Aubreys pov a week later
I heard my room door shut and the blinds opened I used my pillow to cover my eyes from the sunlight and i groaned dez started jumping on ma bed and kim turned on the stereo and started dancing !
Kim- WAKE UP BITCH WE GOIN SHOPPIN!!!!
Aubrey- Im tired, and please turn that music off i just woke up
Dez - you gotta wake up first
She said still jumping i picked up my pillow and threw it at her i sat up and sighed she laughed and kim turned off the music
Aubrey- yall really annoying when i gave yall a key to my apartment it was for emergencies not to come in and fuckin harass me !

I yawned and got up outta bed i got up and went ta take a shower i got out and slipped on my clothes

I was sittin on the bed with ma hands on ma head i feel like the world is ending i think im going crazy i just got a call from ma brother tellin me that mel is dead i sat in ma room tryna block out the sobs from my family in the living room my mom is takin it hard but chandra is taking it the hardest how is she gonna provide for her 3 girls?! Whos gonna help is get through this?! Mel was always the one ta bring us together and fix everything but now he aint hea i need to get out and get some fresh air before i do something I regret
I grabbed my car keys , i left out not making eye contact with my mom i heard her callin ma name but i ignored her and got in ma car i drove off and thought of bre shes really the only person outside of my family i can trust
I picked up my phone and called her she answered on the first ring

I woke up the next morning and of course aug wasnt layin next ta me i rolled ma eyes and threw my blanket off me i got up and went ta go do ma hygiene shit and slipped on ma clothes
