Laura's POV

"That was awesome Laur. I love it." Kevin says.

Kevin is the head of the Big Machine Label in Tennessee. He is literally the nicest guy ever. When I came here two years ago I was completely broken and he fixed me up and now I'm happy. Finally after two years of agony I can truly say I'm happy and I don't love him anymore. He's history.

"You really think so?" I ask.

"Yes. You're new album is going to be a hit. Just like the other one." He says.

Yup you heard right. I'm Laura Marano Big Machine's new hit recording artist! My first album Hope was a success, thank god and now I'm up there! I'm not as big as Taylor Swift yet but I'm getting there. My Lauratics are there for me. Aww my Lauratics I love them so much. Every time I feel sad I just look through my news feed and I instantly feel better. They are so sweet they are literally the best fans ever.

"What's that song called again?" Ness asks.

Vanessa. My big sister. She came to Tennessee a year ago. She decided there wasn't anything in Los Angeles for her ever since she and Rocky split. I was really sad to hear that but I think Ness needed that. Rocky is a great guy, literally he is my favorite lynch boy, but Ness' heart is Riker's. Everybody but her knows that. She can't accept it so she's here with her sister, thousands of miles away from Riker. Hoping to forget him, like I'm hoping to forget him.

"Bright. Like the album is going to be called." I say. (A/N The song is Bright by Echosmith. I love that song.)

"Oh. I love it. It's my favorite in the album." She says.

"Thanks." I smile.

"This is really exiting! Your next tour is starting next week! Are you ready?" Maia asks.

Maia Mitchell is my best friend. I met her at a party with the Lynchs. She came to film a movie here in Tennessee and we just clicked. She really understands what I'm going through because she knows him. She knows how he is. Problem is she's still kind of friends with him and that doesn't please me. It means I still have some sort of tie to him and I dislike that idea. I can't forbid their friendship though, Maia can do as she pleases....he hasn't hurt her like he's hurt me.

"Yes! Oh my gosh I'm so excited!" I say. "Where's the first stop again?"

"The first stop is Kentucky. Then we're moving all the way west to about...lets see..I have the schedule in my laptop...oh yeah it's to LA and then Texas.." Kevin says.

"LA.." I whisper.

"Yes, isn't it exciting!" Kev says.

"Very." Ness bitterly says.

"Well shit." Maia says.

Him. I... I might have to see him again.. Ugh wait no I won't. It's not like he's coming to my show and I'm going to go visit him.. It's just me being in the same city as him. No biggie. Maybe he's even out of town with his band during that time. That'd be great.

"Yeah..shit.." I say, in response to Maia.
