"I'll be right back," he excuses himself. You nod, and continue eating your meal. Dan decided to take you to your absolute FAVORITE restaurant today. Lunch is your favorite meal, why not then?
You watch him head to the bathroom. Just then, you phone vibrates. Quickly checking the notification, you place it back on the table.
Boom. Your heart plummets to your stomach.
As you look up, there he was, right there, in a freaking restaurant, kissing a waitress. At least have the dignity to kiss someone else, not in front of your fucking face. Anger riles up inside you. He was kissing her like no tomorrow. In fact, probably more passionate that he ever has with you.
"Dan!" you yelled, catching the attention of the restaurant. He immediately stops kissing the living daylights out the poor woman and looks towards you.
"Don't cry, don't cry," you keep urging yourself. "Stay strong."
He speed-walks to the table.
"Y/N-"
"Save it! I knew it! Am I not good enough for you? Am I just a piece of trash you can throw away?" you shout, not caring what people would think of you. Your heart was broken. Nothing mattered anymore.
"No, of course not," he says, placing his hand on your shoulder.
"Don't touch me!" you exclaim smacking his hand off. "You fucking asshole!"
You usually never curse, but everything was changing so quickly, they slipped out.
You storm out the restaurant, tears streaming down your face. You heard a bell jingle, alerting someone was entering or exiting the door.
"Y/N, if you just let me explain-"
"Stop it! Be with her! See if I care!" you interrupt again.
You do care. A lot.
He sighs and backs away from you. You sit on the damp pavement, crying your heart out.
