Secret

Jungkook took his phone and dialed Seohyun's number right away but she didn't pick up. He tried again although their sons whined that they want breakfast. "Appa, breakfast!" Jisung whined at his father. "Let's find omma first." Jisung nodded at his father but still continue to whine. It was really noisy that Jungkook couldn't hear the ringing on the phone. He put his finger on his lips and made a shush sound to ask them to keep quiet. Seohyun still didn't answer his call. Could it be that she's still mad at him about the fight yesterday?

He scrolled through the contact and stopped at his mother's number. He was about to press his mother's number but hesitated to do that because he thought what if Seohyun is not there. His mother will lecture him once again if she finds out that Seohyun is missing. He decided to call her again. He will call her until she answered her phone no matter how many times he called her.

After the tenth call, Seohyun finally answered her phone but Jungkook frowned when he heard a man's voice instead. "This is Kibum. Seohyun left her phone here while she is setting the tables. Wendy told her that her phone is ringing and she asked who was it but she told us to ignore it but her keeps ringing that I felt annoyed hearing it so I decided to answer her phone. I'm sorry." Kibum, Seohyun's workmate answered her phone. Jungkook was hurt when she ignored his phone calls. "Do you want to talk to her?" Kibum asked on other line. "Sure." Jungkook wanted to know why she gone to work when she is sick. "Seohyun, your husband calls you." He heard Kibum's voice and it looks like he's  giving her phone to her. He hoped that Seohyun will take his call but frowned when her phone was hung up. Jungkook guessed that Seohyun hung up her phone because she didn't want to talk to him.

Seohyun was setting up the table. She smoothed the tablecloth and put the cutleries and folded napkins on the table. She also put a small vase that has flowers in it. She moved on to the next table to do the same thing. It was Saturday and Seohyun wasn't supposed to come to work because she was excluded from the schedule by her bosses. It's their personal request since Seohyun need to spend time with her family although she wanted to work on Saturday but had to accept it since it's her bosses' order. While she was setting the table, her elbow suddenly hit the cutleries causing it to fall all over the place. She kneeled in struggle while picking up the cutleries.

She wanted to take a spoon that was a few inches away from her. She tried to take it but the pain takes over all of her body. She bit her lips and closed her eyes to hold the pain while trying to take the spoon but she couldn't reach it. She tried again but someone took the spoon. Seohyun looked at the person who took the spoon and her eyes met to the familiar doe-eyed guy that was looking at her blankly. Jungkook picked up all the cutleries and put it into the container before putting it on the table. He lifted Seohyun to stand and pulled one of the chairs to let her sit.

Jungkook sat opposite to her and held her hand. Seohyun hanged her head avoiding his gaze that he was giving to her. "Why did you come here, Joohyun? Today is not your working day and you can't walk properly." Jungkook didn't want to raise his voice because their sons were there and her workmates too. Seohyun didn't answer asn didn't even look at him. He cupped her face so that she looks at him but she avoided it. "I'm sorry." He said in gentle tone making her looked at him with a sad gaze.

He wrapped her right arm around his neck and held her hand while his left arm wrapped her waist carefully not touching her back. They walked slowly and declined the stairs carefully since it's a two-floor cafe. Jaemin, Jeno and Jisung went to their parents and whined about breakfast. Jungkook face palmed forgetting that their sons are hungry. Wendy, another Seohyun's workmate that worked in the morning shift asked them why they didn't ask for food to them. "Appa and I'mma told us that if we want something, we should ask them first." Jaemin remembered their parent's advice. "I will give you something to eat and it's my treat." Wendy offered but Seohyun refused for Wendy to do that. "It's okay, Seohyun. I really want to treat them and I'm pretty sure the others wouldn't mind too. You need to go to hospital really fast. Don't worry; I will take care of them. I love kids." Wendy assured to Seohyun with a smile that the boys will be fine when they leave them here to go to hospital.

Seohyun glared at Jungkook who forgot to feed their son. "Why don't you give something for them to eat? There's a cereal and milk in the fridge." Jungkook smiled sheepishly and giggled a little, "Because I'm worried that you're missing." Seohyun breathed heavily while glaring at him, "Even if you're worried about me, you should feed them first! How many times they whined about breakfast?" Seohyun asked him knowing their sons would whine when they didn't get to eat. "When I opened my eyes, they greeted me with 'where-is-breakfast?', and then in the car they couldn't stop whining about it. I'm sorry for my carelessness. Let's go to hospital now."

Dr. Park Shinhe examined her back and told Seohyun that she will apply cream on her back. Jungkook held Seohyun to the bed and helped her to sit on it. He removed her shirt carefully so that he did not hurt her and gently laid her with stomach against the bed. He turned to avoid from looking at her ugly wounds and scars. Dr. Shinhe came with a bottle of a cream on her hand. She pulled the curtain and started to apply the cream. Seohyun flinched whenever Dr. Shinhe touched her back making Jungkook closed his eyes tightly unbearable to heat her shrieked in pain. When Dr. Shinhe is done, she pulled the curtain away and Jungkook went to Seohyun and wore her shirt back.

Dr. Shinhe gave Seohyun two bottles of cream and told her to apply three times per day. The couple thanked to her and leaves the hospital.

Jungkook drove the car and Seohyun sat beside him with her left side of her body against to the seat facing to Jungkook. He stopped at the side of the road and turned to her. "Are you okay now?" Jungkook asked her while putting some of her hair that was covering her face behind her ear. Both of them look at each other for awhile and Jungkook leaned closer to her. When Seohyun felt that he's getting closer to her, she closed her eyes and he kissed her lips softly and deepened it while holding her nape and head. He bit her lower lip and she opened it for him. Seohyun felt calm whenever Jungkook kissed her. Both of them were lost in their passionate kiss.

Both of them walked together while holding hand to the beach. They sat on the bench and looked at the waves that coming towards them. There's no one at the beach right now and only both of them were there. Seohyun was leaning her head against Jungkook's chest while Jungkook's left arm wrapped her shoulder. They didn't say anything about yesterday or what happened for the past few days.

However,  Seohyun decided to ask about his friends. She felt bad for him to lose his friends just because of misunderstanding and a stupid rumor. "What about your friends?" Jungkook scoffed when he heard the word 'friends', "Friends? So much for friends." He couldn't believe that his friends, correction; his ex-friends would do that to him. "But you're friends with them for 10 years." Seohyun didn't want him to be alone his friends. Although he has her, it does not enough. He needs someone; a guy especially, to share everything with him. "What kind of friend that turned against to me because of a rumor? How could they accuse me something like that without a chance for me to open my mouth?" The accusation from them to him totally upset him.

"It's because they don't know about us." Jungkook looked at Seohyun and she was right. It was his fault that he kept this secret for 7 years. Whenever he's with Monstar, they would always tell their secrets to each other and none of them hide anything but for Jungkook, the secret between him and Seohyun has yet to be revealed. Seohyun always told him that he can't keep this secret forever and sooner or later, they will know about it. Although he agreed with her, he actually can't believe that his secret can be kept for 7 yeras. He heard that no matter how someone tried to keep their secret, it will reveal eventually but he always wondered how his secret will be revealed to his friends. Will Jungkook personally told them or they caught both of them together?

"Let's not talk about this, shall we?" Jungkook suggested that they shouldn't talk about something that makes them feel disappointed. "Then, what should we talk about?" Seohyun asked Jungkook so that he will give a suggestion. He pondered on what to talk that made them happy. He suddenly had something bon his mind, "Do you remember when I tried to look for you after your mother's funeral and I got lost while I was looking for you because I didn't know anything about this place at all and then, there's one boy who kept following me and he told me that you're here? I found you sitting in this bench looking at the sea with a sad gaze and then I sat next to you without a word. You told me that you need a shoulder to cry on and we were in this position. I was so nervous that time when your head on my chest that my heart beats crazily fast but you told me that I was frantically to find you that my heart beats fast because I'm tired." Jungkook reminisced their innocent past with Seohyun chuckled when she heard that.

"Jaehyun, isn't it?" Jungkook blinked. "That boy who keeps following you is Jaehyun, right?" He smirked and nodded to her. "How did you know?" As far as he knows, he didn't tell Seohyun about this at all. This is the first time he opened up to her. "Jaehyun told me. He said that you kept going to the same place." Right now, he felt embarrassed that she found out about that before. Damn, Jaehyun! He's surely going to get from him later.

Everyone was dismissed from the funeral. The villagers went to Jungkook and congratulated him and his parents much to their surprise. They didn't think any negative about how Seohyun got married at young age but they reached positively and they hoped that Jungkook to take care of her and his parents to tread her like their own daughter especially to Mr. Jeon since Seohyun never had any father's love because she lost her father when she was born.

They were about to go home when they realized that Seohyun wasn't with them. Mr. Jeon asked Jungkook to find her and bring her here. Jungkook hesitated at first because he was not familiar with this place at all since he comes here for the first time. He decided to find her after being persuaded by his parents. He didn't know where to go and he realized that he had walked to the same place for a lot of time. While he was walking, there's a boy who Jungkook presumed to be the same age as the boys who revealed his marriage earlier, following him. He's getting goose bump and scared at the same time but he can't be scared to a boy who's around 12 years old, right? But he kept following him and that part scares him. He approached at Jungkook and went in front of him, "Seohyun nuna is at the beach." That boy told him and just went away.

He walked to the beach and that boy was right. She is there. How did that boy know that she here? He walked towards her and just like what happened at the city, his heart beats so fast. He sat next to her and she was shocked that someone sat next to her but relieved when she realized that was her husband. Both of them stay still in their position until Seohyun asked him whether she can 'borrow' his shoulder to lean on. Jungkook raised his arms, "You can lean on my chest-" Jungkook froze in his position when Seohyun leaned on his chest. He was actually joking about the leaning on his chest but he never thought that she would lean on his chest willingly. Her position made Jungkook froze and his heart beats even more rapid now. His arms were hanging in the air because he was too shock and hesitated whether to put his hands on her body or not. In the end, he didn't.

"I'm sorry." He surprised when she apologized to him. For what? "You must be tired from running just to look for me. Your heart is beating so fast right now." Jungkook looked at her with his eyes widened. Luckily she didn't look at him to look at his reaction. He thought that Seohyun must be innocent and naive. His heart beats is not because he's tired from running, it's because Seohyun is so close to him. He regretted for joking at her but even if she leaned on his shoulder, his heartbeat would be the same.

Jungkook went to the college by using his car since he lost Monstar as his friends. Seohyun didn't go to the college and she was given one week off by the hospital so that her back can be cured. Jungkook gave her medical certificate to Dr. Yuri so that her tutor won't be suspicious about how he had Seohyun's medical certificate. Jungkook had to do some work after college as his punishment such as cleaning the office, help the lecturers to organize some papers, files. He also organized books at the library. A lot of the lecturers were against about his punishment. His punishment actually was given by his parents as their request for breaking his promise for not protecting Seohyun. At first, the chancellor didn't want to give him a punishment at all because he's not guilty.

For a week, he was so lonely without Seohyun and Monstar at the college. However, Jennie is still clingy with him which hated him the most. Jennie thought that if she seduces him, Jungkook will 'do' the same thing as he 'did' to Seohyun. What a cheap girl! He also encountered with Monstar but they just passed by him and act like they didn't know him at all. Even Seohyun is not here, so he left even lonelier. Luckily, he still has Dr. Yuri to talk to him. He always hung out with Dr. Yuri at the infirmary. She asked him about Seohyun and she is glad that Seohyun is gotten better and that Jungkook took care of her very well.

Jungkook cleaned the best tubes asn small bottles at the laboratory and it's his last day for him to do the punishment. His class finished earlier and he had no class after lunch. Dr. Yuri entered the lab to accompany him and because she was too boring at the infirmary and the lad assistant went for lunch so the lab assistant asked Dr. Yuri to look after him. She asked if he had eaten for lunch. Jungkook shook his head. He said he will  finish cleaning the tubes as soon as possible and head home to eat with his family. Seohyun texted him to come back home quickly because the boys kept disturbing her when she was cooking.

"Nuna, can I ask you something?" Jungkook wanted to ask her a question that was bugging in his mind yesterday when he was arranging some files at the Counselor room "Sure, what is it?" Dr. Yuri looked at him curiously. "I was arranging some files at the Counselor Room and found a student complain files about Jennie. I wonder why they separated it from the normal student complain files? It's so thick, even thicker than the normal student complain file." Dr. Yuri laughed at Jungkook's question. "Do I need to tell you why they had to separate it? Complains about Jennie is more than any other students complains combined together and you know why." She told him. "I know about that but if there are a lot of complain about her, why does this college didn't take any action on her?"

"Our college will be closed down if we do that." Jungkook raised his eyebrow at her statement. Close down? Why? "Her father is a minister. He can't have his image and reputation to become bad because of his daughter. He decided to cover his daughter by blaming other people. I heard that her father is a corrupter. Do you remember when our college was sued by her father because there's a lecturer accused Jennie for cheating during exam?" Jungkook nodded. He remembered clearly because it made into the media and their college received a bad name. "Actually, Jennie did cheating during exam but was caught by the lecturer and she was furious. The next day, her father sent a letter that he would sue the college for accusation." Dr. Yuri explanation didn't surprise Jungkook at all. She did that every time and was caught a lot but the lecturers can't do anything about it. That's why she became a top student and they had to do that if not her father will about the exam system, marking system and so on and even asked them to do the test again. He didn't care about anything else and didn't want to believe about his daughter's attitude and behavior. He always praised his daughter for being nice, kind and smart that everyone wanted to be her friends but blamed other students who talked bad about Jennie.

"Why don't they just show him the student complain file? And didn't exam hall have a security camera? Why don't use that as evidence for her cheating?" Dr. Yuri heaved a heavy sigh and then smile to him. "They tried to use that to against him but on the day of the trial, the files and the CD were lost. They said it could be an inside job but they also said that someone broke into the office and stole the evidences because the security camera had damaged and the files were scattered all over the place." She explained making Jungkook jaw drop when he listened to that. "Why doesn't her father transfer her to another college?"

"I don't know but I think Jennie doesn't want to transfer because you're here." Jungkook blinked when she said that. What does he has anything to do with her doesn't want to transfer? Dr. Yuri seemed to understand with Jungkook's reaction and continued, "She loves you, Jungkook." Jungkook faked vomit and coughed when he heard what she just said. She just chuckled at his reaction and the he glared at her. "Please don't put my name, Jennie and 'love' in a same sentences. It's illegal, understand?" He warned her not to say that again. "You reaction is so funny, Jungkook. I should've record it and send it to Seohyun. She's going to laugh out loud when she sees that. "

"But I think it's true, Jungkook. She has some serious obsession with you." Jungkook cringed when he heard that. That's the most disgusting thing that he ever heard. "I think that's why she bullied Seohyun a lot," she continued. Jungkook stopped brushing the tube and looked at her. "What do you mean?" He asked her and she gave him a sad gaze. This doesn't look good. "When Seohyun met me at the infirmary after the whipping incident, I asked her why did Jennie would do this to her. She said that Jennie was furious that she's talking to you. If I'm not mistaken, she was giving your phone that was dropped on the grass." Jungkook nodded when she mentioned about Seohyun gave his phone but surprised that the reason why Jennie whipped her is because of that. "You know what Jungkook, before this, I was so mad at you for not protecting her but now, I think you have no choice but to ignore her when she comes back."

What? Ignore Seohyun? There's no way  he would do that. After what happened, he determined to be with her all the time. "Why would I do that? I have a big plan that will blow up everyone's mind. When Joohyun comes back, I'm going to be with her all the time and act naturally like what we did at home. I want to see their reactions about a 'rapist' and his 'victim' together romantically." He told her proudly but Dr. Yuri disagreed with him. "You can't do that, Jungkook. Jennie will still bully her no matter what. You can't stop her. Worst, she will do it in front of you. Imagine, if Jennie whipped Seohyun because she talked to you, what will happen to her if you tell the whole college that you're married with her? I'm sure she's going to kill her right away in front of you." Dr. Yuri statement made Jungkook sighed in despair.

He just wants to protect his love one. It's not that hard but Dr. Yuri's words shows that there's no way that Seohyun will get away from Jennie. If he acted like a stranger to her again as usual, she will get bullied and if he's with her all the time, it's the same thing except that it will be worse than usual. Dr. Yuri is right. The queenkas seemed to obsess with them. He wondered if they realized that Monstar hates them a lot. Jungkook obviously showed how much he annoyed  of Jennie and he even said that he didn't like her at all but she claimed that he was joking. Does he look like he was joking? He even treated her badly with cursing and swearing right in he face. "Does Jennie have a mental illness?"

His question made both of them laughed so hard. "I think so. Obsession disorder or jealous disorder?" They laughed again. "She doesn't deserve to get jealous." Jungkook snorted thinking that Jennie might be jealous of Seohyun because he helped her last week. Both of them stopped laughing and silent for awhile. "I wonder when they will kick her out or give a punishment or something. To be honest, I would love she faces a punishment like what she did to the other victim. Trust me; I would volunteer to punish her like what she did to Joohyun." He wondered and suggested about the punishment. Seriously, he can't wait for that day to come or will that day comes? "You're right but before I want them to kick her out, I want them to throw her father to the jail because of corruption that he made. Then, Jennie won't have anyone to back her up." Jungkook nodded at Dr. Yuri. He can't wait for that day.

Finally, Jungkook is done washing the tudes and bottle at the laboratory and it's time for him to go home. Seohyun couldn't stop giving him messages and missed calls telling him to come back now. The boys kept asking her to play with them that she couldn't prepare for their lunch and when it's lunch time, they whined at her about food. Jungkook gave a call to Seohyun and told her that he will come now since he finally done with his punishment.

While Jungkook was walking along the corridor, he saw Monstar at their usual hangout place. Jungkook stopped and looked at them for quite some time. Right now, his mind is filled with them and Seohyun. Seohyun told him that it's time to tell them the truth and he shouldn't be worried if they're going to accept her or not because they said that he is no longer their friend. For Jungkook, he is still hesitated whether to tell them or not. Although what Seohyun saidnis true, the only problem is whether they want to talk to him or not, let it be believe what he said he took a deep breath while closing his eyes and clenched his first. Then, he walked towards them.

Vernon noticed that Jungkook is coming to them and told them to pack their stuff and go away from here but Jungkook stopped them. "Guys, please stop. I need to talk to you guys. Please listen to me." He pleaded to them so that they will give him a chance to talk to them. The Monstar boys were looking at each other if they wanted to listen to Jungkook. "What is it, Jungkook?" Jin allowed him to give voice to what he wanted to say making all of them looked at him surprisingly. Vernon was about to protect but Taeil mouthed to him not to say anything and followed what Jin wants since everyone listens to him very well because he is the eldest.

Jungkook took a deep breath and breathed out slowly before he opened his mouth. "As you guys know, we were friends for 10 years and we often share our secrets together. No one hides their secret at all. But I have a big and shocking secret that I hide from you guys for 7 years." Jungkook stopped for awhile before continued, "But I can't tell you here because I know that you guys won't believe me so I want you guys to follow me to this place. Will you guys follow me?" Jungkook asked them if they wanted to follow him so that he could tell his secret. The rest of Monstar boys were looking at each other once again  for their decision. "Can you give us a minute?" Taeil gathered the others made a circle to discuss whether they should go or not. "What should we do, Vernon?" Taeil asked Vernon for his opinion since he is like a leader too. "Let's just run since we're away from him now." Everyone nodded at Vernon decision. "We should follow him." Everyone turned to Jin who gave the idea that they should follow Jungkook to go to the place where he wanted to tell his secret that he hides for 7 years.

"Listen, he's our friend for 10 years and we believed that he 'raped' that girl from two people that we hate the most instead of him. You didn't even give him  a chance to explain everything and you already called him a rapist. What if he actually didn't do that? We know that he was a playboy before but after that he said that he hates girls now because his love was rejected by his crush. You see how he treated Jennie and do you think he will do that especially that poor girl who was not even close to his type?" Jin put his thoughts about Jungkook into words when felling them about their friend whom they know for 10 years. Out of all Monstar, Jin is the closest to Jungkook. They shared a lot of similarities and Jungkook really loves to be with Jin. They were known as baby faced out of all the boys despite that both of them are the eldest of the group. When there's no answer from them, Jin leaves them and went to Jungkook, "Alright Jungkook, we're going." Jin announcement caused the other 8 to blink in shock.

Monstar rode Taeil's limousine and followed Jungkook's car from behind. When they reached the dark train tunnel, Jungkook entered the tunnel casually but Taeil stopped in front of the tunnel and he felt shiver all over his body. "Hyung, it's so scary." As usual, Winwin gets scared easily when it comes to dark. "Is he trying to kill us?" Vernon knew about  this haunted train tunnel. He heard a rumor about this tunnel that once you get in, you'll never get out. It's assumed that those people were dead. Taeil's phone vibrated and it's a message from Jungkook.

From: Jungkook
Just enter the tunnel. Turn the lights on while entering. It's dark but it's nothing. I will wait for you here.

Jungkook waited for them. He was nervous whether they will come or not. He waited for 15 minutes and no one comes. He heaved a sigh and was about to leave but he saw a glimpse of light from the tunnel and he was glad that they would come. They saw six boys and six girls at the park while dancing. One of the boys pointed to Jungkook and all of them turned to him and waved at him happily. Then, they looked at Monstar. However, instead of waving, they looked at them suspiciously while talking to each other and their eyes not leaving Monstar. They followed Jungkook until they reached to a house.

"Appa!" Jaemin, Jeno and Jisung screamed for their father in joy. Three of them were running towards Jungkook when he came out from the car. Jungkook hugged three of them making Monstar dumbfounded when they saw three little boys hugging Jungkook. "Appa, who are they?" Jisung pointed to them while asking about the 9 strangers in front of him. Jungkook ruffled his hair, "They are my friends." Jisung ran to them and bowed, "Hello, I'm Jisung. Nice to meet you." Jisung greeted them with aegyo. The boys squealed when they saw Jisung's aegyo. He's really cute that they wanted to put him in their pocket. "Hello, I'm Jaemin. This is my little twin brother, Jeno." Jaemin introduced himself and Jeno. "Hey! I'm the hyung." Jeno protested. "What!?! I'm your hyung!" Jaemin responded back. "Hmmm, it's just five minutes earlier." Jeno crossed his arms while faced his back to Jaemin with a frown o his face. Monstar boys were chuckled to see the twins cute bickering.

"Oppa? I'm glad that you're bac-" Seohyun froze in her spot when she saw Monstar in front of her eyes. Meanwhile, Monstar boys eyes were wide open when they saw the girl that Jungkook 'raped' is calling him 'oppa'. Jungkook walked towards Seohyun with a grin. Seohyun eyed him in dezed. She wanted to ask him but stunned when Jungkook kissed her out of blue. They were astonished when Jungkook kissed her because they didn't expect that. Jungkook wrapped his arm on Seohyun's waist, "I would like to introduce my wife, Seo Joohyun. Those three are out sons." Their jaw dropped as soon as they heard the world 'wife' and 'son's. Is this the secret that he hid for 7 years from them? Jungkook invited them to enter the house but they still frozen in their position because of Jungkook's revelation. Jisung went to Winwin and pulled his hand which brought him to sense. Jeno pulled Taeyong's hand while hand while Jaemin pulled Taeil's hand. All of them went into the house..

Jaemin, Jeno and Jisung led them to the living room and Jungkook told them to be comfortable and treat this house as their home and wait for him while he went to take a shower. Monstar looked at their family photo that was hanging on the wall. Jaemin, Jeno, and Jisung were playing with them and when Monstar looked at the boys closely, three of them do looked like with Jungkook and his wife. Their personality reminded them with Jungkook's playfulness and smart like him too. Taeyong wanted to go to toilet and asked the boys where the toilets is. Jeno volunteered to show him the way. "The toilet is in the second floor, near to our room and appa and mom's room." Jeno explained.

Taeyong went out from the toilet and saw Jungkook and Seohyun together intimately in their room since the door is slightly opened unaware that someone was watching them. Both of them were smiling happily and this is the first time Taeyong saw Seohyun smiling since he always saw her without emotion and so does Jungkook. Jungkook always had this cold-face whenever Jennie is around but his smile that Taeyong sees this time is the same smile when he is with Monstar expect that his smile is lively and it's from love.

Taeyong saw Jungkook kissed her and he deepened the kiss when Jungkook started to unbutton his shirt making Taeyong tried to look away but he peeked a little.
