pushed me away.
"You aren't killing her!" Stefan said.
"Oh come on Stefan! You know that this life is just filled with misery! You see everyone and everything die!" My eyes began to water, "everything! Your family! Your friends! Your children! My child died during a sacrifice one day and my other child had to leav or else she would die! This life isn't meant to be like this! No one should life that this! I shouldn't live like this! You shouldn't live like this! Being a vampire was supposed to be a spell for protection. But now it's more like a curse."
