Chapter 13
Liz's POV
"I really don't know." I admit, we have been trying to solve to problem for like an hour and we haven't got anywhere.
"We are never going to figure this out." Tracey yells out and starts to play with her necklace.
Some background information on the necklace, we all have one and they are the only thing that we have from our parents, that we know of.
There is a different shape for each of the necklaces.
Cassie has a lightning bolt
Herme has an owl
I have a dove
Angela's is a skull
And Tracey's is a rose
Suddenly we see a light and we all look at Tracey and she is glowing, pink.
All of our mouths hang open, but Tracey does not seem to notice it because she asks "What, is there something in my teeth again?"
"Your...glowing." Herme stutters
"I have been told that I have naturally glowing skin." Tracey states flipping her thin blonde hair.
"Not like that anyway everyone tells me that not you." Angela says back
"Girls this is serious, wait Tracey I think it is your necklace." Cassie examines reaching out to grab Tracey's necklace
Tracey reaches for it and examines it, "Woah!" She exclaims "I'm blind."
"It is the necklace." I whisper
"Open it." Herme orders
"Okay." Tracey says obeying her order, they are locket necklaces. She opens the rose locket and vines and flowers fly out of the necklace. It surrounds Tracey then disappear in a cloud of smoke.
"Tracey, are you okay?!?!" Cassie asks flabbergasted
"I feel stronger." Tracey says in a deep voice "Hahaha seriously guys I'm back, I'm fine. And I would suggest that you guys open your necklaces, too."
Like Tracey's necklace before ours, our necklaces being to glow, too different colors. Cassie's glows gold, Herme's silver, Mine's white and Angela's red.
"I mean she is acting a little crazy." Herme says warily
"She always does." Angela points out
"Well what's the worst that could happen." Cassie says "On the count of 5, ready

Herme opens her locket
"I said 5 not 3." Cassie yells
"Sorry, I couldn't resist."
"Okay then

We all open our lockets and the room fills with smoke and mist. Tracey stats coughing like crazy.
"I feel, different as well." Herme says, she sounds older and smarter
"Guys there is something that I need to tell, you." Cassie admits
"Yes." We all ask moving closer
"We are um demigods." She says slowly
"We kind of already guessed." Herme states
"Really how?" She asks
"It's pretty obvious, I mean first Athena and in the prophecy it said 5 children of the thief, clearly she was talking about us being the children of Hermes." Herme blurts out
"Since when did you get so smart?" Angela asks
"I don't know." She replies
"Here's something you don't know, our father is Hermes ,but we were blessed by the Gods and the necklaces held the power that they gave us. Instead of giving it top us they placed it into the lockets. Because mom did not want us knowing, you see she was trying to get away from the world of strange beats and gods." Cassie explains
"So we have powers, now?" I speak up
"Yeah, we were each blessed by a different god or goddess." Cassie says
"Where is mom now?" Tracey asks out of nowhere
Cassie turns away, and doesn't respond
"She's out the window?" Tracey asks confused
"No, no she isn't." Cassie sniffs "Guys I think that it is time, I take you to camp."
"You mean the camp that we were sneaking off to before?" Herme asks
"yep that one, come on guys pack your bags we are leaving in the morning." Cassie orders
"We are already packed." Tracey states
"We are?" Cassie asks
"Yeah, we came here like a day ago and we were too lazy to unpack." I say
"Oh, then get to bed because we have a long day ahead of us." Cassie says
"But it's only 5." Herme says smartly
"Okay then, lets just I don't know any ideas?" Cassie asks
"We could go rob somebody." Angela says evilly
"NO!" Cassie and Herme yell at the same time
Herme gasps and covers her mouth "I have never said that before."
"It must be your curse." Tracey says
"It's a blessing, not a curse and Athena blessed you so you have like intelligence and stuff and it was that speaking." Cassie says
"We have been cursed?" I exclaim
"NOOOOOOnoonononooooo!" Tracey yells
"Guys you know what, I think that we could use a little history lesson...
