What? Lord? Him? Was that the 'Very important man' that man from before spoke about? Him? But why? Why would he do that? I trusted him.....

With that everything went red. My sight and my surroundings. Everything was in flames. I needed my sword. I soon scoped out the whole place with a fire trail following me no doubt the guards would soon be coming for me. I soon recovered my Fire suit and sword. Oh baby...this is gonna be fun.

After getting suited up I found myself outside, standing right in front of what once was the Pikoro Lord's home. It was in flames.

"THOREN! COME OUT HERE NOW YOU UNTRUSTFUL SNOB!" I shouted with my heart bursted at the seems. People ran into there houses with fear and Soon noticed the fire was put out. Let's play water boy.

Soon the boy I once knew as Thoren stepped out with full luxury clothing and a crown (a crown?!) came out. "What are you doing Katie? Calm down! You're gonna burn down this whole village if you don't, are you mad?!" He shouted as if I was the idiot. As if this was my fault.

"I'm already too far gone now Thoren. No calming down now. Not now, not at all. I'm planning on burning this village down along with you in it!" I shouted.

He ran down the steps of the home and stood to level with me. "What are you talking about? I'm not letting you do that Katie, I won't. Who are you? You're not the same Katie I use to know.."He trailed off.

"Well then, that makes two of us! Lord Thoren" I spat like venom from my tongue. He froze. That's what I thought.

"It's not what you think Katie, please. Just trust me, I'll explain everything" he said. I stared at him blankly. "Trust...you wish for me to Trust? You? Trust no longer has a meaning for me. You ruined that. It's your fault, Thoren. Not mine." I sneered. How could he play so innocent? Like nothing had happened?

"Katie, just come-" I cut him off "N-No. You've hurt me enough" I told him, as a traitor of a tear fell down my cheek burning it in its path. It felt like a blade scraping my skin, lava even. But nothing could compare to the damage he's made in my heart and trust.

"You're not in the right state of mind Katie, stop all this madness!You're my friend, not enemy!" He yelled, clearly worried for if do next but no fear could be found in his ocean he calls eyes.

"I no longer see you as a friend anymore Thoren. Nor are you a Ali. In my most time of need, you walked away with ease! If I was in any state of mind at all I would do the same to you!" I shouted pulling off my bandage letting my shameful marks show of what he could've avoided.

"Katie..." He breathed out, his eyes full of pity. I was going to cry again, if I did for sure the tear would scar my cheeks. "NO! You don't get to feel bad for me! You did this!" I yelled. Grasping my sword tighter.

"DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE LORD?" I shouted with anger. He didn't say anything at first but then said "Being a leader"
"AAAAAAA WRONG! Try again" I said gritting my teeth. "A protector" he said. "Wrong again, one more try" I said, gripping onto my sword so hard my nails dug into my palm. " A warrior" he said as his final answer and I scoffed "not even close"

"Being Lord...of Pikoro that is" I corrected. "Would mean...that you would most likely be an air, to the Lords from before...no? And since you told me you ran away, that mean you couldn't of gotten your position another way than blood.....which would mean.....your parents killed my parents" I sneered charging at him with a sword to his throat.

"Or am I wrong?" I whispered in his ear. He didn't say anything, which only made my blood boil even more. "OR AM I WRONG?!" I yelled louder. "You're not wrong" he says silently.

"Hm, and you say I'm a murderer" I said chuckling. I was so angry words couldn't even describe. His people watched as I walked circles around him, dreaded what would come next.

"I swear I never meant to hurt you, I didn't walk away so easy as you think I did, they sent guards to keep me from seeing you. The people recognized you Katie, it wasn't my fault and it's not your fault either. I didn't kill anyone...... and by looks of it you didn't either" he said.

"Lady Kathryn" I heard from behind me. I froze completely. No. It's not her. It's not her. This is a trick. This isn't real. She's not real. She's dead. You killed her. It's your fault. This isn't real.

"No.....This is the trick you have, huh? Well it's NOT gonna work" I watched as he slowly began to walk backwards walking away "I'm not just gonna let you leave!" I shouted. I was completely broken. He's finally broken me.

As I stand there confused and broken, not knowing what I could do. I couldn't kill him. I knew I couldn't. He knew I couldn't. I was broken enough. Then Y/N flew beside me and gracefully landed. I wouldn't have thought it was her if she did have a concerning look on her face, and the way her eye sparkled.

It was her. It was really her...

I Immediately hugged her. She was real. My search was over. I didn't kill her. This wasn't a trick. Thoren didn't lie..?

I then whispered "Y-Your alive" I couldn't believe it. How? How could she be alive..? Oh, it doesn't matter.

Then I heard "Katie?! Where have you been?" I turned around to see almost everyone. Aphmau hopped off her horse and hugged me. I smiled softly. When you thought no one cared about you....but then people that shouldn't even care about you did...

But soon after Aphmau let go of me, the strongest woman I've ever known walked up to me, more broken then I last left her. More broken then I've ever seen her. She stumbled in front of me looking like she was too broken to walk, talk or anything else.

But soon I was attacked by a hug, as she cried in my shoulder, All I could do was hold her tighter. It was funny the age gap me and Hailey shared. She was only a couple of years older than me and yet her heart could hold so much love to share with in it. She amazed me sometimes. To think she shouldn't even care about me as much as she did.

She was at the age where she should be a party animal, traveling, going and having fun not taking care of a stupid teen."Where have you been? Are you okay? Why did you-" while hiding the marks on my arm I say "it's okay mom" she hesitated for a moment, relaxing knowing everything was gonna be alright. As she hugged me for the final time, I told her.

"I will always come back"
