Blake and I have been friends since I could remember.
We have always been close but since he's been touring and stuff I never really see him much anymore.
We still hangout and talk but it's every so often.
Normally when he's on tour I go over to his house and hangout with his dog, Rocky.
As of now he was home and I, evidently was out of town.
He was sending me videos of him and Rocky.
I couldn't help but smile.
My dad turned towards me and said "Who's the boy"
I turned to him and said "you mean Dog"
We both started laughing.
We were going to see his mom, my grandma.
She lived two hours away.
*time skip until she's home*
I got home and raced to Blake's.
Let me clarify two things. One, it was 7 in the morning and 2, Rocky, his dog, is my best friend.
I opened the door and Rocky raced down the stairs to me.
He jumped on me and I let him.
We walked into the kitchen and I began making the family breakfast as I normally do.
"So Rocky, are you hungry?" I asked him as if he would answer
He wagged his tail and licked his lips.
Then I walked over to the cabinet and pulled out his dog food.
I poured some in his bowl and he began to eat.
Mrs.Gray came down and took her breakfast to go as she left for work.
After I had finished the boys' breakfast I heard them both lazily stumbling down the stairs.
Austin and Blake walked in and saw it was me.
They both ran over and hugged me.
I stopped them before the reached me and out down the hot skillet.
We all hugged and then I gave them their food.
While they were eating Rocky and I went into Blake's room and took a nap..
I laid down on Blake's soft bed as Rocky jumped up and under the covers with me, I was so close to finally being asleep when Blake jumped on the bed and screeched like a dinosaur.
"You asshole, I was almost asleep" I whined
"Scoot over I wanna lay with you" he wined
"But I'm already cuddling with Rocky" I said cuddling closer to the dog
"So you would rather cuddle with Rocky rather than me" he said fake crying
"I mean not to sound like a bitch but no, I mean I love your cuddles but I just wanna sleep" I whined closing my eyes
"Rocky cmon boy out." Blake said pointing to the door
"Go on boy" I said as the dog didn't leave my side until I said
"Now can we cuddle?" Blake said closing his door and getting under the covers with me
"I mean I guess so🙄" I said closing my eyes and finally drifting to sleep
