19 Disapointment

I don't know why I'd never realised it before. She was always overthinking and way to worried about what people thought of her. And now instead of getting help before anything could happen, she had a panic attack. Because of what I had said.
"Don't worry, we'll figure it out." I hugged her tighter, but the truth was; I had no idea what to do.
She nodded and wriggled out of my arms to sit on her bed. Ash put her knees to her stomach and hugged them right like she always did- even when I tried to hug her.
Calmly, I chuckled and sat by her, looking into her eyes that were full of emotion. "Do you want to be alone?"
Disappointment dug into the pit of my stomach as she nodded. Simply, I just bent over and kissed her head before walking out.
Guess she still doesn't trust me.
