Is there someone you like like
Star was asleep in her room it had been a few days and she still didn't remember anything
"Do you remember that time when I went with you to rescue flying pony head from saint Olga's reform school for wayward princesses" Marco asked
"No but the name sounds scary familiar" she replied shuddering Marco was starting to get worried it had been a whole week and she still didn't remember anything Marco's mom had told him it was time to take star back to school Marco walked into star's room shaking her lightly
"H-huh what" she muttered her eyes fluttered open
"Star wake up we have to go to school" Marco said sadly he sighed walking out as star sat up she yawned looking at the doorway before sighing
"I'm sorry Marco I just don't remember" she said softly before getting up and walking into the bathroom Marco was already there brushing his teeth he had his normal clothes on and his hair was shiny
"Hey Marco" star said softly
"Yeah star what's wrong?" He asked not looking away from the mirror
"Is there someone you like?"
"What do you mean?"
"You know like like"
"Well yeah I like like jackie from our school" he replied finally looking at her "why'd you ask"
"Well cause I thought it might help to hear a familiar name to regain my memory" she replied
"Oh ok I'm gonna go get breakfast I'll save you some" Marco said light heartedly star smiled slipping out of her night gown she rubbed the soft soap on her body the water flowing down her back and through her hair
*meanwhile downstairs*
"Hey mom what's for breakfast" Marco asked
"Eggs and bacon with some pancakes" she replied giving him a soft kiss on the forehead
"So have you had any luck getting star to remember anything" she asked giving him some bacon and pancakes
"No she asked me a weird question this morning though"
"What was the question" she asked giving him some eggs and handing him the syrup
"She asked me if I like like someone"
"How is that a weird question"
"Cause she hasn't asked me much about school and my other friends and stuff" marco said wolfing down the egg before gobbling down some bacon "it just seemed like an out of place question"
"She probably had a good reason for asking that question" Marco's mom replied setting a plate for star Marco shrugged a few minutes later star came down with her wand and a towel on her head her normal blue dress on
"Hey star" marco said softly
"Hey marco" she replied grabbing the syrup and pouring it on to her pancakes before taking a small bite

Marco and star had arrived at school just in time for marco to do his head nod at Jakie adding In a hello and a kind of awkward how was your morning with a lot of blushing star watched from the side before coming over to marco
"So that's the girl you like like?" She asked
"Yeah she's so beautiful" Marco said drooling slightly star shrugged
"So what class do we have?" She asked
"We have math first as home room" Marco replied straightening up star nodded before looking out the window to see a boy sitting on top of a car
"Wow he's dreamy" star said looking at the boy with his portable piano hit in front of one eye in his own little world she giggled
"That's Oscar you've had a crush on him before remember I told you the story" Marco said
"Nuh" star replied drooling at the small boy in the parking lot
"Come on star we're late" Marco coaxed
"Uh huh" star replied still drooling Marco sighed picking her up and carrying her to there math class

The day went by really fast and before they knew it star and Marco we're back home sitting on the couch watching a movie eating Marco's awesome nachos
"Hey Marco" star asked
"What are these called again?" Star asked Marco laughed reminding her for the 4th time that night
"There called nachos star when you went to the blood moon ball with your ex boyfriend Tom I made you these after we came back and Tom got all made because I didn't let him have the dance with you and you got upset with me"
"Why?" Star asked
"You said you could take care of yourself and I didn't listen and I came to save you" Marco replied
"Why didn't you trust me?"
"It's not that I didn't trust you I was just worried"
"Awww!" Star said hugging him close Marco returned the hug sighing softly
"I miss having star remember everything that we've ever done together" he thought eventually star and Marco fell asleep on the couch
