Chapter 4: Inviting The Enemy
Hajime's P.O.V
"I have decided to throw a party for everyone." Byakuya declared. A party? Why would he want to throw a party in the situation we're in.
"Why do you want to throw a party all of a sudden?" I asked. Nagito said, "Maybe, it's to strengthen a bond with one another?"
"That is part of it, if we get to know each other better, the least likely we would kill each other. I promise I won't let any of you die!" Byakuya was very serious in not letting us die.
And of course, Akane said "WILL THERE BE FOOD." A lot of people looked at Teruteru and Byakuya even asked if he would cook the food, and he agreed.
"Wait, there is one more thing we need. An enclosed space where not even Monokuma can go." Byakuya said. People started suggesting ideas to one another untill Nagito suggested, "Why don't we use that old rundown building by the hotel?"
"Impossible, Monomi said were not allowed to go there." Mahiru said. Monomi suddenly popped up out of no where.
"Do not worry students! I will allow you to sit the building for your party!"
"Get lost rabbit!" Kazuichi yelled at her. "Uwawa! I try and be helpful and you just turn me down." She looked very sad on that remark and left.
"So who should clean the place? It's probably dirty since it hasn't been used in a while." Peko said. "No need, I actually expected something like this so I made a drawing. The person left with the red mark will clean the building." Nagito then pulled out some chopsticks and we all picked, ironically, Nagito was left with the red mark.
"Huh? I'm left with the red mark?" Nagito looked shocked. "Haha, for someone whose lucky, you seem very unlucky right now." I said.
"Now one last thing, I have been thinking about it and I want to know what you all think." Everyone then turned to Byakuya.
"Do you guys think we should invite (Y/N)?
"Ibuki says no! She was like totally crazy!" I said next, "Wait Byakuya, I thought you didn't want Monokuma at the party, (Y/N) is technically Monokuma."
"I've been thinking about it and if we get to know our enemy better, we could get a better grip on our situation, but I wanted to see if you guys agree." It is true we need to know (Y/N) better, especially after that little show, and maybe if we talk to her, we could know why she actually did this.
"Think about it this way guys, just remember her before she revealed herself as the Mastermind. She was just like us once." Chiaki read right through me.
"I think we should invite her, the information we get could help in the future." I agreed. Nagito agreed a well.
Everyone was unsure about it at first, but they agreed to invite (Y/N).
"So whose going to invite the crazy one?" Ibuki said. We ended up playing rock, paper scissors and now I have to ask her.
"Is that everything?"
No one else had any questions so everyone disbanded and I went to invite (Y/N) to the party.
(Y/N)'s P.O.V
"Hey (Y/N)! I want to talk to you about something!"
Hajime yelled into the camera, I could tell it was directed towards me. "Oh great this again..." I sighed and left my post.
As I left, I brought with me an old picture of me from when I was on the island but it had a blood red X on it, I figured I could hold it up to where my head is, as I think that would be something Monokuma would do. "Yes, Hajime?" I said in a cutesy tone. "We are throwing a party and we are inviting you to it."
Are they that dumb? Why would you invite the person that is making you do this killing, to a party? I must have missed their discussion when I wasn't looking or something.
"Really? A party? And what are you planning? I mean this does sound pretty conspicuooooooous!" I replied. "N-Nothing! We just want to know you better." A slight blush appeared on my face. I guess this was what the mask was for. I turned around and waited a second and then decided I might as well go, it does get quite boring in that room.
"Upupupu, Well, it iiiis pretty boring watching no murder happen so, I'll go!" I gave him a wide grin. His cheeks lit up as well with that. "U-u-uh y-yea, we'll see you at the party." Hajime said nervously.
I left back to the computer room and I was greeted by Monokuma. "Wow (Y/N), your doing really good! They have absolutely no clue your not the mastermind!" He seemed so happy.
"Your here now so there must be something else you want to tell me." I said sternly. "Oh, I actually wanted to reward you for doing so well!" It's probably going to be something stupid like a medal saying 'You Tried' or something.
To my surprise, he brought me to another room, it looked like a music studio. "Ta~Da! This is a special room for you! You can put your concepts up on the wall and many other things. This room is even on one of the islands the student will get to, they can see the entrance but can't enter."
"Uh, I guess thanks? I didn't expect this." I said. "It's just a gift so your not completely uncomfortable with this situation." And then he left.
The room was quite pretty, the walls were
(F/C) and there was a nice border on the walls. There was a special device by the window where people record songs at, I wrote songs but I never actually recorded any in a studio like this so I didn't know what to call it. The strange part about the room was that the window between the recording equipment and the place to record songs. The window was only one sided. You could see into the room through the equipment area, but you couldn't see through the room with the microphone and a guitar.
There was also a door on the far back of the room, I tried to open it, but it wouldn't budge. There wasn't even a visible lock on it.
"Must be activated by a switch in the monitor room, but I haven't seen it."
Then I just remembered the party that the class was having. It was getting pretty late so I might as well head over.
A/N: Ok long chapter, it's funny because this chapter was originally going to end with the murder. Oh, and if you haven't figured it out, there will be spoilers ahead soo if you don't want spoiled, don't read this Fanfiction unless you finished the story or you don't mind spoilers. Anyway, I have a scene planned out later on in the story with more romance. That is actually why I presented the music studio. I won't tell you much though. I have a few scenes that I am pretty excited to write about later on. Anyway, that's all I've got to say! The next chapter should come out soon. I'm really into this XD.
