Caption: Since I lost fair and square (nah it was rigged) I now have to tell an embarrassing story. I don't really have one but I guess I'll just tell you a sad one which is kind of embarrassing. It was 8th grade I think, and it was when I first took interest in a guy, idk. His name was Ryan and back then I thought he was down to earth cute. People thought it was weird for boys to date but he didn't think so. He thought we were dating but I didn't feel comfortable yet because I didn't know who I was at the time. He tried to kiss me and all but I still wasn't having it. Then one day when Facebook (lol) was still a thing,, I guess you can say he "exposed" me? It was really that but he just told the whole school some of my darkest secrets as a joke and it hurt a lot. It was truly embarrassing and depressing. Not that good of a story but eh.

Chloe called Kellin immediately. Kellin answered the phone in complete confusion. He sat up in his bed and put Chloe on speaker.
"Kellin...you might not like this but, you're getting a lot of hate comments. Not like the ones saying 'you're gay' or whatever, this is serious. They're mostly Vic's fan base—people, things. I'm only saying this because you're my best friend and I hate seeing you sad. What they're saying is nasty. Please don't look at them but I know you will so I'm coming over..." Chloe hung up before Kellin could even answer. Kellin frowned and hesitantly went back on the Instagram app.

"In a matter of minutes?" Kellin said to himself. He was scared. He wanted to obey Chloe but at the same time his curiosity got the best of him.
He clicked his activity tab and there it was. The comments felt like knives to his heart, mostly because he never experienced so much hate before.
There were so many calling him an attention seeker, or that he never really liked Vic...but almost were much worse. Worse to the fact that a sob escaped from Kellin's lips.
He covered his mouth quickly with his black One Direction sweater.
The thing is, he kept refreshing, seeing all the hateful things. Now, it wasn't even one picture.
They're scattered about all his pictures, picking out the flaws he was mostly insecure about.
This was a type of pain he never felt before and it hurts. A lot.
In the moment he wanted to delete his Instagram, wanting it to stop.
Those nice things Vic said couldn't compare to the thousands of hate he's getting each second.
He quickly deleted his recent picture out of fear. Then he deleted all his pictures that had him (proudly) wearing make-up.
He felt like throwing up.
He deleted his feminine-like pictures. He didn't want the hate.
He wanted them gone.
He went on private.
Soon, Vic's caller ID showed up on Kellin's phone.
Kellin was quick to answer.
"I can't—I can't breathe..." Kellin said in a sob.
The comments were nasty.
"Kellin, breathe."
The comments were hurtful.
"Listen to me. Breathe in..."
The comments felt like his old school. Except over the Internet.
"...breathe out"
How did this happen?
"Kellin! Are you okay?" Chloe was now in his room with his mom with a worried expression behind her. Soon, Chloe's mom was there too.
"Kellin?" Vic voice was heard from the phone.
"I don't want it...make it stop" Kellin cried.
