"I have to talk about mental health on this tour, because I've struggled with it ever since I was a little boy. I was always depressed, something was always going on, and I was afraid to death. I didn't have anybody to talk to or anybody that would take me seriously, and the same thing happened with Mikey. There was this huge stigma on mental illness, because it's almost like a wound that you can't see. If someone doesn't see that you have a puncture wound, they won't see that you need any help. But it's not like that. Mental illness is a very serious thing.
Eventually, when I got into my thirties, I said that I needed some help. I found a doctor, and she's rad. She's super positive. We talk about the universe, and she helps me out.
So if you feel that way and feel like you have no one to help you, seek a doctor. What's the worst thing that can happen? If you don't like them, you can easily just go and find another one.
But just go and get some help. It's out there, I promise."
