14. A Surprise Visit

Harry's pov
"Hey guys! Guess who's back on the mission?!"
"Louis what are you doing here?" Lynn instantly asked.
"Guys I'm back on the mission! I just took another test and I was cleared! Isn't that great?" He asked.
"That doesn't make any sense..." Niall whispered. "Wasn't he just told he couldn't come?"
"Y-yeah." I replied but clearly in shock.
"Do you think he snuck away?"
"I know we're highly trained, but not enough to do this. Do you know how much security we went through?"
"True" Niall agreed, "he could get in so much trouble. Where's Rob then?"
"Niall don't tell me you think Louis did something to him."
"Your words. Not mine"
"Louis how are you here?" Liam's voice broke our conversation.
"Haha I'm back on the mission!" Louis repeated. "I was reevaluated and turns out I was fine. They messed up on one of the sheets."
"Where's Rob?" Madi asked.
"He's on another mission."
"Well let's get to our hotel" Niall said and we all grabbed our suitcases and started walking away.
As we walked, I stood right next to Louis. I talked in a quiet and low voice,"Louis you didn't sneak away did you? If you did, it's not too late to turn back. If we turn back now I bet no one will notice-"
"Harry are you accusing me of breaking the law? I know I really haven't been myself lately, but I'm getting there. I thought you trusted me Harry." Louis said.
"Then look at me in the eye and tell me that you didn't sneak away and that you're really allowed to be here."
Louis turned and looked at me. His beautiful ocean eyes that made my heart beat faster met my own.
"I promise you Harry. I'm allowed to be here."
I expected to see him lie, but the thing was that he was telling the truth. At least I think was. There was nothing to prove me wrong.
"Thanks" I told him. But what if he was lying?
He wouldn't lie to me, right?
"Now you trust me?"
"Yes."

"So tomorrow is when all of this begins. There will be a party at the Grimshaw house. Madi, you and Lynn will attend as business associates and attract the attention of Nick Grimshaw himself. Madi do whatever you can to get invited to stay there. I will be there along with Niall. Louis, you and Harry will wait in a van five blocks away and listen to our mics. The next day, Louis will take on the role of being a butler. We will all communicate through mics and Bluetooth. Everyone good?" Liam asked.
We all nodded in agreement.
"Hey...I kind of got to go" Lynn said.
"Go where?" Niall asked.
"Meet up with an old friend. I'll be back by 11" she said.
"Be safe." Niall said.
"Of course." She smiled and left the room.
"Well since we're done here I'm gonna leave too." Liam said. "I'm gonna head to my room and relax. Madi?"
"Hm? Oh sure" she said and those two left.
"I'm gonna get some rest too." Niall said. "Night."
It was just Louis and I left together.
"You ready for this mission?" I asked him.
"Yeah." He replied. "I'm scared though."
"Why's that?"
"What if it's a repeat of last time?"
"It won't be. I won't let it be" I told him.
"You sure?"
"No, but I'll do anything to make sure you're safe."
"That's not something just friends really say to each other."
"Maybe we're not just friends. Maybe I hate your guts." I joked.
"Yeah right." He laughed. "Good night Harry." He got up.
"Good night my foe." I replied.
"Shut up you idiot." He walked over and pecked my cheek. After that he left and I was stuck with a goofy grin on my face.
Lynn's pov
"It was great seeing you again Zach." I said and hugged my old friend.
"You too Lynn. When you're done with your mission, make sure to contact us."
"I will" I smiled.
I walked out of the restaurant into the hot streets of Los Angeles. Even at night, the temperature barely dropped.
I took the subway back to our hotel, which only took ten minutes. I took the elevator up to our floor and slowly walked to my room.
I got startled when they right next to me flew open.
"Oh sorry" Madi whispered.
"You're good. Isn't that Liam's room?" I asked.
"Oh-uh yeah." She said. "Just spending our last night together."
"Oh"
"We watched Toy Story 2 and fell into a deep conversation." She replied. "It was a different kind of date night."
"That's Liam" I laughed. "Wanna come chill I my room?"
"Sure."

Madi and I were a bit buzzed. We were sitting on my couch and watching the XFactor with a drink on our arms.
"So tell-l m-me," I hiccuped,"has Louis ever talked about-t me?"
"Girl I don't know. Him and I hadn't talked in a long long time. He's so short though. I think a have a lamp taller than him. Ha ha. Wait, don't you like Niall?" She asked.
"Yup yup yup. Irish boys are the ones to get. I can never seem to find his pot of gold. Buuuuuuut I just wanted to know if Lewis-Louis ever liked me. I thought he did but I was like WOAH. He likes boys. And yeah yeah yeah."
"I don't know man. He's like a girl sometimes. Very complicated."
"He is a bit feminine." I replied. "FemiMAN. Hahahahahaha."
"Hey where did you go before we met up?"
"A business meeting. Just taking care of business."
"I think Louis is lying." Madi said quietly.
"Huh?"
"I don't think he's suppose to be here." She was slowly falling asleep.
"Wait-why?"
"If he was suppose to be here he..." And she was out.
Wait wait wait.
I got up and quietly left the room. I stumbled down the hall and I heard talking from Louis's room.
"Yes. Yes. I know. Of course Simon I- yes. Will do.... I can do it. I know what'll happen. I understand. Yep. Mhm. You too. Night."
What was that about. I wanted so badly to go in and confront him, but I don't think that would of ended well.
My train of thought was broken when the door open and I fell on the ground.
"Lynn?"
"Sup"
