Sweaty Elliot & Blonde Noelle

Today was the first day of chaos, everyone was helping around the house with the maid service  that they hired just for that day. It was almost time to get ready since the party was going to start in a couple of hours.

"Mom, Olivia threw the couch pillow at me!" Owen shouted loudly as he pointed at his younger sister.

She looked at him with an irritated expression, picking up the other pillow ready to throw it at him. "You're such a little twerp, you act like you're 5 years old."

"Olivia Mae Andrews! Put that pillow down this instance and I don't appreciate the unkind words." Claire frowned, her mother was rarely stressed when it came to these parties but today she looked beyond it. "I cannot offered to have this house messy."

Owen looked at her smugly as he crossed his arms over his chest, he always loved to get Olivia in trouble for no reason. It was like his job to irritate her.

Olivia stuck her tongue out at him and placed the pillow nicely onto the couch. "Why is mom so stressed anyway?"

He shrugged.

She let her eyes roll as she made her way out of the large living room.

"One more thing, I know you didn't have any time to go shopping so I bought you a dress for tonight." Owen smiled.

Her eyebrow raised as she looked back at her brother, suspicious growing inside of her.

"I'm serious, Liv. Just to remind you how great of a older brother I am."

She continued to stare at him. "Did mom just tell you buy it?"

He hesitated. "It's still my money."

"Wow, brother. Look at you being so thoughtful." She replied sarcastically, making her way to her bedroom. Once she opened the door a navy blue gown was laying on the bed, she could tell that it was going to be a little tight on her but that's probably what her mom wanted so her her baby bump was visible.

"It's time to get ready!" She heard her mother shout throughout the house. "2 hours until the guests come!"

Olivia shook her head at how stressed her mother was, it wasn't like her to be like this. She must be feeling a lot of pressure from something or someone coming to the party tonight.

Suddenly the door opened and Elliot entered with a tired look on his face. "Your dad made me mow the front yard and the backyard." He groaned as he began to fall to the floor, crawling slowly to the washroom. "Do you know how big the lawns are? He's trying to kill me."

She held back her laughter, the sight of her best friend crawling drenched in sweat was a first.

"Help me up, please." He begged, lifting his arm up.

She slowly made her way towards her purposely.

"Hurry up."

She laughed and made her way towards him, it was hard for her too since her stomach was in her way. "You're so sweaty." She complained, trying her best to not make too much physical contact with him.

He noticed and let his arm drape over her as he pulled her closer toward him. "I'm sorry. What did you say?" He asked, moving closer to her so his sweaty cheek was against hers.

A squeal left her mouth as he continues to wipe his sweat onto her, giggles were leaving her mouth."Stop! Stop!"

Elliot laughed as Olivia tried to pry away from his grip. "Oh come on, we're best friends!" He then wrapped his arms around her so he was hugging her. "As my best friend you should love me at my worst."

"You smell so bad!" She complained, throwing her hand over her nose.

He laughed in an evil manner.

"Ahem." They both heard a voice at the door, making them move away from one another. It was Mark.

"Hi daddy." Olivia greeted, an awkward smile on her face.

"Hi Mr. Andrews." Elliot waved nervously.

He hesitated to reply, feeling awkward himself. "Your mother just wanted me to tell you two that we are going to have a family before the guests come over."

They both nodded.

He nodded as well and left to go downstairs.

Olivia sighed as she stood in front of the full length mirror, she ran her hand over her belly and smiled. Olivia was right the black lace gown hug her body, making it clearly visible that she was pregnant. It had sheer lace sleeves and the back was low, exposing some skin. She pulled her hair into a low hairstyle while Odette made her make up a little more drastic than her usual.

"Wow, look at you." She heard a familiar voice gush at the doorway. It was Noelle.

Olivia turned around and smiled, making her way towards her and throwing her arms around her close friend. "I missed you." She suddenly felt tears wanted to fall from her eyes.

"Don't you dare cry, Liv. Your make up is too good to be messed up." She instructed her to do, holding her tight.

They pulled away and both examined one another. Noelle looked beautiful as always, she was in a floral two piece set. The top was a cropped tank top and the skirt was puffy which hung at her knees also covering most of her stomach. She tried her best to cover so no unnecessary skin was showing. Her hair was now totally different from what Olivia remembered, it was now blonde and cut so that it was above her shoulders.

"Your hair!" Olivia gushed, it really suited her well.

She smiled and touched it. "Is it okay?"

She nodded. "It looks so good."

Noelle never cared what people thought of her even when it came to parties like these, she always stood out but in a good way. Although she isn't the type of girl that her parents want their daughter to be friends with they loved her greatly.

"You look pregnant." Noelle stated as she looked at her belly.

Her stomach wasn't too big since it was only the 4th month.

"Family meeting!" Claire announced loudly.

Noelle and Olivia made their way down the stairs since they were updating one another on their lives, it's been a while since they hung out.

"I knew the dress would look beautiful on you." Claire smiled once she saw Olivia.

She smiled back and examined her mother, admiring her beauty.

Everyone slowly made it to the living room, Elliot was already there playing a game with James and Jade. He looked up and grinned once he saw Olivia.

James and Jade giggled at his reaction.

He got up and made his way to Olivia. "You look beautiful." He complimented her as he stood in front of her, he really did mean it not because her family was there and he had to pretend to be in love with her.

She blushed. "You don't look too bad yourself, hot stuff."

He chuckled and guided her to the couch so she could sit down.

"Hey Noelle." Owen greeted, a little surprised to see her again.

"Hi Owen." She adjusted her dress and smiled shyly.

Mark and Claire stood in front of everyone once they were all settled in.

"To make things short, we have new business partners coming over with their families so we trust that you will all be on your best behaviours." Mark simply stated, he was in a sleek black tux while his dark brown hair was sleeked back.

"They're mostly excited to meet you two and the baby." Claire nodded towards Elliot and Olivia who were not really listening.

"Wait, why?" She asked in confusion. No one was excited to meet her, it was always her siblings.

"I mentioned that you were pregnant, they truly loved the story about you and Elliot." She answered with a proud grin on her face. "They would probably love to hear it through you two."

Elliot placed his hand on Olivia's lower back and smiled back at Claire.

Suddenly the door bell rang turning everyone's attention away from Elliot and Olivia who were feeling more than awkward.
