MADAM HATTER HAS STRUCK AGAIN

The notorious serial killer, Madam Hatter, has struck once again. The police has found yet another body located near the forest, the exact location where the last body was discovered. Police has identified the work to be done by Madam Hatter from the burnt carcass and a small top hat that was unscathed by the fire. With this victim counted, it is confirmed that this was the sixteenth body in the past year. The police is baffled by the lack of evidence and mysterious letters written by the killer herself, who police assume is female.
"Madam Hatter is an intelligent maniac who needs to be put in jail immediately," head detective, John Doeman informed in our interview. "We may not have plenty of evidence, but we can say this for sure; she will get the death penalty when she's caught."
However, others believe that she's an angel from Heaven. There is evidence that Madam Hatter hunts on bullies and offenders, basically anyone with police records. I managed to get an interview of Madam's fan club.
"She is an angel who saved my life," Parry Olb, President of the Hatter's Hats proclaimed. "She was sent by God Himself and has ridded the scum off the streets! If it wasn't for her, I might've been dead by now."
Whatever everyone's opinion is of Hatter, we hold no bias. However, we were given permission to reveal a letter written by the serial killer herself! It was delivered in our office this afternoon and this is the exact words.
"My dear hatters,
I am proud to say that it is time for our release of the sequel, Lies Within Creepypasta. From the title, you can guess what's to come. This letter is for my appreciation of your lovely hatters being here since the beginning. Thank you for the support and I am grateful for you all. I hope you enjoy this and you can witness all of what occurs.
