A True Love Story: Scorpius and Rose [ON HOLD]

Last Time:
"Aaaaaah!" I screamed as a spider grabbed my robe with its talons!

Rose
I was lifted high in the air by the spider. I was deathly afraid of spiders just like my dad. I was a lot like my dad in fact, I liked food, a lot, I hated spiders, and I loved my family. But I also had my mother's brains so I also loved school. Wait! I'm being attacked by a spider why am I thinking about my family! I need to figure out a way out of this without getting killed!
"Rose!" Al and Scorpius yelled! Al ran to go get Hagrid to help us while Scorpius tried to get me down. I was now at least 20 feet in the air and the spider was about to eat me! I was panicking inside and screaming my head off to get down! Scorpius grabbed a stick and hit the spiders leg that had me in its grip. The spider got mad and dropped me! I screamed but then I landed in two strong arms. Scorpius had caught me! He wobbled and we both fell over. Before we could say a word the spider had his eye (or eyes I guess) on us! We jumped up and started running out of the forest as fast as we could! We saw a tree that looked like we could climb it easily. We both climbed up the tree at top speed and sat at the top of the tree breathing heavily.
"Um...th..thanks for saving me," I said hesitantly.
"Oh, you're welcome." We sat there in silence for a couple of minutes until we heard Al calling our names.
"They found us, let's go!" I said excitedly!
We climbed down the tree and ran to where we heard Al.
"Al! You found us!" Scorpius cheered.
"Ya, you got the spider to let go of you Rose!"
"Oh, ya, Scorp hit him with a stick."
"Scorp? Did you just call him Scorp? No Malfoy? Scorp?"
"Oh ya, I guess when he saves your life you kind of give up on being so mean to him."
"I remember, when your mum and dad, Rose, and Al's dad became friends," Hagrid stated, reminiscing.
"Oh ya! My dad was really mean to my mum and then my dad and Uncle Harry saved her from a troll and then from that day forward they were inseparable!"
"Ya, maybe the same will come for you three!"
"Ya, just maybe," I said quietly.
"Now you three best be getting off to bed. Come visit sometime would ya?"
"Of course we will Hagrid! Maybe we can come to tea with you on Saturday?" I asked.
"Sure! See ya then!"
"Bye Hagrid!" We chorused. We ran back up to the castle and bid our goodbyes in the entrance hall, then headed back to our dormitories to sleep, me to Gryffindor tower and them to Slytherin. When I got back to my tower none of the other girls were awake. I would have to tell Alice about my detention in the morning. I quickly changed and fell asleep.

*the next morning*

Scorpius

I woke up with a grin on my face. I had just woken up from a dream about Rose. She had finally decided that she didn't hate me and we were now friends, with Albus included of course. It was almost like a memory because she actually had called me Scorp instead of Malfoy the day before.

I hopped out of bed and waited for Albus and then went to the Great Hall for breakfast. As I was eating breakfast I saw a certain redhead walk in and head our way! I nudged Albus and we both looked up to see Rose beaming at us.
"Can I sit?" She asked.
"Uh, sure, I guess so." Al responded.
"Why so nervous Al?"
"Well, you've never sat with us before and aren't you supposed to sit at your own house table?"
"Well, I really don't care what they say about me sitting with my own house. I want to sit here so I shall. And as for why I haven't sat with you is because of your friend here. But I'm trying to give him a chance because he saved my life and he's your best friend."
"Well thank you Rose, for considering being my friend! I'm touched." I joked. She just rolled her eyes like it was obvious that after you go through a life and death situation you have to be friends. I laughed at this thought.
"What's so funny? Do I have something in my teeth?"
"No, no, just a thought that I had was funny," I responded, nervous that she would ask what I was thinking about, but she decided to not pester me, thankfully.

Rose

After this day we were fast friends. We hung out at any time we could, any classes we had together, meals, you name it. I kind of felt bad about leaving Alice, but she quickly bonded with the girls in our dorm. Alice and I still talked quite often but I would much rather hang with Al and Scorp to be quite honest. We were all growing up and it was sad to see everyone changing. Alice started being more girly, she started wearing makeup, dresses, she just became girlier so we kind of drifted apart because of that. I stayed almost the same as my 12 year old self, a tomboy, who loved to play Quidditch but also loved books more than anything! Al, Scorp and I got incredibly closer over the year. At the end of the year Scorp came home with Al for the summer since his parents had a business trip planned. On the first day of summer vacation my dad saw Scorp, Al, and I together. He got extremely mad and I had a long, heated discussion with him.

*Flashback*

I hopped off the train with my trunk and Romeo, my owl, with Scorp and Al walking behind me. We greeted the Potters and then I walked over to my family with my stuff.
"Hey Rosie-Posie! What were you doing with the Malfoy boy?" My dad asked. Of course that is the first thing he asks!
"Ronald! Could you at least say your happy to see her or how schools been? Not go straight into the questions about her friends?" My mom defended.
"Thank mum. And I was with Scorp because he's my friend!"
"Why is he your friend? You two used to hate each other?"
"Well, he saved my life from a spider before Christmas and you kind of become friends with people when you go through a life and death situation with them! You always used to tell us the story of how you and mum became friends so don't even try to say that it doesn't matter what you go through!" I yelled at my father.
"Wow, Rosie! You got both of our tempers! You remind me of your Aunt Ginny when she was your age. But okay, okay, I understand and as long as he doesn't do anything bad to you or Al I guess I'll be okay with it." My dad said begrudgingly.

*end of flashback*

Now it's the end of the summer and it's almost time to go back to Hogwarts! This year is going to be my brother Hugo and my cousin Lily's first year.
