"They're gonna come back." Chuck soothed, hugging me sweetly. I wanted to agree, I wanted to nod my head and say 'of course they will', I wanted to hope that they will return. But something's telling me that they won't. Newt's words ran through my mind, the ones he said when I just got here.

"No one's ever survived a night in the maze."

And they're gonna be there all night.

My eyes already feel numb from crying, I think I don't have any tears left. I feel guilty, so guilty, that I've only been thinking of Minho for the past 3 hours. Thomas is there too, and Alby. "Get some sleep Nicole." Newt said. I nodded my head and left Chuck with a small smile, that instantly faded once I passed him.

I didn't sleep. Not one wink. I could hear the maze, changing. I could hear the Grievers shriek. I could hear everything. But the only sound I wanted to hear was his voice.

Now we stand here infront of the closed doors, waiting for it to open. Newt seemed hopeless. And honestly, I was too.

The doors started to part, and as I expected, he's not there. My already sunken face sunk even further. My chest hurt. I clutched the fabric of my clothes, stopping the tears that wanted to fall so badly.

"I told you." Newt whispered then turned around. Chuck has a dissapointed look on his face. I turned around as well, feeling so damn down. It hurts much more than I expected it to be. I thought I was already done crying yesterday, but turns out I wasn't. I wasn't even a foot away when somebody shouted.

"Look!" I swiftly turned around, and it was like every weight got lifted off my chest. Praise the heavens, there he is.

They dragged an unconscious Alby all the way out of the maze, dropping him gently to the floor. "He got stung." I whispered. Minho's eyes shot up to me, and I could never be happier. He's alive, and for me, right now, that's all that matters.

"You saw a griever in there?" Newt asked, bending his knees low to get a closer look at Alby. Minho shook his head. "He didn't just see it. He killed it." Gasps and whispers filled the space, and all Thomas could do was look down. Was that even a good thing?

They took Alby to the Med-Jacks, and everyone resumed their work.

"Hey," A voice whispered behind me, tickling the skin behind my ear. I shuddered and quickly faced front. "Minho." I acknowledged. "Oh god, I'm so happy you made it out of that shucking thing." He cracked a smile. "Yeah, me too."

"So, did you miss me?" He grinned, walking towards me slowly. "Duh, of course." He got even closer by the second. "There wasn't an obnoxiously sacrcastic shuckface bugging me." I tried to lighten up the mood, but clearly, it wasn't his intention at all.

My back hit the wall, which I didn't even know was there. I grunted a little, causing Minho's eyebrows to furrow. "You know," He whispered. "I didn't get to finish what I was going to say last time." He placed two hands on opposite side of me and leaned in so close, that I could see the small imperfections on his tan skin.

What the hell is he doing?

"Minho, w-what are you doing?" I asked, my voice almost inaudible if not only for the small space between us. "But someone once told me that actions," He took his right hand off the wall and placed it so gently on my cheek. "Speak louder than words."

I have to push him away. He's being weird. Push him away!

But shuck, that hand sent a thousand fires blazing inside of me.

I didn't move.

A gasp left my mouth as I felt something soft press against my jaw. His hand moved down to my neck, I leaned towards it, giving him much more skin to venture with his lips. As I expected, he moved his mouth down to my neck, slowly sucking the skin, making me groan in response.

He got even more heated, sucking my delicate skin more harshly, probably leaving hard to hide marks as it went on. I moaned softly as he kissed just below my ear, then he placed his lips there again, making circles with his tongue, sending incredible pleasure shooting up my body. I entangled my hand in his hair, pulling him even closer to me.

His soft lips ventured lower to the exposed skin of my chest. "Minho." I whispered, warning evident in my voice. In return, I lightly pulled on his hair. Minho growled, yet kissed back up to my jaw, to my cheek, and my nose, before he pulled away. I removed my hand from his hair that was made messy by me. My breathing was uneven, coming at fast rates as I stumbled on what to say. But I remembered what he said. Actions speak louder than words.

I chuckled as I leaned in to him and pressed a quick kiss to his lips, pulling away in a second.

His eyes widened a little, his eyebrows shot up, and his lips parted in a bit of surprise. "Are you..." His voice faded out. He licked his lips and ran a hand through his tousled hair. "Are you sure about this?" He looked down, but I didn't miss the small smile that formed on his lips.

"Well Minho, what can I say? Actions speak--" He pecked me on the lips before I finished, catching me off guard.

"Louder than words. Yeah, I know." He chuckled as he pulled away. I sent a smile his way before I placed a hand on the arm that blocked me, slowly pulling it down and making my way to where I smelled breakfast.
