How To...Stress Relief
Omg, I'm so sorry for not updating in like a month! (Please, don't kill me!😁) But, anyways, I'm back and I will be updating more frequently. So State Testing is now around the corner and I'm so nervous because it's a brand-new test (I live in Cali, so yeah!). I hate the fact that my classes for high school depend on the Common Core, but oh well. This is also the main reason why I've been so stressed lately, so I decided to make this chapter about how to deal with stress.

1) Yoga⇒ Yoga is a great way to relieve stress, improve flexibility, lose weight, and tone your body.
2) Listening/Singing/Dancing to Music⇒ I love to listen/sing/dance to music when I'm stressed or bored and it's a fun and easy way to exercise and reduce stress levels.
3) Exercise⇒ Take a walk/run outside and admire your surroundings. Good, healthy way to relieve stress.
4) Stress Balls⇒ I know it sounds wrong, but sometimes you just got to squish a ball. (Lol! I'm so sorry!)
5) Mental Health Days⇒ School/work can get pretty overwhelming so take a day off. Mental Health Days are one of my fave stress relievers.
6) Bubble Baths⇒ Bubble baths great when it comes to relaxing. Just makes sure you don't use to much soap.
7) Aromatherapy⇒ Smells of lavender, mint, cinnamon, etc. have proven to be quite effective for relaxation.
8) Breathing Techniques⇒ Whether you're in the middle of taking your driver's test or a regular test, breathing techniques are a great way of reliving stress and are super duper easy.
9) Sleep⇒ Everyone needs a really good nap. It will reduce stress levels and make you feel energized.
10) Do Something You Love⇒ My most fave thing to do is play VOLLEYBALL!! It makes me feel so much better and really calms me down when I'm stressed.
