Stuck in Timelines
I woke up my back against the cold ground. Everything was black. Where am I. I covered my mouth. When I tried to speak it came out as an echoing thought. Hello? The room was completely faded. I felt something tickle in my stomach. I screamed and looked down. My body was coming apart in a golden light. The room faded into white and everything blacked again.
When I woke up I was laying on the ground on a beach. A beach? Undyne was... Kissing me? "Ahg!" I screamed and smacked her away. "Calm down I was giving you mouth to mouth, you were choking or something." She said. In the distance I heard a scream. "Oh no." "What, Undyne?" I asked. She looked me dead in the eyes. "Run, kid. He's coming." She said and broke into a sprint. "Who's coming?!" "King Asriel!" She disappeared behind me I felt a hand around my mouth and I saw a knife positioned in front of my throat. Everything blacked out again.
I woke up and I was laying in the room again. What just happened.... Asriel was there. I tried to stand up but fell over. I made it to my feet and walked around. I was looking for anything to grab onto. There was nothing. Hello? That voice... I didn't say that. Hello?!
I yelled. Frisk?! My heart stopped when I heard his voice. Asriel! I cried out. I turned to look for him and a figure appeared in the distance. I ran towards it. They spotted me. Frisk! At full speed we ran at each other. But the closer we got it seemed we were being pulled further apart. The room faded again and I was laying in bed. I turned to my side to see Sans. I bit my tongue to stop myself from screaming. He wrapped his arm around me. "Morning babe." He said I pursed my lips. He kissed me neck. I jumped out of bed. "I need time to think hold on." I ran out the door and down the hall. When I got outside I sat on the door steps and sobbed. I was so confused and lost. "What is happening to me?" I asked myself. A voice from no where spoke. "You will find out when you except it Frisk." They said. I looked up at the sky. "What?" The world faded.
Blackness. Asriel? I asked. I'm here. I ran towards the figure again. Just when I was sure I would make it I smacked my face off of a force field. Asriel felt around the invisible field. I tried to press my hands to his. Asriel we'll find a way to get to each other I promise! The room turned to light.
This time when I woke up I was ready. I opened my eyes and saw Asriel. "Thank god." I said quietly. We were sitting on the couch. But... Asriel was a.... Girl? I felt my chest. I stood up from the couch and ran to the bathroom. I was a boy. I walked back out and sat down. Asriel was awake this time. "Hey Frisk." He... Well she said.
"Hi.. Asriel." I said. She stood up and kissed me then put her head on my chest. I felt a bulge in my pants. Was this what Asriel felt? "I love you Frisk." The world faded.
After the room this time I appeared in a library. I ran to realistic-fiction books. I had a feeling I could find something. I tore through them with no regard that they were hitting the ground. I came across a book called Time Lines and Realities. I opened it up to the first page. I skim read it. Dadadada... Timelines. Dadadada.... Realities. Ah! I think I knew what was happening. I was back in the room and this time I was close to Asriel. I ran to him and reached out my arm. Asriel! I yelled with tears coming out of my eyes. Frisk! We caught our fingertips together and tried to grab each other's hands but we slid apart. I went to scream his name but I lost my breath. Bubbles came out of my mouth as I tried to speak. I grabbed my throat. And gasped for air. Water. I was under water. I looked around. I was in an ocean.
I tried to grab at the water but I just kept sinking. I saw the ocean floor. It was so cold I swear I was going to get hypothermia. "Help!" I tried to scream. It came out bubbled and gurgled. I hit the bottom. It was dark. I was suffocating. I choked and my lungs burned for air. I screamed and slowly started to die. Blackout.
I woke up on the floor and coughed. I coughed hard. I gagged and breathed heavily. I threw up. When I stood up Asriel was waiting behind the force field. He was dripping wet. I walked to the field and pressed my palms where his would be if we were touching. Asriel. We're stuck in this cycle. Switching between timelines. I can't get to you and you can't get to me. We have to except our fate. We visit the other realities until me die... I love you Asriel.
I pressed my face against the force field and cried. Asriel made a sad face and started to tear up. He did the same. We slid down the force field and sobbed. All the sudden I felt Asriel's hands against mine. There was a crack and a shatter sound. Bits of the force field that looked like glass falling from the sky rained down. I fell into Asriel and gasped. I looked up at him and he looked down at me. All thought we were still crying we started laughing and hugged each other. We laughed hysterically and cried while squeezing each other. We kissed. When I opened my eyes the room was fading. A different reality was forming. We woke up on the ground in the middle of the war. Asriel was still dust and my soul was ripping itself from Chara's hands. "What?! This isn't possible! No!!" My soul mended itself and Asriel's soul shards regathered. His dust swirled around forming his figure. My soul floated into my body. My feeling came back and the holes in my body shone light and closed. Asriel's figure turned to light and he walked out of the light. I stood up and pulled out my gun. Asriel came up beside me. "This is for Frisk." Asriel shot Chara in the arm. She grabbed it and screamed. "This is for Asriel." I hit her in the stomach. She coughed up blood. Me and Asriel positioned our guns at Chara's head. "This is for separating us in different realities." I yelled and we both shot. It hit Chara and killed her. She fell slowly to the ground. I stared at her as her body fell. Asriel made a growling sound. Chara's blood ran everywhere. From behind us there were cheers... We won. "We won the war." Asriel said. It turned into a yell. "We won the war!" More cheers. Asriel picked me up and swung me then kissed me. It was over... It was all over.
