Chapter 14
Nia's pov
I woke up my alarm was going off and I heard noise in my bathroom. I said "hello?" I heard Mason voice say "baby?"
Mason came out the bathroom. He gave me a kiss on my lips. I said "I miss you." Mason said " I miss you to baby."
I'm so happy today is Saturday. School is over next week. I said "you gotta go." Mason said "but I miss you." I said " aww I miss you too but I wanna see jack i haven't talked to him in a while." Mason said "fine."
Mason left and I changed my clothes. I went in Jack room. He was sleeping. I got on the bed. He woke up. He said " what Nia? I'm tired." I said " I wanna stay with you for the day."
Jack pulled my on top of him and hugged me. He said "fine but wait like 30 min and go get ready." I said "what are we gonna do?" Jack said "well remeber the Dolan twins?" I said " yea." I said " I was gonna go over there for a little bit then we can do whatever you want."
I said " I like the Dolans now I'm not scared of them I wanna go see them." Jack laughed and said "okay."
I got off of Jack and ran in my room to shower. I was done and I had to find a outfit. I put on this:
I brought the sweater with me because it is cold at their house. I did my hair. I left it out in a curly Afro.
I went in Jacks room. He was ready. I said "let's go." Jack said "I'm putting my shoes on wait."
Jack finished putting his shoes on and said "let's go baby." We left. I got in the front seat of the car. I started playing on my phone. Jack said " you better not break that phone." I said "I'm not JACKKKKK." Jack said " stop yelling." Jack pinched me my arm. I said " owee." Jack said "relax." I said "that hurt." Jack said "relax we almost there."
We stopped and we got out the car. I ringed the bell. Ethan opened the door. He said "wassup Jack,Hey Nia." I said "hi." Jack said "wassup."
I sat down and Ethan said "hey Nia." I said "hi Ethan." A boy with really red cheeks came out from outside. He said " I lost my keys."
Ethan said "I'm not giving you another pair you might as well stay home." The boy groaned. Grayson said " Sam that is Nia, Nia that is Sam." I waved to him.
His cheeks was so red though like he was embarrassed.
Jack said "oh yea he is your godfather." Sam said " how old are you?" I said "14." Sam said "your dad and I are like best friends." I confusgly said "you know my dad?"
Everyone was quiet. Everyone was looking at me. He was talking about Jack not my real dad. I felt embarrassed. I lowly said " I though JJ was your best friend." Jack came over to me and said "yeah he is but so is Sam."
Jack sat down and put me on his lap. I put my face on his neck.
Jack's pov
I could tell that Nia was embarrassed. She was abused by her family. They beat her all the time. Her dad was the worst apparently.
I guess Sam thinks that she calls me dad or something. I don't want her to do original she doesn't want to. Yes she is my daughter. But still she is 14.
Grayson and Ethan asked me did I wanna do a video with them. I told them sure. I put Nia down. And said "Sam watch her." Nia said "I'm 14!" I said "and your still a baby."
I went outside and set our stuff up.
Nia's pov
Sam said "I'm sorry I thought you called him dad or something." I nodded my head signaling it was okay.
Sam said "want something to eat or something?" I said " do you have fruit?" Sam said "yes ma'am." I giggled.
I sat in the kitchen. Sam took out pineapple. It's my favorite. I said " oh this is my favorite." Sam said " mines to." We sat down and ate the pineapple. It was really good.
Sam said " what do you wanna do?"I said " I don't know." Sam said "wanna just go see what they are doing?" I said " sure."
We went outside and no one was there. I called Jack and ask him where was he at. He said they was coming back he had to go get some stuff.
It's been forever for Jack to come back. Sam got a phone call and he said " oh my god we are coming now." I said "what?!" Sam said " let's go." I was scared. I just got my stuff and followed Sam.
We pulled up in Front of the hospital. I asked Sam "what are we doing here?" Sam answered me and said "Jack got in an accident."
I felt like crying. I love Jack. We went inside and ran to his room. Jack had a broken leg and arm. I went to him. Jack hugged me. Jack pulled me up on the bed with him. Jack said " it's okay baby."
I said " I love you Jack." Jack kissed my forehead and said " I love you to baby girl."
That was the first time I ever said I love you to Jack. It's the first time he ever kissed me and I lived with him for two months.
I started crying. Jack said " don't cry baby girl." I said "your hurt,look at you." Jack said " I will be fine."
Jack wiped my tears. He said " stop crying baby." I tried to stop crying.
Jack's pov
I hate seeing Nia cry. I don't car how old she is, she is my baby girl. I love Nia. I wiped her tears. I kissed her forehead again. I said " it will be fine baby, I promise." Nia looked at me and nodded her head.
She laid on my chest. She started going to sleep.
Sam said "what am I supposed to do with a 14 year old girl for a week Jack?" I said " she doesn't have to go to school unless she want to and she will be fine,she listens and is so sweet."
Sam said " I told the guys they are coming later,they got stuck in traffic." I said" okay." Sam said " you really love her huh?" I said "she is my baby girl don't let nothing happen to her." Sam nodded his head.
I said " Sam watch my baby." Sam said " relax I will, I won't let her get hurt." I said "thank you." Sam said " stop worrying about Nia she will be fine,worry about you feeling better." I said " I'm gonna be fine Sam."
Sam said " okay, I'm gonna go to your house and get some clothes for Nia then come back and get her then we can go to my house." I said "okay." Sam left.
I laid with my baby and went to sleep."
