You constantly were unable to control your breathing at times when you felt nervous or scared. After months of dealing with these attacks. You asked your mum to take you to the doctors with your mum and had been diagnosed with Anxiety. They explained ways you could deal with it and your mother said that "everyone would help as much as they could," which they did Lauren would always sit with yo and Harry would always cheer you up. However, Ashton was on tour so you couldn't tell him until he had returned.
After a few weeks, it was finally the day that Ashton was returning home so you decided that you would go to the airport to pick him up. However, your mum didn't come with you because she was going to visit a friend who was in the hospital.
While waiting at, the airport you see that a group was beginning to form filled with 5sos fans thankfully none of them noticed you sat waiting for him. You already began to feel slightly anxious because of the amount of people.
However, your thoughts are slowly interrupted by the scream of the 5sos fam that was waiting. You look up to see Ashton smiling at you.You quickly run over and hug him feeling so happy that he had finally returned. However the joy does not last as you feel people beginning to surround you.The panic begins to rush through you had your heart begins to thump in your chest. Your breathing becomes faster.ou feel ashton's hand pulling you through the crowd but you close your eyes trying to get rid of the tears that are forming from the panic.
you feel yourself being pulled into a room you open your eyes to see Ashton staring at you with a look of concern "y/n its okay just breath and focus on me not those people"
After a while your breathing returns to a normal rate and Ashton gives you a quick hug"Honey what happened?" he asked"I've recently been to doctors with mum and they told me that i have anxiety ash i had a panic attack there was too many people" you explain.He just nods understandingly and pulls you in for another hu. After that day Ashton helped you with your panic attacks and made sure you were safe
