"Are you excited for prom?" Ashton asked. You shrugged and continued to watch the road. You were both driving to Michale's house. It was a tradition, whenever the boys came home they would all have a movie night at Michael's house you were always invited and never said no. "Have you got a date?" Ashton asked. You shook your head in response. "Oh right, mum said your dress is really pretty I'm glad me and the boys will be here for it," he said. You smiled and said "yeah." You were always quiet preferred since you were little. preferred to listen instead of speak. You prefer to observe others then be the center of attention. "We're here! shouted Ashton. You nodded and got out of the car. Before Ashton could knock the door was opened and Michael came and ran out he picked you up and spun you around. "Little Irwin!" he shouted. "Hi" you laughed.Calum and Luke ran out giving you a huge a hug also. You said Hi and then went into the house. After catching up with the boys you all sat down and watched a horror film. The boys always screamed very loud at the jump scares and made stupid comments during the tense moment's nut you just sat and watched sometimes you would jump but you would try to stay quiet. After watching anchorman the boys asked if you like to pick a film. "You can pick Y/N we always pick it's your turn," said Calum. You smiled and said "I don't mind what we watch," you said in response. "Please Y/N, shrugged," said Lushruggedand said, "Have you guys seen perks of being a wallflower?" The boysa shook their head and Ashton gave you a look" you want to watch that don't you" he said with a smile. You nodded and they put the film on.
Throughout the film, the boys were very considerate they all paid attention and focused on the film. You sat with your back against the sofa holding your knees to your chest. When the sad part came on tears fell from your eyes as you watched, you had seen the film so many times but you could not stop yourself from crying. You tried to hide your tears because you thought the boys might laugh. However, you could hear sniffles from behind you,where the boys were sitting, you turned and saw that each boy had tears running down their face. When the ending credits rolled you heard footsteps behind you. you turned to see Ashton sit next to you and pull you into his chest. "That was beautiful." He asid. You smiled and hugged him tighter.

"It's you prom! please smile sweetheart you look beautiful" said your mum. It was true your hair was styled to perfection and your dress suited you so well. You gave her a smiled and walked down the stairs and saw all the boys stood there with grins on their faces. They all cheered and gave you a wolf shitle. You hated attention but at this point you accepted it. The boys started taking so many photos of you causing you to laugh. "Now I know how you guys feel with the paparazzi" you laughed. They smiled but still continued. "Are we going mum" you tuned. Your mom was going to take you becasue you had;t planned to go with any of your friends from school you weren't very close to them and didn't want to be a bother and ask them. "Oh no I'm not taking you" she replied. You looked at her confused "What do you mean?" you asked worry setting in. This is when Ashton's voice was heard "We have a slight surprise" he said. Just as you were about to speak the door bell rung. Ashton said "Answer it." You walked over hesitantly and pulled the door open.
Stood before you was a boy. He was taller than you. His brown hair was swept to the side across his head in a sort of "emo" fringe. He had soft blue eyes and a small smile. You recognized him. However, you couldn't remember his name. "Hi HY/N", he said. "Hi," you said, still unsure of his name. "I'm Ben, im in your maths class" he expalined. You smiled and remebered exactly who he was. "Um your brother told me your going to prom, and as i guess by your attier he wasn't lying, um he said you were going along, so am i. So i was wondering if you wanted to go together?" He asked. You smiled, it was strange but he was nice to you in maths class. He would always smile at you and hold open doors. You nodded and said "Yeah." You turned to your family and waved goodbye as Ben led you to his car.
On the way to prom you and Ben discussed many things. You both had the same taste in music and shared so many hibbbies. He even told you that he loved the perks of being a wallflower. When you arrived at the school, Ben opened the door for you and before you went in said "wait!" You smiled and said "um why?" He ran back to his car and pulled out a corsage there was a flower that matched your dress. Inside the box there was a small peice of paper, in which it read "I just want you to know your special and the only reason im telling you that is I don't know if anyone ever has." The quite meant so much to you, just like the book,just like the film. You smiled and kissed his cheek. "Thank you"
