"Edwin Daniel Burgos, thank you for being there for my lovely daughter since the day you met eyes with her. thank you for putting up with her on her good days and her bad days. thank you for coming back. thank you for taking care of her. thank you for making her a better person. thank you for being you. your my true blessing. because you made my daughter happy. you helped her concur the world. your truly amazing." my mom said.
my eyes were watering up.
"thank you so much Mrs. Clark. I promise I will never purposely hurt your daughter. she's incredible. you have raised and incredible girl. she's a strong, girl too. and I'll always be there for your daughter, after all you let me practically live here years ago." Edwin said.
I smiled.
my mom wiped her teary eyes and walked to her bedroom.
Cassie looked at me and Edwin went back into my bedroom.
"family is family. no matter what. love you ya loser" Cassie said and hugged me.
"i love ya to you smelly pig" I said.
we both laughed and I walked into my bedroom.
Edwin was sitting on my bed looking threw a box I had kept from when we were dating.
"look at these pictures," he said holding out three pictures.
"each of these pictures shows you. your truly happy. I don't ever wanna leave you again. your perfect. and I love you so freaking much Kylee Renee Clark." Edwin said standing up.
I smiled and hugged him.
"Edwin Daniel Burgos, your my world. thank you for being my everything." I said.
I think sometimes you just know; you just know that this is the person your gonna spend the rest of your life with. and when you know; life is so much easier.
but until you know; don't give up.
and always remember that people leave so that you know if they come back, that there meant to be in your life.
